First impressions: Small closet sized shop crammed with fixtures and clothing. Two cash registers. Nobody came to assist me. Pretty sad, but I did find something. Limited selections as usual. Cashier was enthusiastic and really brightened up the day to compensate for poor service. Would I shop here again? As much as I like the brand, probably not at this specific location.

Went here to pick up a suit needed for a wedding the following day. The employee working there, Chris, helped me get a perfect complete outfit in no time at all. He provided plenty of options and suggestions, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy the most expensive thing there. Very professional, and great fitting suits! Have already recommended them to my friends, and I’ll definitely be back.

I went here in desperate need of a new sport coat and had needed it for the next day. The employee I worked with, Victoria, was excellent and helped me find my perfect fit. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I can now breathe a sigh of relief knowing I am all set for my work holiday party. Would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking for quality and a great shopping experience!

Ive bought two suits from the Ludlow shop in Copley. I received excellent service both times, but most recently the staff went above and beyond. I had a number of alterations done to my most recent suit and the staff did the work with enthusiasm. They really take pleasure in knowing a customer feels good in the suit they buy here.

Joe was absolutely wonderful-- best customer service in as long as I can remember. My boyfriend bombed into the Ludlow Shop half an hour before the store closed, drenched in sweat, carrying his bike, with me sheepishly trailing behind in my post-barre clothes (Im posting this review from his account). Joe didnt bat an eye, he just offered us both water and started making calm, cool-headed recommendations. My boyfriend needed a suit for a client meeting tomorrow, and walked out with a full ensemble from suit, to shoes, to pocket square. I will be recommending the Ludlow Shop at Copley to everyone I know from now on. The clothes are modern, debonair and impeccably made. The service was unparalleled. Ill be sending my boyfriend here from now on, and I know hell be in good hands.

Very helpful and mindful staff. Hadley was very accommodating when I was looking for a new tux. Overall, I am very happy my experience shopping in the ludlow shop.

He stuff of this store is awful!! I’ve been shopping in this store for years. I got a thanksgiving giftand lost a gift receipt and came to the store for help just to exchange the size. Themanager Greya Ceyene who I never met before accused me in stealing! because Ididn’t have a receipt!! In front of everybody! How dares she! I’m a doctor loyal person neverstole a candy in my life and she is indicting me in something like this. Will NEVER come backto the store and recommend to everybody to bypass it.

Good value on semi-tailored dress wear made from Italian fabrics. The staff will make sure you get all the needed alterations and look your best (on a budget).

Im not really a J Crew kind of guy, but the suiting options at the Ludlow shop are much nicer and allow for a more refined style than the typical preppie/casual look of most JCrew stuff. However, their shirts still only come in S/M/L; it would be nice if there were neck/sleeve options to get a better fit. Even though its still a little on the trendy side (many of their suit fabrics only come in the slim trouser), Ive found Jeff to be really helpful in finding options that work for those of us dressing for work/real life rather than the runway.

As a foreigner, they have the worst customer attitude ever, thanks for giving me an excuse to never buy clothing from you anymore. :) I mean, really? J crew isnt any luxury brand to anyone, how are your stuff so cocky and arrogant? I 100% sure all this 5 stars reviews are fake, best shopping experience, I will try club monaco or all Saints next time, they have a better attitude, and I would love to give f## money to them. LOL

I needed to buy shoes for my son in Boston. I called 10 minutes before they opened, and Michael answered. My transaction was completed in 5 minutes, and they had exactly what my son wanted. Fantastic experience.

I received top notch service when buying a suit and sport jacket. The two salespeople took time and their measurements and tweaks were oerfect.

Why when you call customer service, they tell you that you will be helped in the store with no issues, but when you come to the store you are being treated disrespectful by manager Giovanni . It was my worst experience in the store! Gio must leave and not to scare away the customers.

They sold me two expensive suits, shipped them to me with alterations, and didnt take the security tags off. When I picked them up, no apologies, nothing. Business as usual.
