Always busy thats good. Ive always shopped here the prices are reasonable and the store is always clean. The cashiers are nice too.

Store manager was very helpful. Had to use an electric cart to do my shopping. Had some issues with my cart but store manager had me fixed up in no time.Would have been helpful to have a cart closer to the parking lot.Really like this store.

Had to stop there to get groceries and the service from the workers was superb I highly recommend the store and will definitely be visiting again the staff is very friendly and willing to help you find everything you need on top of that the store is clean and the aisles had everything that I needed in stock I was able to find all that I needed without much of a hassle and specifically Mauricio Castaneda and Mica Baker were so helpful and so kind that I felt that I could not have picked a better store to find the things that I needed during this hard time that I am going through at the moment. Mauricio made sure I was able to find an alternative to what I was actually looking for in the store and was very friendly to me the whole time. Mica was very hard-working and checked me out even though I had so many things in her aisle and the whole time she was very sweet and she made sure that I had everything taken care of before I left both of them really made my day after what rough week and like I said I would highly recommend the Super 1 Foods and will be stopping by again. Thank you so much!

Great grocery store in Bossier city, my opinion.

Ive just moved into North Bossier and tried out Super 1. Just needed one thing. The lady at checkout pointed out that the item I bought (soda) was on sale, if I wanted to buy two more. So I did. She was friendly, helpful, and Ill be back.

The posted closing time is 10 pm. However, a few of the unprofessional cashier who are old enough to know better, regularly complain outlook about customers wanting until 9 to come in the store when they have been open all day. This is happening as they are checking out customers. I complained to a female manager but she eventually was the one at the front door turning people around saying the store was closed at 9:50.

People were working and had smiles on thierFaces this time.Were stocking and produce looked good for a Friday. The pharmacy workers were nice for a change. Since Buffy C. & Lisa left the pharmacy, has gone downhill. There are two very rude people who work in the pharmacy and are just hateful. The people today were very nice. Greg is a very nice helpful pharmacist when he works however he was off today. The buggies were inside and not all over the parking lot for a change. Didnt need anything from the Deli or the Meat market today. The store as a whole has been quite needy. I shop in your facility at least three and four times a week. Today was the best day of shopping your store in about 8 months since it got really Bad.

Dont waste your time with this grocery store the csrs put up a 12 items or less sign up after 10 mins standing in line waiting so we got turned away. Then management closed down 2 more checkout lanes as we tried to get into either one so as far as I see this grocery store doesnt want any customers or make money dont recommend this store period. Terrible management and terrible customer service representation

Stocked up on juice and chips, got me a hot meal, very efficient.

Its more organized and similar foods are placed in the same isles, wide spacious and free of excess merchandising. Very well.lit. Ample parking

I have shipped here for 20 years, man this place has gone downhill. Everytime I visit now reminds me why I want to move. It has a Shreveport hood feel to it now,😟.

Disappointed with my shopping experience. My first (and only) visit to this store, as I dont live local. Went in for less than 10 items, and forgot hot dog buns that I paid for. Disappointed in myself and equally in the cashier for not ensuring that I had all of my purchased products.

My doctor called my prescription in yesterday & left the message on their voicemail BEFORE 4:00 pm. I called until 6:30 pm to see if I had anything called in & was told no. I called my doctor again this morning & was told they called it in yesterday but would call it in again. I called the pharmacy at 10:00 am & was told they werent filling perscriptions until after 1:00 pm because the pharmacist was giving Covid shots & he/she was the only one who could get the messages off the voicemail.I am at the pharmacy ~ before 1:00 pm, NOONE waiting for a Covid shot, standing here waiting to be waited on & being totally ignored.I have been coming here for the last 10 plus years but I think today will be my last day entering this store but home office will know how I have been treated.I was just asked my name & the cashier ~ not the pharmacist ~ said she told me it wouldnt be ready until after 1:00 because they were giving Covid shots........still not one (1) soul getting a shot. It is 12:00 noon & my meds were called in 20 hours ago, no customers at the pharmacy but Im still having to wait until 1:00?? This is the last time for me:)

My favorite store!!!But needs someone monitoring the express lanes there was a couple with a shopping cart full of groceries and some person with one little item behind them.

I shop at this particular one weekly.some days are better than others but for the most part is good.usually in and out pretty fast thats a big plus.

The check out lanes were down the aisles and no one was working in customer service. I also had to retrieve my own basket from outside.

Produce area is always neat and fully stocked. They were out of some things I wanted but I substituted so it was ok. Rude cashier. That wasnt ok. She didnt know her produce codes and would recommend more training for her.

Everything we needed in one spot

This place is great for a quick run to town trip. I have food allergies and they have a limited supply of allergy-friendly foods but they do have a really good organic and meat selection. Their prices are very good for meat and products. I dont know their staffing situation, but theyre usually not a lot people to ask for help. They do have a large selection a products you can pick from as far as generally shopping. Their hours are great. They stay open very late. The parking lot can be kind of sketchy sometimes, but no ones ever bothered me. The cashiers are pretty nice. Overall, its a good shopping experience.

Super 1 has superb cake and will save you alot of money compared to SAMS club.

Very very busy, no carts or hand baskets available, long check out lines. No self- check outs at this store. That would have been easier for me and 10 or so others that had less than 10 items. Other than that the cashier was very personable. Just came at a bad time for a few items.

I had forgotten to get garlic. I ran to go get it after my things were on the counter. I couldnt find it so I asked the cashier and instead of telling me where it was she went herself and got them. To me that is A+ service!! The produce is waaay better than Walmart and less expensive! I love this grocery store!!

This is my spot!! The meat selection is great!!!! The sales are awesome and the customer service is never lacking. I love the fact they have a wide varieties of herbs and plants like Aloe Vers leaves. That is something you cant find everywhere. The deli section is clean and neat!!

Lots of weekly specials, wide variety of fresh produce, meats and seafood items, as well as dairy products. We are military and use the base commissary, but find many items cheaper at Super One Foods. Good customer service by workers.
