This place is incredible and I cant wait to go back! The owner is super friendly and I felt comfortable in the store as opposed to guitar center where they at times feel pushy. if I have to go to G.C. I get what I need and get out whereas with J&W I felt like I could relax and really browse the selection while having an actual conversation instead of being pressured to buy something.

Although I have not made a purchase through them (yet) they were very helpful in directing me to an instructor for my child. Im overly grateful for their help.

Very cool place to buy equipment! The owner, John, is friendly and easy to talk to. This place has a great selection of used goods, and they wont rip you off like a pawn shop. I bought a nice bass for a good price. Very happy with my purchase!Also, Parkway Band members and parents, this store also has a selection of reeds and whatnot for marching/concert band instruments, and its on the way to Parkway whenever youre driving south on Barksdale. Save yourself a trip and just shop here!

Love this place great selections of instruments and accessories and customer service is awesome. John the owner goes out of his way to satisfy his customers. If he does not have it he will do his best to find it. He also donates instruments to schools to help children be able to enjoy music. Check it out you will glad you did.

Love this store. The owner is cordial, the gear is well organized, and the customer is #1. From student to professional there is something for everyone. Ive purchased and consigned with great results. They did a set-up (adjustment) on my acoustic guitar, that makes it so much easier to play and sound good, I no longer feel the need to buy a better guitar. And when I do, Ill check here first.

Just went to their Open Mic Night. What a great place to hang out and play some great gear from all the big brand names. They are the only Guitar Shop left in Bossier. I am SO Thankful that someone stepped up to keep shops like this alive in our area!

This is just a flat out great guitar shop.The owner, John, was knowledgeable and totally helpful.I picked up a consignment Squire Strat and some gear from him today.He actually set up the guitar and restrung it right there for me.I didnt realize it till I was back on the road about 7:15 pm, but he closes at 6:00!He stayed an hour late, never said aword about it, just to help me out.Ive got to do something nice for that dude.Yall go buy you some gear now hear?

Really great little guitar shop and John the owner was really nice and helpful and I left with a VHT 6 special tub amp that is a great and awesome sounding amp.

They have a great selection of music gear. They even have school band stuff too. We found mallets and lesson books for my sons drum class.
