My wife and I were wanting to upgrade our counters. We shopped around and many shops in the area. Hands down the customer service and pricing was the best at Snyders. The staff both at the shop and install team were very polite and helpful. The install team did they best they could to keep the area clean as they went and left the area looking great!I would highly recommend a visit to this store if you are looking for new counters.
My favorite part of this place is the sales team isnt pushy. They are only open till 5 so it made it hard for my wife and I to get over there but they stayed late on day so we could come in and complete our purchase. The install process went smoothly and they got everything installed in one day. They kept the area as clean as possible while tearing out old countertops and installing the new ones. The only thing I didnt like was Frank made an appointment to measure our countertops and was an hour late without even calling to tell me he was going to be late and while he was here he wasnt really friendly. They also have a great selection of backsplash.
We got Snyder flooring to put in wood floors in our home a couple of years ago (I keep forgetting to write a review, but I came across them recently and remembered that I needed to write one). While the floor that we picked was really beautiful and we loved it, the service was not good. They spilled floor glue on some of our floor and did not clean it up. There is about a 3 inch spot in a pretty open area, so it is very visible. When we asked them about it, they just told us to get some mineral spirits to clean it up, instead of cleaning it up themselves. I have found a few more spots around our floor where they spilled glue also. They also left a lot of their mess at our home instead of cleaning it up. Once they finished the floor, we walked into the house to check it out, and we immediately smelled cigarette smoke. We are non-smokers, so we started investigating. We figured out that they were smoking in one of the rooms of our home, and opening the window and throwing the cigarette butts right outside one of our windows in the bushes. We told them that we were not happy with that, and they said that they would take care of it.While we love our floors, we will probably not use this company again, as they were not very professional with their services.
We were at Snyder Floor Covering and worked with a very knowledgeable and helpful lady, Linda Phillips, who gave us good advise to help with our decision-making. Very pleased with our visit to a long-standing Bossier business.
Great customer service. I dealt with James at the granite store and he was very helpful and very professional. He made the stress of making granite selections pleasant.
You can see the whole sheet of granite, and that was very helpful. And they were very knowledgeable.
Recently purchased a home and the kitchen sink came unmounted from the already cut granite countertop. Work was not originally done by Snyder Slabs but hired them to remount the sink. For only having to add Bondo, silicone and a 1x4 piece of wood was charged $250. Feel extremely ripped off and for this reason I cant recommend them especially since I still feel like they could have installed a clip system while unmounted. I have to say Frank didnt perform the work but he did come out to discuss the issues I had with the expense of the work and the quality 1x4 piece of wood drilled into the side of my cabinetry. For the 45 minutes of work and the $20 or less in supplies $250 seems extremely high and not what I expected for a quality solution!
James and Peggy are ausome. Best customer service in town hands down.Feeling greatful today. They were patient personable and very helpful in my descion.
Long story short..they tired to make us over pay buy saying we had 11 more square footage in our kitchen then my husband measured (which comes out to almost $500 more). Of course we told them we were going to go somewhere else because we didnt like the price and thats when the guy said he could give us a $500 discount. I knew right then something was fishy but we went with them anyways. Well after paying in full 3 days later we were told it would take a week or week in half to get our counter tops installed (which was fine because we know everyones busy). We finally got a call a about a week in a half later saying that they would be at our house 8:30 the next morning to install them. They were hour and half late with no courtesy call to let us know (we called them). After they were done the counter tops were beautiful and looked as if they did a good job on installing but the mess they left was awful. I understand leaving dust behind from sanding down the counter tops but they also left big nails and chunks of wood all over our kitchen floor from the laminate counter tops we had before. I have a almost 2 year old son who puts EVERYTHING in his mouth so that really irritated me. Just very unprofessional.
Best granite in town, come check it out, installation, free estimates
