The person I dealt with downstairs where textbooks are picked up was nasty and curt. The store is a mess especially the textbook area in the basement. The people that work there are unknowledgable and lazy.

The website says that the store closes at 4 pm and the store closes at 3pm. I traveled to try to get here at 3:10 and find the store closed.

Such a great bookstore. Ive only been here once but Ill definitely be going back. The workers here are so helpful and do their best to find whatever you need. The used books are the best, going for as cheap as $3-$4. Got a handful of books for under $20!

Went in to grab my daughter a tshirt and I was in and out within minutes after the graduation!

Overpriced merchandise, especially Berklee changed their logo into a very generic, not-so appealing mess of a thing that they plaster onto any kind of merchandise they can.
