Order for pick up take over 24hours and noone send you confirm or any information to pick up. Call direct to store, customer service say just come in and everything will ready . Come to the store they will let you wait forever, noone going to help .

The worst Home Depot in all Massachusetts. I want to order 3 pallets of concrete mix 60 lbs plus delivery and Im talking with customer service girl she questioned me how many bags is on a pallet I say you supposed to know how many bags is on a pallet she give me answer thats she not need to now its my job to know how many begs is on a pallet and she sent me to pro desk which of course is closed and thats how they take care customers I look customer service in the South Bay Home Depot they dont give a f... and now I must drive to different Home Depot were I maybe find costumer service whos know how make the money. South Bay home Depot is always like this they just dont care the slow they ignorance and they have attitudeThis is not how you supposed to make the business and talk with customers.
If you cannot answer all calls coming in......hire more people to help!!!!!Disgraceful service!!!
