I’m a big Nike shoe guy and I have made it a habit to come to the Nike Boston store monthly. Have often found good deals as well as shoes otherwise sold out online or through the app. It’s a Nike store, so you’ll be spending a lot of money for most of the shoes here unless you do happen to find a good deal.Make sure you use the Nike app in store to help figure out what sizes they have of the shoes you’re looking at. You can even request to try on via the app!One thing that is a bit of a bummer is that the store does not have the widest selection. Some speciality shoes (golf shoes for example) don’t seem to ever be carried in store. Wish they could be so I could try some of them on before purchasing online but it’s not the end of the world.

Amazing and one of my favorite. stores, if you can find parking on Newbury of coarse. However it really is a city gem. Quick in and out & all the associates are super helpful on every floor. We were in and out within 20 minutes. Also a plus is that they can all check you out so you dont need to wait in long lines. Once you have what you want you can easily cash out using a debit/credit card and go!!

Had an absolutely horrible experience here. Purchased a pair of shoes using a 15% off coupon that turned out not to be a great fit. Came back the next day to exchange them for a better size, and the cashier refused to apply the discount to my exchange, meaning I would have to pay the full price for the new pair with only the discounted total from the previous purchase applied to the purchase. I’m not usually one to complain, but the sheer lack of courtesy with this experience has really soured me on the store.

This Nike store has probably the nicest and friendliest staff I have ever seen in any retail establishment! Nick was the gentleman who helped me, but all of the others were equally friendly and outgoing.

Cool location and great merchandise but Rude staff. I seldom leave a bad review but when you ask for a pair of shoes and the first person looks at you and walks off and the second one says sure but doesn’t come back for an hour it’s a little discouraging. We ended up heading to another shoe store where we were greeted and served within minutes.

Admittedly Im a big Nike fan, so any opportunity to visit a Nike store will always put a grin on my face. With that said, this is a review of the facility, not the brand. The Nike store in Boston was as cool as you would expect it to be. Very easy to walk around and admire the abundant merchandise from almost any given spot in the store, without it feeling cavernous. This place has all the little hidden Nike history and culture you would expect to find at a Nike store of this size.

Not a happy customer at all...I have a pair of $125 Airmax Running sneakers given to me as a gift. 2 weeks into wearing them, a hole has formed at the front tow area. They are not too small and and still have room. Called customer service and was given the run around they can not do anything to resolve the issue. At the least I should have been offered a swap out to keep a happy customer coming back. NOPE!!!As you can see in the photos, these have not been worn at all !!!

I had to make a return here and was confused about a part of the policy (PayPal orders can’t be refunded in-store) and the two employees who helped me were AMAZING and so kind. It was a small thing that they could have totally ignored, but Rich and Adiya turned my day around by going the extra mile!

Its important to talk to the salespeople. Im surprised that about half of the shoes in the store are lifestyle shoes, they are not performance shoes. I was also surprised at the limited number of performance shoe lines that are available. Parking is on Newbury Street so dont bet on getting it.

Good customer service (no smile but helpful). The problem is they have no stock in for womans. I literally asked for 8 different pairs and they had one in my size.....

Worked at this location through a contractor Named Will doing security. This employee had stopped paying me for my work so I had to quit. The athletes and management at this location are some of the best Ive ever seen and this has nothing to do with the staff itself

Lots of floor space...not as much product as I would expect.

Today I went to the store and really wanted to try Nike air max 270. I picked one on the shelve that are my size and tried it.Then the staff tells me with an angry face and rude accent that I can’t try any shoes on the shelve if I want she will pick it back the store.Then I told her I want to try and she checked the store that my size are sold out!!! I can’t try anything!!!Really?? My size just puts on the shelve, and I just want to know how it feels on my feet!!!!If your store doesn’t have it, but I still can buy online.However, why they are so rude to customers? Your guys, not a GOD!!And the shoes are not expensive!!!!!

Called for a pair of shorts and didn’t have the style number. The girl on the phone refused to check for me.

Its hard for me to find shoes n my size. Fortunately I was able to find 1... but not much on variety if youre on the plus side... thats in height, width, & shoe size. Anything past a 3xl you can forget about, & if u wear bigger than a 13... hope you like black, white & random off colors that no1 else wanted either

Easy to do online shopping. My order was ready quickly and I was in and out in minutes.

Sometimes you get good service, other times, you are waiting for a while. They get good products, but not many exclusive things come through here. It is always busy, so I understand that that is a challenge, but I definitely would recommend getting more stock and hiring more staff to accommodate for the large crowds that Newbury Street naturally draws!

I went in to get the Air Force 1s. There was a clear, socially-distanced queue right outside the store. Once I entered, I was received well by Deven at the store. What impressed me was that helping me try out different sizes, create an online account and complete the order was seamless, thanks to Deven. It all took a sum total of 5 min. Exactly what I needed. So, shout out to Deven for being helpful, quick and insightful making for a great experience at the store.For some reason, Nikes online feedback survey didnt work for me, so posting it here.

For a store called nike town i was super disappointed in the selection they had. Its like empty compared to other nike store.

As all Nike stores this is a creative, modern place to check out the latest clothes. However, after asking for a restroom and being told to go across the street to use that of another store, you notice the truth about Nike as a company. Id rather go the extra mile to buy equally fashionable gear (often at a better price) from a more moral manufacturer.

Helpful staff and very cooperative. They helped me exchange shoes because the ones I bought first werent exactly suiting me. Great variety of Nike products too, that too in all the sizes.

Great store and easy to find my sizes without any issue.

This is a good store in terms of options, but they have no size (we looked for four different shoes and none were available).Staff is also not helpful.Most specifically an attendant called Emma refused to help my mom (an elder woman that does not speak fluent English). I had to step in and ask for help with other attendants, as her attitude was clearly strange.

Came in for the first time and was amazed about their crazy shoe and gear selection. They have everything here and its awesome. The staff here is awesome too.

Jared was the best person to go to for questions to find the perfect shoe. Hes extremely knowledgeable and provides awesome and useful tips! If youre not sure what type of shoe you should be getting then I highly recommend speaking with Jared and hell make sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of.

The staff here were so helpful when it came to helping me select a good pair of running shoes. And it was a sale that day, so I got it for a great price.

I came into the store for the sole purpose of buying shoes knowing I was going to find something I would like. I have at least seven pairs of Nikes. Unfortunately for me the in store elevator was broken. Apparently it broke with people inside it. The manager actually told me that Im not making that up. She was nice enough to let me use the elevator in the back. This is where the story goes south. My son needed to use the rest room and they of course dont have one. I asked to have them get the elevator for me and I was told to wait the manager would be back. Well 10 minutes later I got tired of waiting and had to carry my stroller with a child in in down two flights of stairs. Yeah thanks guys but I just decided to buy shoes somewhere else.

So since moving to Boston this has been my go-to store for my tennis shoes since I moved here. I make it a point to try and hit every Nike outlet store in every state that I traveled to and see the deals that they to offer. This one is like most of the stores which is big and size plenty of off-street parking. I gave this one a 5-star because the people that work here are very very friendly and courteous, I interacted with one of the managers today and she also was very exceptional. I will definitely be returning to the store on a weekly basis. I wish I would have gotten the managers name that I forgot to but I would definitely see her again and thank her again.

Had very good customer service today, Nick Lemon is very knowledgeable and patient with his clients. Great selection of shoes and sneakers. I had a different experience yesterday upstairs which wasn’t great but today’s experience hopefully meant yesterday was an aberration.

They get one star for location, and one star for good service. My friend came here looking for a specific style of Nike and got good help. The store layout is awkward, with clothing crammed upstairs and shoes swimming in the open first floor. Thumping music and sleek decor will make you wonder if youre in a nightclub. I just want to buy some shoes - I dont need The Nike Experience.

Fun place to visit! Its never the same to shop for clothes online especially for quality products that you want to compare among other designs and see as well as feel the material. Its great to see this company still leading the way in athletic world as Ive already been a huge fan of their shoes.

This location has a vast selection of shoes and gear. And they always having a sale of some sort. And the staff are very helpful as well.

Really cool Nike Store. The layout of the store is really convenient and you know where to find what you are looking for. Their products are nice and durable, and definitely not cheap. You pay for quality. The staff is very friendly, theres a good variety in design and sizes of the items and if theres not the staff can help you find it within the store, at another location and even order it and retrieve there.

Its so nice to buy shoes from people who actually know their products. You wont get that in any department store or discount chain. I wear a larger size and Nike always comes through.

Awesome place, big store with a huge range of products across several floors. On some days of the week, they also have run clubs, where people can run across Boston at different paces and meet new people. The staff is super friendly and its one of my favorite places to shop!

This store has a huge variety of soccer, basketball, baseball, training, running, and casual wear. I personally went for the soccer area, and they had all the new releases! They get new products about 2-3 days after they release, so I could find everything I was looking for! The staff are also awesome, they are really helpful, and they have a bunch of other colorways in shoes in stock. I recommend this place to anyone looking for sportswear.

The staff is very helpful there but they have a very limited selection for womens sneakers. On wall was covered in variations of the same five models. It would be nice if they could expand their selection.

Nike Boston is excellent, but timing is crucial. We typically go during the weekend of the Boston Marathon, so the place is obviously a zoo. Also, a few years ago they were personalizing running jerseys and shirts which they stop doing, disappointingly. Still about the best stuff you can get for running, Ill be at a tiny bit overpriced. Nike Boston is a great place to check out if youre down near Boylston or Newbury.

A very big store in the center of Boston. Im not sure if they have all the displays but it looks like they only have the high-end stuffs. Service was quick and you can pay them directly using their handheld device, so no more going to the counters.

Big supply of running shoes as well as others to stay fit.

The store is nice inside with 2 floors. The second floor is all alone for men. Didnt buy anything. I was just passing by....
