I recently purchased a golf cart from Golf Carts of Louisiana. It was one of the only stores in the United States to have the specific style and color that I wanted. It was stressful purchasing it from California and having it shipped, but Jessica who works there, did everything possible to make sure the process was a smooth one. She was in frequent communication with me and went above and beyond to make sure my expectations were met. There is not many places that have true customer service, but this is an exception. The people who work here go above and beyond and should be rewarded with more business in the future. Do not hesitate to use them even if you are out of state.

I would like to Thank Buster Toms for giving me a good deal on my new Club Car golf cart. This is my 4th cart from Golf Cars of Louisiana. John Milford the salesman gave me good trade in value for my old cart. They are really loyal to their customers. I will be back again for my next cart.

Very disappointed in this dealership. My family has bought multiple golf carts and serviced them many times here. Recently sent my cart in for a new tire and got the cart back with new issues. I called them explaining the problem that could have been caused by them while doing the repair and all they can offer is to charge me more money to see what’s wrong. Poor customer service. Funny thing is we were actually considering buying a new golf cart but sure won’t be buying it from golf cars of Louisiana! And I was actually speaking with someone calling themselves the manager.
