No air in the store....felt like a sauna! Other than that they have a great selection still even though it’s the day before Halloween. The staff were not over friendly just okay and no one asked if I needed help and it was not busy at lunch time. If you need a costume in a pinch check them out and they always have a 20% off coupon on line!

I really wish that Toys R Us would have taken better care of the building itself because the floors didnt look great but other than that they did an awesome job there was a huge selection and the employees were absolutely wonderful and made sure that we not only had everything we needed but we also had a great time and people just dont do that anymore when you go shopping... We had a great experience our only problem was one of my daughters costumes was missing a few pieces so we have to go back and exchange it tomorrow but thats fine with me because we had a really good time I very much enjoyed myself and The King as he called himself LOL it was so funny and so much fun to be around I really hope they keep doing this from now on because this is my new favorite Halloween store!!!!

Limited costume selections. Looked many times for someone for assistance but couldnt find anyone to help. NO air conditioning or fan so it was very uncomfortably hot. For these reasons, we decided to shop elsewhere.

No restrooms? Really? You have kids as your target group and no restrooms. I left and went to different store.
