This place was recommended by my architect for kitchen countertops. I was very very pleased how it turned out. It all starts with the exact measurements very precisely done by Mr Ha (the owner). For customer service it was mostly Lisa, and she was very knowledgeable and patient and returned all calls promptly. They have great selections and wide range of prices and quick turnaround. This place demonstrates that customer satisfaction is important. Recommend without any hesitation.

DO NOT PURCHASE CABINETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!It first took me two day to just simply get in touch with someone from this company. Then it’s so hard to schedule a measurement with them. It’s like we have to beg them to do the measurement. After a few days they completed the measurement, we didn’t hear back from them at all because apparently they sent the information to a wrong customer. We finally got the quote, and we were shocked! The quote was incredibly expensive, almost doubled the price we got from a couple of other places. We were confused and thinking they must get the measurement wrong, so I called and asked about the price. The manager was so rude that after I questioned about the quote, he told me that they are just expensive and we shouldn’t do business with them, and he hang up on me.This has been the worst customer experience I’ve had in years. If you don’t want to deal with untrustworthy and unreliable service and randomly given price, save your time and money and go somewhere else. I would gave a negative star if I could.

CONFUSED STAFF & UNRESPONSIVE - I tried working with this company because they are a small business within my community. However, I would not recommend this company to anyone. In may 2021, I contacted Hastone to install granite countertops for my kitchen. I informed them that the project would begin in June. I sent them the measurements and layout of my project via email. They confirmed receipt and told me to return once the cabinets were installed. Fast forward to July 2021, my cabinets are installed and I return to solidify the contract. They asked me for the measurements again, I emailed them a second time while standing in their office and receipt was confirmed. A measurement / template appointment was made for the following week. On the day of the appointment, no one from Hastone come to my home, nor called me to inform me of any changes. When I contacted them and asked for clarity, the same male employee who took my measurements showed up to my home stating that he was confused about what the project entailed. He promised to have the boss return to complete the measurement later that evening. One that same day at 5pm, that same confused male employee now claimed he knew what to do. He measured my cabinets and said theyd be in contact with me. I have not received a call to date and I have since moved on to another countertop company.

Was in earlier this month and worked with a lady (Linda). Place was pretty busy and she seemed to be the only one around to help me and the couple other customers in the showroom at the time. (luckily she was able to jungle all our questions, so I did not have to wait around all day to get what i needed) . . BTW, showroom is OK but not great and there was a lot of just stuff like loose wood and other boxes laying around. But Linda was really helpful, patient, and efficient to answer all my questions. Ill give the showroom a 3 and Linda a 5 - so average out to a 4.

Be careful of their pricing, they charge ridiculous fees and their stones and countertops are expensive. The manager/owner of this business charge 100$ each person for just less than 5 mins of cutting work while it is their responsibility to do that. They will not get any future business from me and I will not recommend anyone to this place

I have worked with Linda on multiple occasions for a kitchen renovation for my previous home and now my new house. She was very accommodating and patiently walked me through the whole process. She’s so honest and direct with the quality of the cabinets they have in stock. Additionally, price is amazing and the quality is not compromised. I just remember Linda being very helpful when I had all these design ideas in my mind. She will tell me if the granite and cabinet color I picked was “interesting” or not. But she will leave the decision completely up to me. These employees are also speedy. Once I was able to finally make a decision, they came to measure, cut and install within a week. Pretty amazing.

We walked into Hastone with some very rough sketches and measurements, never having done this before. Within no time, Jennifer had a rendering of our kitchen and helped us through the planning stage. The choices for the granite were amazing, and again, her guidance was spot on. We were able to select a stone that we absolutely love. We also found the quality of the cabinets to be outstanding. Everything was done on time. Excellent product and service. Highly recommend!

I have been purchasing kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops from Hastone Cabinetry and Countertops for many years now. They are a family owned and operated company, which I prefer over the big box stores. They are very reliable and efficient when it comes to my cabinet and granite needs. They stock quality, all wood kitchen cabinets in a large variety of sizes and styles. They also have a large selection of granite to choose from. I would recommend them for your next kitchen project.

I was looking for kitchen cabinets and found this place on google. The salesperson was nice and knowledgeable. I was happy how quickly I got my kitchen design and quote, she walked me through the process and made it quite simple. I searched some other places but this place was a good deal and felt right. The cabinets arrived in three days like promised. They dont install the cabinets, but they recommended Chris, who was great and got it done in a day. The countertop was just installed last week and it looks perfect. I dont see how more people dont know about this place.

Hastone is the best! There was a miscommunication on the size of my island countertop and Jen took it back and gave me the perfect one with no hassles at all!! I appreciate her attention to detail, kindness and patience with my work schedule. Definitely will be back for future projects! Thanks Hastone!

Sales person was nice but after your payment the service was very rude. I have to deal with all the troubles left after getting their produts. Very disappointed.
