Chris did a fantastic job! We woke up on a Saturday and could not open our garage due to a broken spring. I called CMI and Chris told me he could get to me later in the day. We continued to stay in contact via txt msgs as he worked his other jobs for the day and even though he and his team had to work late, they made it over and repaired our garage same day at a great price! Horrible service took the money for new garage door and hasnt come back to put new one in. this has been going on since august 2017. only text back sometime. Tried to give a local small company business and they screw you. Always go with a big company not a one man show.
