I recently purchased 2 new pairs of glasses from them in July. The process was quick and easy. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable especially Francheska. She always remembers me and makes great recommendations towards selection of my glasses. Went back today and purchased prescription sunglasses and she greeted me with her wonderful personality and took my order. It is always nice to do business with someone who enjoys their job. I was in and out of there on a Saturday in less then 20 min. So I highly recommend this business and will be using them again.

Did a walk in, staff was great..welcomed me and didnt take long at all to be seen..went back an hour later and picked up my glasses. I tried them on and had a quick adjustment on the ear pieces and was on my way. Thrilled I can see better

I was able to schedule myself and my five kids all in one appointment and they were able to accommodate us. We were able to get an exam from their in-house optometrist and he was very thorough and kind to each of us. They had been very busy so we weren’t able to get our glasses done in an hour but I don’t mind one bit because the staff communicated the expectations clearly and our glasses we done a day earlier than expected. The staff were also very knowledgeable about our insurance plan and which frames would fit best with it to minimize our out-of-pocket expenses. I would highly recommend this location on Airline in Bossier, Louisiana and I can wait to do business with them again.

The staff who was there while I looked for my frames were professional and friendly. My glasses came the next day as promised. I have no line bifocals and everything fit perfectly. I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for a new frames.

Dr. Parker and his staff were absolutely amazing and this is the first time in years that I have seen clearly with contacts! No more blurry vision or halos around lights...my vision is super crisp and clear! I was a walk-in but was seen promptly, and he and his staff which included Kylie and Paige, were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Please forgive me if I left someone out because the entire staff was AWESOME! Definitely the BEST and most reasonably priced Optometrist that Ive ever visited. A+ service!

The guy that helped me was great. Its my first pair of glasses and I have to wear bifocals. He helped me pick out the right kind of lenses for what job I have.

We have come to this location for years now. The staff are so helpful and very courteous.Today we got new glasses and got a phone call to come back to the store, they had accidentally overcharged us by $112 (simple mixup with insurance). But we appreciated the fact they were honest & returned our money to us.

I’m just like wow, here with my brother who had an appointment for 10:15am today, he made it 6mins before his appointment. Did not get called until his appointment time, that was ok but we are still here he just got called back to a room at literally 11:15am! This is ridiculous for an appointment, no empathy shown at all, completely nonchalant, had to go to them to figure out why he had not received his exam.

They were wonderful from beginning to end!!!

My Husband was so excited to come here from all the reviews. We get here an hour early and it was and hour after my appointment time until I was called back ! The workers was very rude and had no sympathy for the wait time. Thanks vision for less im never coming again

First, upon entering the establishment we were greeted and I immediately felt welcomed. Secondly, I was a walk-in so I knew the wait would be long and it was anything but. The guy at the window was very pleasant and friendly. Got me right in. The doctor took his time with my daughter (which isn’t easy) and was able to prescribe her the care she needed. Lastly, during the eye glass selection to the care was personal. LaShundra listened and decided on the best glasses to get. My daughter is a very active four year old. Best experience thus far even had conversations with people I’ve never met.

From ordering the glasses to the quickness of the order being filled to incredible customer service... this place in Bossier is excellent. I actually worked with three different people and they were all fantastic. Also for the first time ever and Ive worn glasses for over 20 years these glasses fit perfectly with a minor adjustment behind the ears.

When I walked into the building I was greeted like family and immediately taken care of. I hadnt worn eyeglasses in years but I felt the staff was very courteous and professional to me. This was my first experience with glasses and let me say...from the eye exam with Dr. Parker to the entire glass experience with the staff (and I saw entire because it is hard to pick glasses), the staff was amazing. Very considerate and helpful. I am DEFINITELY glad my mom and aunt suggested them!!

I LOVE this office!!! Both sides! The Dr side and glasses side! I was really struggling with putting contacts in for the first time and they spent 30-45 min making sure I was ok and comfortable!! And the glasses side were quick and my glasses were ready in an hour!

Went to the eye doctor side first. Got the eye exam complete within a very reasonable amount of time. Took the script right over to the glasses side and was immediately greeted and shown some frames. Once frames were picked out and lenses chosen, we were told about two hours. Less than an hour and 15 minutes both pairs of glasses were ready. Upon picking up the glasses the employee offered to adjust the fit before we left. Great service from the doctor side to the frames side. Very convenient having both in the same place.

I was in a tight spot I lost my glasses while visiting my parents from San Diego Ca. My contact were bothering me and my appointment to get a perception was weeks away. I went in with my latest eye glasses perception the day before I was suppose to fly back to California and the staff treated me like royalty. I got not one but two pair of glasses. Now you might say that is normal but I am Active Duty Militay and I have the privileged receiving glasses for free. The friendly staff Acknowledged my situation without any badgering or hackling gave me options and a price that was so nice nice I had to say it twice. To add to the great service I receive in the front of the store the techs had me in and out in less than hour. Even more information to the story I live in a city where I had to drive a hour to the store on Airline in Bossier City La. For all my family needs I will ONLY SHOP with Vision for Less! I needed new contacts and glasses. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was able to walk right in at 9am and by 10:15am, I had new contacts for now (others ordered), 2 new pairs of glasses and was out the door. Everyone was so friendly and patient while I had been clue what kind of glasses would look good on me (since I don’t do the hipster look) thanks to everyone there!!! And thanks to the amazing Dr!!!

I would HIGHLY recommend this specific location for your eye care needs! I went in with what I thought was plenty of money for my momappointment (I called ahead and asked the price for Out-of-State insurance). When I arrived, I learned I was $20 short for my exam and tried to cancel. They insisted they see me anyway and they would take care of the difference. How nice! After my appointment I went to pay what I could atleast and they refused to take a dime! Money is tight right now and they dont even know the extent of the blessing they just gave my family. I am horrible with names and cant remember the lady or mans name that helped me but Thank you again for your compassion and kindness!

I was a walk-in for the eye exam and they were going to be extremely busy. However, they completed the exam and had me next door getting glasses within about 45 minutes from check-in to finish. I forgot her name, but the nice lady who helped me showed me exactly where to find the frames I could afford. Although for the quality, even the highest price frames werent bad at all. Once I picked out my frames, I was told it would be about an hour. 30 minutes later they were completely done. As soon as I walked in the door they got my glasses for me. They gave them a final cleaning and they let me try them out to make sure they fit correctly and allowed me to finally see clearly. Im so glad I went there vs waiting until August or September everywhere else. All together I had the basic eye exam and got two pairs of complete glasses for about 140 bucks. And I dont have any insurance.

I received an eye exam on the same day I ordered my new glasses. The eye exam was great and they took a lot of time explaining how my vision had changed and why I needed new glasses.I ordered my glasses and they were ready in a little less than an hour. Unfortunately when I try them I could not see clearly.Jennifer, the associate that was helping me, suggested I go home and try them on the next morning after my eyes had rested.That did not work but after redoing part of my eye exam and checking the glasses they found out that I had a slight prism in my old glasses that was not transferred over to the new ones.The end result was that they ordered the lenses I needed, adjusted them so they felt right and now my glasses are perfect. The assistance that I received there made me feel like I was their most important customer.

Love this place! I got the insurance that is worth every penny. My dog ate my glasses and they gave me a new pair in an hour no questions asked. Now I have had a vision change within 90 days and they replaced them with a smile. Kudos to the employees all the way to the manager. I would give them a 10 if I could instead of a 5. I bought a warranty on the glasses I bought. When mine got broken, I couldnt find them on a job location. I went ahead and ordered a pair & in the meantime, I found the broken lost ones. When I went to pick up the new ones that I paid over $400 for, I took the broken ones to get a refund with my warranty. All I got back was $59.95....Instead of a new free pair.

The manager Jennifer was very knowledgeable about different frames, what frames complimented what face shapes and the different lense types they had available. From the moment my order was put in, it took approximately 15 minutes for them to complete two pairs of glasses. Everything was extremely efficient and I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff at the Bossier City Vision4Less has always been amazing to my family and myself. There is another location across the river that lacks in most all customer service skills. I live quite a distance from Bossier City but I am happy to drive the miles when it means receiving great service and polite customer service!

Had a GREAT experience with Cheriea. She was helpful and friendly and went out of her way to help me. Their selection of their often advertised 2 for 38.71 is, however, EXTREMELY limited. And I do mean EXTREMELY. For the womens frames its like 2 rows of glasses, and several of those on the rows are the same glasses.

I spent $161 on single pair of pretty decent glasses plus $65 on the eye exam. Ive had them for a day and my vision seems as blurry today as it was yesterday. They advertise $38 on 2 pair but the selection for men in that price range is horrible. If you could in fact pay $38 for glasses that fit. The only reason I give two stars is the nice staff.

The technician that took care of me was very knowledgeable and courteous to let me know all options on getting a new pair of glasses. I would recommend Vidion for less to everyone looking for glasses. When it was all said and done I had two pairs of glasses for one price.
