My fiancee and I got our wedding bands here and loved our experience! Family run shop! Both Jay and his wife were incredibly kind and polite! The rings came very well done. They fit perfectly for my fiancee and I. They were able to get our rings in well in advance. We loved the experience, couldnt be happier!

I bought my wifes engagement ring there in 2003 and will always remember the great service they provided. Since then, my wife had countless compliments on her engagement ring - nice band, diamond and its setting. If you are looking for an engagement ring this is your one stop. PLEASE, do not go to the general jewel retailers. Hefez knows their stuff and has the best access stones in the market for the price.

I highly recommend Hefez & Sons. I went in not knowing what kind of ring I wanted, and Jay sat down with my mother and I for over an hour until we found a style and diamond I loved. The other jewelers I went to before this simply let me try on different rings, without offering assistance. Jay was personable and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted (and didnt want) in a ring. Great service, and beautiful jewelry.

Abe and his team were amazing from the start. I traveled all around town and within the state, going to various jewlers. I can say that one thing that separates Abe from the rest is he looks at diamonds as a personal investment for you, not just a bottom line price point. Jay was a pleasure to work with. We always had pleasant conversation and he took time to get to know us. He sat with us to go over exactly what we wanted, designed it, and executed it in more than reasonable time frame. He gave us the best prices out of anyone we saw but not one bit of craftsmanship was sacrificed. My ring was very simple but my wife’s ring was more complicated and it is best to be as specific as possible. When my wife got the final product it wasn’t exactly what she had imagined but Jay fixed it right away and it looks beautiful. These are custom rings so give them plenty of time (on the order of 2 months or more) and you will get just what you were looking for.

Meh I went in there to browse and the woman who helped me older lady with brown hair showed me three rings and said she couldnt show me more things because she had to babysit later and needed to get work done before she leaves. Her loss. I went to another jewelry store and because of their great service I dropped mega money. I think she assumed I could afford anything. With this type of customer service would you trust them with your diamond engagement ring? lol I think not! I wouldnt want any negativity next to my precious gems. Go elsewhere.

I brought in my great grandmothers engagement ring and wedding ring (they are attached) to get sized. They charged me $50 and told me to return the next day. I had my fiancé pick it up and when he got home I found they didnt make it as large as they said they would. My fiancé brought it back and the guy behind counter started hammering it on the ring measurer and he SNAPPED the bands. He BROKE the rings and then tried to tell my fiancé that it was made poorly. So, they told us they would fix it and kept saying, we wont charge you as if they could. At the end of the day I return to get my ring. They make a call and the delivery guy brings the WRONG ring. So, he goes back to get my ring and they have fixed it, but the size is still wrong. I took my ring and left without having it sized at all. The whole time they are saying, we wont charge you for this. It really was too bad because both my fiancé and I had picked out new wedding bands that we had planned to buy from them. Now we have to start our search over. What a DISAPPOINTMENT! Avoid this place.
