One of a kind really, I went in looking for a new case and was pleasantly surprised at the selection in front of me. Taking a look around the store and I’m impressed at the selection of hardware and even more so by the competitive pricing. Computer Concepts has my business whenever I’m in need of any future parts.

They tried to do me a solid with a quick fix but was unable to get broken end of charger tip out with a tool. So had to leave laptop with them. Give you couple price options depending on how long you think you can live without your laptop while they fix it. Really nice people. I would go back to them again.

These guys are AMAZING! I brought my 13 year old sons gaming laptop in with issues and they found a tiny glitch and cleared it all up for me, and changed some minor settings and educated me on some important points. The gentleman behind the counter worked with me for over 15 minutes and wasnt even going to charge me! But I insisted I pay for his expertise and time. He told me to come right back if we had any more issues, gave me warranty advice... Truly an awsome experience. Now I know why all the reviews are so great... They live up to them! I will always come here with any tech issues. They went above and beyond for such a simple fix, didnt make feel stupid and were very thorough. Cant recommend enough!

They were quick to help me and get my computer up and running.My only disappointment is the cost to get drivers installed on a new build. I have no experience with building new computers and installing drivers, and I was able to do all of that on my own in less than the time they said it would take them.Either way, I would certainly use this company again for help with building PCs. Drive Clone and Upgrade - Great Staff!I called in to see about an upgrade, over the phone they confirmed they had the SSD and could do it in a day. I had issues with my computer for about a year. I took it to several different shops and they did what seemed to be no work on it and sent it home just to find that its not fixed. I took my computer in here and immediately knew the issue and how to fix it. I picked it up same day and I have not had any issues with my computer. I am definently coming back here in the future if i have any issues. They are awesome with gaming pcs.

Repaired my $3000 Custom OriginPC gaming laptop that was having screen issues for $60. I didnt want to take it apart myself. I had to wait a week until they had time to look (kept my computer at home during that time), but when I dropped it off for the actual repair it was done in about 3 hours. Recommended!

I brought in a nonworking laptop for repair knowing that it may not be fixable. Everybody I spoke to was extremely nice and forward regarding my situation. The express rates were very reasonable (barely more than the standard hourly), and I got the verdict on my laptop less than 48 hours later.Once I came to pickup my laptop, a solution for recovering my SSD was already set out for me, and the employee there was happy to try a couple more things with another power source I brought in before I checked out. They also looked extensively into sourcing the parts necessary for fixing the laptop before determining that the manufacturer does not supply them readily to third parties, and that fixing the laptop would require far more than the computer was worth.I appreciate the professionalism and swiftness of everybody I worked with there, and will visit again if I need any computer parts or repair. They also had the best supply of computer parts and supplies that I have ever seen at a business of that size.

Will and everyone was very helpful with my new computer build. I initially brought in my PC to see if I had built it properly before turning it on for the first time. All went well. The 2nd time was after Id installed a bogus copy of windows 10 I had gotten. They installed a linux distro MX 19 and wiped my ssd clean and cleaned up the messy cable job I did putting it together and found my Quadro 4000 card. All in all a wonderful experience I would recommend. Everyone was helpful. They also do answer their Yelp messages too.

Normally I would be a big fan of a small business like this but the fact that they are taking advantage of the market and charging 300% over MSRP for graphics cards just makes it that I am going to take my business to Best Buy. It makes me sad but it is sleazy charging over 2000 dollars for a 700 dollar graphics card.

I had a critical computer emergency where I needed to get my box back in working order. These guys were professional and handled it very quickly. In situation I ended up needing a new motherboard and processor.They had actual hardware in stock! most computer stores dont carry a lot of inventory now-a-days. I was impressed I was able to drive in wait for 2 hours and leave with my box in working condition.Note: If you have a urgent need for repairs. I highly recommend their express service. Its about 50% more in labor cost but it gets your box to the first available bench. If you can wait they usually have a backlog hardware to repair.I highly recommend these guys they really helped me out of a jam in a short amount of time where I wasnt willing to roll the dice on shipping, waiting and then potentially having problems. I had a quick question about LAN issues and they advised me over the phone on where to get the drivers for getting back online.Thank you guys

It is my kind of computer store. Local guys working locally servicing the community. I know I can get most thing lesser expensive online but I CANNOT get a combined 130 year knowledge base with a solid dude level human interface.I tr to give these guys first shot at every dollar that I put into computing. As a person who builds computers constantly, it is hard to find a consistent source of used parts as well as new ones. I started coming to this shop a while ago. And now I support them every chance I get. They test every used part and make sure its 100% this shop is reliable in every aspect. Great for new people looking to get into building systems or having a fresh built customized system. Give them a shot they will not disappoint

They actually had GPUs in stock! I got a 3070, and the collectable room was pretty cool too.

This place has stellar reviews so I dont want to do anything to tarnish that (hence the 5 star rating), but I was pretty disappointed to hear that they have RTX 3070s in stock and are trying to sell them for $1,300, yet claim they arent price gauging. If I wanted to pay scalper prices I could just go on Facebook Marketplace or OfferUp for the same price. Hopefully they lower the prices on these soon, as Ill be the first one in line to pick on up, just not for 3x MSRP.

You had 1 MSI Ventus 3080 ($739.99 MSRP) when I had called earlier and for all I know it could have sold. Now I am not sure what other brands you might have had but when I had called the other day they were over 1.2k but I thought maybe they misunderstood and thought I said 3090. It is a sellers market currently, you know the MSRP price, you did not spend over 1k on them (if you did that is insane but we know you didnt), and upon further inspection ebay scalpers have them lower than 1.2k. Nice try though, Will.

They have knowledgeable and patient staff and it is a comfortable place to shop. They have a pretty good selection of new and used parts. I like being able to look at the parts and how they might fit in my setup which you cant do online.

Imagine its the mid 90s and you go to a computer store to get things fixed, the stoner kids are working in the back. Its the same experience, except those kids have grown up, but havent stopped being stoner computer builders. I bet on a quiet day you can hear them whisper, Whoah, man, thats cool when your expertly installed RGB cables light up for the first time. Wouldnt be surprised if they pulled out the D&D books on Friday night and had an all-nighter.10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love this store. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Any problem Ive ever had with a computer has been fixed by these amazing people. Depending on the problem youre having you could be in and out of the store in 30 minutes. Or you have to leave your computer with them for an extended period of time. Until they get the issue resolved. In the store they have various miscellaneous computer accessories. Ranging from keyboards, to mice, to wifi extenders/enhancers, gaming chairs, computer hardware, flash drives, etc. These are real computer pros!

Ive heard theyre the oldest longest running computer shop in Washington State. I can see why by the high quality of service they deliver. I wouldnt think about having my computer serviced anywhere else.

My experience at Computer Concepts was great. I have a 20 year old workstation with 38,000 hours, that is critical to my small business. It has a program on it that is no longer produced or supported. Yesterday it looked like the machine died. I took it in to Computer Concepts, they fixed it on the spot. They also took the time to understand my needs. They suggested an upgrade plan (that is also affordable). When implemented, I wont have to rely on a 20 year old machine.Im happy to recommend Computer Concepts.

Had never visited. E-mailed them during COVID-19 about a repair I was trying to make on my girlfriends MacBook Air (mid-2013). The backlight was out due to water damage. I was pretty sure that it was a component on the Logic Board causing the fault but decided to reach out to the experts to see what the issue was. Despite never being promised a penny from me, Will decided to lend his time to helping me make this repair via troubleshooting tips and a second opinion over e-mail. This place understands what customer service is.

Excellent place for computer parts and collectables. Super cool upstairs stress with POP Figures, art, rugs, and just tons of collectables. The atmosphere and employees are wonderful and always happy to help with your next PC upgrade or build and make recommendations. Sure you might be able to find a better deal online on some parts with promotions and such but I would much rather pay a little bit more for the excellent customer service, human interaction, and not having to wait for shopping. They helped me diagnose and quoted me on replacing the part VS replacing computer and I decided on one of their project computers that they have in the store. I just had them fix up my old dell desktop by adding a new SSD drive and diagnosing that the wireless on it was incompatible with Windows 10 update. They had a simple solution to the update problem. Disconnect the wireless card since I am hardwired. Easy and free. They said you can always add in a cheap USB dongle if needed in the future. That fixed the problem and the SSD they put in is like having a new computer with the speed increase. I dropped it off at lunch and they said it should be ready the next day. They called me that night before they closed and said it was ready to go! They have been here since around 1990 and I have been using them for many, many years for repairs and to purchase computers for my business (Mill Creek Chiropractic Clinic) and my home. I give them my highest recommendation.

Had some trouble getting my new PC to post video to my monitors on bootup. I asked my friend who owns The PC Fixers in Sedona, Arizona for a suggestion of a place near me that would do quality work. He suggested these guys. Brought my PC in, they worked on it for half an hour, got it fixed, and boom. My PC works great and I couldnt have done it without them. Pretty well priced as well for quality work done by talented people.

Ive been going here for years and I havent had anything other than positive experiences. Prices are competitive and theres always someone that has the right answer to just about any PC (never asked about Apple pproducs before) question you have. Plus, theyre one of the few remaining places, locally, where you can get just about any PC custom built to your needs. I recommend them, 100%.

Power supply in my computer shorted and fried one of the HDDs, GPU, CDROM, and the audio on the board. I didnt know what was wrong. These guys did a great job diagnosed what was wrong and got it fixed. They gave me the contact information of a company that recovers data on defective hard drives. It cost us about $2500 to recover a lifetime worth of pictures and documents. I didnt know what to do when the computer wouldnt even boot, Im just glad these guys are around to help me get it back up and running again at a bargain!
