OTEN is literally the best nutrition shop in Boston. Their teas & shakes are amazing and they always come out with a new menu for every season. ITS AMAZING. The protein donuts and waffles are exceptional. Plus the best part is adding all the yummy toppings such as fruity pebbles, gummy bears and graham crackers which are my favs. Thank you OTEN for the amazing service.

Amazing first time experience. Great customer service 👌🏾 Asked my pronouns which made me feel that much more comfortable. Mango refresher hit the spot after a 3 1/2 hour workout and 7 mile run this morning. Definitely recommend for others on a health and wellness journey to being FIT in the mind, body, spirit and soul. A++. Will definitely be returning!

This is the best place for protein smoothies and mega teas! They have so many different flavors. They have continued to support MGH nurses by delivering to us multiple times a week while we work 😊 highly recommend.

Excuse me, but who gave this place permission to be so amazing?! The fat burner coffee is so delicious. I live less than a 5 minute walk away and I drink the entire thing before I walk through my front door. The smoothies are also super yum and very filling! The protein donuts are wonderful and the perfect snack or healthy compliment to your smoothie or tea. The atmosphere in OTEN is inviting and fresh. The music is always on point and the employees are knowledgable, kind and very cool and original. I tell everyone about OTEN and would give it 6/5 stars if that was possible. Live out your delicious protein dreams at OTEN!

There hasnt been one time since I started coming here that I wasnt greeted with a warm welcome. The smoothies are amazing, the tea is incredible ... and now that they have protein donuts & waffles, you really dont have to go anywhere else (and its healthy). Cant beat it!

Holy smoothies been quite a bit quite up you protein shake shops in the area but yet never received the quality customer exceptional customer service that I received from Santa and Luz. And my protein shakes smoothie they made for me today was absolutely Dynamite gave me just a right amount of energy I needed thank you girls hope to see you soon 😇👌❤️✨

I love this Place. Staff out of their way to make you feel like a home. Chinola it’s my favorite. Cinnamon rolls it’s my favorite shake. Strongly recommend it. I come here very often all the way from Worcester and everything time I am more and more satisfied. Thank you guys for being open with so much going on and doing your best.

I visited this shop when they first opened and while the the store itself is adorable, the products they’re selling are a scam. The shakes are just a scoop of Herbalife, water and ice for $12 a pop. There are no “real” ingredients added, they drip syrup on the cup and sprinkle candy on the top for your Instagram feed. I asked the girl (who was very sweet - staff is great) if I could add a fruit or veggie and she was confused, as if that was too much to ask for in a shake that is advertised as nutritious.These are opening up all over MA under different names, do your research. If you want to pay $10+ for a scoop of Herbalife (there’s a reason very few people actually use this product at home), ice and water, more power to you.

I went to OTEN and had one of the best experiences ever😍 these shakes taste soo good I had to come back to get more. Their teas also are amazing & don’t forget to try the best part the donuts 🍩🤤 . This place is the real deal😍

Drinks were basic and prices high just for fake medicine water.Not impressed.Health is made with real fruit and nourishment!

Tried out OTEN for the first time today and was so impressed! The service was AMAZING - the staff are so welcoming, informative, kind, and down to earth! I got a tea and a smoothie and both were absolutely delicious. I’ll most definitely be coming back often after my workouts!

Tried for the first time, ordered today. Usually get from another location when out an about an unable to make at home. For almost $60! Id hate to say but highly disappointed! All three smoothies tasted like water and like all was used with Vanilla F1 and Vanilla PDM. NO Flavor. Justa powdery taste. My son was very disappointed in his. I added PB to mine when got home for some flavor. My daughter, ordered the pistachio and tasted like nothing. So I added alil pistachio sugar free Jell-O. and a dap of cookies an cream F1. 😔 Would of said one star, but three cuz the gentleman was very nice and helpful at the door.
