21 year customer of this company, and they have been nothing but supportive of our restaurant operation.I recommend them highly for equipment purchase and lease and service, also beer and soda gas, and microbrew soda products. I love this company! They really understand how to serve the service industry. They are friendly, punctual and thorough in their work. I have used them for everything from soda to refrigeration repairs, beer line cleaning to equipment leasing and they have always done a great job!

This place is incredibly loud and inconsiderate (especially in the morning) of the residents that live in the area. They start as early as 6am and the workers yell, shout, and make no attempt to minimize noise when loading or unloading trucks.

Absolutely horrible service will give you the run around for weeks misdiagnosing problems,terrible customer service, service Managment does not know what they are doing .if you want inexperienced technicians working on your equipment then go for it but I would recommend HUB over Lenox any day of the week
