I’ve had two experiences here recently. One was very positive where a retired teacher waited on me and was very helpful. The next visit was awful. I was waited on by a slender blonde-haired lady who was rude and not helpful at all. She was also extremely nasty to two ladies who came in asking for a certain college printed fabric. This shop has beautiful fabric, but it is fairly expensive and should not allow customers to be treated this way. I’m not sure I’ll return.

Purchased a new Bernina: Staff is courteous and helpful. Fair and honest information was provided. They will order items not currently in stock. They have a variety of fabric and also specialize in smocking and childrens patterns and prints. They provided me with a calendar of upcoming classes and events. e mail sign up is provided as well. When I attended the Christmas in July event with a friend we found it informative and well attended. Yes, I would recommend you try this shop.

Friendly knowledge staff. Saw a pattern in store that they were out of and they made arrangements to order it for me and have it shipped to my house.

Discovered Fabric Boutique two years ago when I wanted to take a sewing class and couldnt get another store to answer my calls. Thank Goodness!!! Ive been going to FB ever since. They have fun classes and a great staff that is always ready to help.

I had read the two reviews on here before going to the Fabric Boutique, but I had to replace my three year old daughters security blanket and no other store had the material, upon entering the store, I was greeted by a very helpful employee who went out of her way to find a pattern that best matched the picture of the blanket I brought with me. She found it for me and quickly had it cut, I was in the store for less than five minutes total, I would recommend this store to anyone, and so would my daughter, lol
