We were typically the only people in the store so we were very well taken care of. Quadri also consistently checked in after the purchase to update me on when we could expect the mattress to arrive. I went into this Tempur-Pedic store after looking at mattresses at my local furniture/mattress store. Needless to say Quadri and Joe had much more knowledge of Tempur-Pedic mattresses compared to the furniture store I went to, which sells every other mattress brand. They answered all my questions I had and let me try every mattress in the store. They really took the time to learn about my sleeping patterns and what I was looking for in a mattress. I was having neck and shoulder pain and decided to check out pillows in person at the tempur-pedic store. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We discussed what I was looking for (neck support and transitioning from stomach to side/back sleeping) and he helped pick out a few pillows to try. The store is very clean and following covid protocols with bed and pillow coverings. I laid down on one of the beds and spent time trying different pillows in diffent positions. Joseph helped check that my spine was aligned. I ended up purchasing the tempur-breeze neck + advanced calling pillow. Overall wonderful experience.

Stopped in to buy sheets today. During the purchase our salesman was asked by his co-worker if there were any promotions going on. Our salesman quickly replied no and we proceeded to pay full price, $264.43. Upon returning home we visited tempurpedics website to browse and notice sheets were in fact on sale...40% off! After a brief phone conversation we were reimbursed the difference bringing our total to $158.66. That $100 cost you a mattress sale. Honesty is the best policy.

Joe and Quadri at this Flagship store made my purchase experience of a Tempur-Pedic Luxe Breeze Firm mattress very enjoyable for my fiancée and I! This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress and this new bed is the best mattress I have ever slept on. Their new Breeze technology that sleeps 8 degrees cooler is the real deal and it is especially helping me sleep deeper, longer, and more restoratively because I tend to sleep hot. If youre looking for better sleep, Breeze technology is worth the investment.As a salesperson myself, I was impressed by Joe and Quadris product knowledge and how they conducted themselves as true sales professional during all of my visits and interactions with them. Bound brook store should be named as Top-notch Tempur-Pedic store. its not just because of the location, facillity, looks and convenience, obviously its well maintained and looks great with all Tempur-Pedic mattress, Base, Pillow and etc.., Additionally the staff Quadri & Joe is exceptional, Quadri (who helped me find the right mattress, Base and pillow) was extremely helpful, very patience and informative. Quadri was great. Funny and not pushy. He stayed 51minutes after store hours which was greatly appreciated. I felt very safe in the store (Covid time period) and hoping the new mattress will be awesome. The 90 day trial period gives me some piece of mind in case it turns out to be not the right fit

A+ service and experience. The considerations for Covid including pillow covers and bed covers along with the Lysol spraying were more than expected. In addition we did not feel pressured to buy unlike other experiences we had at nearby competitors. Overall it was a seamless process from start to finish and would recommend highly. The store manager Quadri and the other store associate with him were both excellent.

Recently bought a queen sized bed from the Bridgewater/ Bound Brook store and I highly recommend this location. Great and friendly staff and they strictly followed all COVID safety precautions. We tried a number of beds and never felt pressured. Joe made sure we found the right bed and took his time to answer all of our questions and appreciated our business. We received the bed earlier than expected and the delivery team was also great. 5 enthusiastic stars!!

We have been long time Temper-Pedic users (15+ Years) and have always been impressed not only by the products, but by their customer service. When you invest in Temper-Pedic, you can be sure that it comes as a whole package! We decided that our Temper-Pedic pillows that have lasted and served us wonderfully for over 10 years we’re ready for retirement and we wanted new ones, we ran down to the store for new pillows. However, my husband bought the wrong ones, so we had to go and exchange them. The experience was beyond pleasant! I was able to exchange them quickly, no questions asked and without being made felt guilty. The entire thing took about five minutes and was the most painless and pleasant experience! We usually don’t leave reviews unless it’s exceptionally good or bad, and this whole company, and this store in particular blew us away!

Visited the Bridgewater store this afternoon and my wife and I had a pleasant experience comparing different Temper-Pedic beds. Diana and Joe were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the differences in the mattresses and pillows. We were so impressed with the Covid precautions that they took in displaying their products. The store was immaculately clean and appealing during this difficult time. Diana and Joe should be commended and they are a reason that we are repeat customers of Tempur-Pedic products.

The whole staff at the store was extremely helpful with all our bedding needs. Joseph was extremely patient with my wife and I as we sampled many of the beds during Covid season, santizing the pillows and mattresses for us. Upon our subsequent visit a month later he remembered our names without batting an eye. We also needed to exchange pillows which typically isnt allowed but the manager truly put our needs as customers first. First rate experience. Would recommend to come in and see what you like since buying online is tough!

Jospeh M was extremely helpful with helping us learn about and try each of our options. The store was very clean and we felt very safe when trying different mattresses in the store. The other gentleman behind the counter (name started w a Q, sorry I can’t recall) was also very helpful and offered insights into his personal experience with tempurpedic. Only downside is that they weren’t able to get involved in our actual transaction since the physical stores don’t actually work hand-in-hand w tempurpedic.com which seems strange. We wish we’d have come here first before making the initial purchase online. Overall it was a 5 star experience, exactly what you’d expect from a store/employees of a brand like Tempurpedic.

My wife and I stopped in the store to look for pillows to help us sleep better. After we tried out the mattresses in the store, we realized that our pillows were the least of our problems. The store manager Laurie was a pleasure to work with as we selected a new mattress (and of course, pillows) to replace our rather old mattress at home. The best part was that the great service continued after the sale. We had an issue with part of our delivery and Laurie did an outstanding job to get it corrected quickly and that made us even happier with the selection of our mattress. Phenomenal service and sales staff. Joe M. deserves a raise.Lets be honest. If youre walking in this store looking for a bed that costs as much as a decent used car, you have some serious first world problems. It took me a failed try with Purple and about 2 months of mattress shopping laying on a hundred different beds at multiple stores before I finally walked in ready to stomach the price. I had shoulder surgery last year which makes side sleeping on an innerspring a no go. The Purple was great, but gave me some serious back pain due to lack of support in the lumbar area.The store was clean, well appointed, comfortable, and didnt feel that dirty and sleezy Mattress Firm vibe. Joes product knowledge was comprehensive. His sales approach was informed, very, very low pressure, and concierge level. If you go to a Mattress Firm or Raymour and Flannigan, the second you walk in you get shark attacked by commission based sales people - its like buying a car. You feel the pressure in those places and its very transparent.This place is the exact opposite, which is frankly what I would expect for the cost.Joe took over an hour with me explaining the different models, their features and construction while I tried each of them out - all while knowing I had no intention of making a purchase that day. He would bring over different pillows while I was laying down to try to find a good combination. Dude, take your time. Hang out for an hour. No worries. He did this with me on a second visit...and then a third. He understood that spending $5k on a bed is a massive decision, and his style is commensurate with the gravity of the purchase. Sometimes you need a few rounds of trying before youre ready to pull the trigger. With Joe, its not about how much he makes off the sale (if he even makes anything...I wouldnt be surprised if he was on salary, which is a smart move by Tempurpedic). Its about whether the bed is right for you.I ended up getting the LuxeBreeze firm in a king. After one night, my back pain was gone. My shoulder is happy. The cooling properties of the bed keep things comfortable. Going to bed is now an exquisite experience. (Dont be confused though - the bed is advertised as sleeping 8 degrees cooler. What they dont say is that its likely 8 degrees cooler than a normal Tempurpedic bed, which is much hotter than a normal innerspring. All told, the LuxeBreeze still warms up a bit more than an innerspring would. BUT, it only does so to a point awnd then seems to self regulate. A very comfortable, tolerable point. It would be a mistake to buy this bed and expect that it sleeps cooler than a normal bed. Its all relative.)I ordered the bed on a Sunday and it was delivered on a Friday. The white glove delivery was excellent and took 10 minutes. The bed is as good of quality as I hoped. The foam on that thing looks laser cut. Very minimal off gassing. Slept on it 5 hours after delivery with no issues.Highly recommend. Five starts.

So, I spent a lot of money for a mattress & foundation to be delivered to my home today. Joseph assured me that it would be delivered today. After waiting most of the morning, I decided to call and get some information. Found out that it will not be delivered today and might be later in the week. Not acceptable as I re-arranged my entire schedule with the promise that it was arriving today!!

I purchased a mattress and base. The delivery was horrible. They were supposed to deliver on a Thursday I took off of work and the delivery people never came. I wasted a day of work for nothing no call from the delivery people or the salesperson who sold it to me. It would have been nice to get a call from anyone telling me the bed would not be arriving today and not waste my whole day waiting. I called the store and spoke to the manager who sold the bed to me ad she was no help whatsoever. She tells me to call there delivery company NVC. Hold on I spent over $7,000 with you and now you blow me off!! I guess once you purchase she wants nothing to do with you. The experience was horrible. I had to call them myself and waste another day from work waiting for this bed. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I had to. I hope other customers to go through this.

I thought Tempurpedic was about professionalism and high scale. I was so wrong Laurie who said she was the manager was very unprofessional from i her shabby wrinkled attire to her used car salesman persona. The store had flies buzzing around and it seemed dirty. Not a good impression

I can’t leave a favorable review as we received no help from the salesperson. She was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge us. Maybe she was conducting a business call but she could have at least acknowledged us.

My experience at this store was horrible. Service was lousy. Pushy people trying to sell you what you don’t want and what you want they say is no good. They even our down their own product to sell you something more expensive. I bought nothing, walked out of that store went down the street and bought what I wanted. Just wasted my time.

My wife and I are Tempurpedic owners. We came in looking for a newer model and were considering an adjustable frame due to my recent back injury. When we came in we found the salesperson eating at the front desk. I know one has to eat, but could it be done in a break room so the store doesn’t smell from whatever fried concoction that you are eating. The store is not very big. Also this individual had a food stain on her blouse and food still on her lips. I’m sorry if you are representing Tempurpedic and supposed to be professional how in the world can I take you serious or trust you to direct me in this very expensive purchase. When we were about to lay on the new breeze bed with the fans in it there were dead bugs on the bed. This is supposed to be your newest and I believe most expensive model how can one lay down on it. We were grossed out. The store was not busy could she not have walked the place and made sure things were clean. These aren’t $300 beds these are over $12,000 or more. To make matters worse she said she was the manager. I think Tempurpedic should either train her or let her go before she has a negative impact on you sales, because we walked out and purchased a Tempurpedic with movable frame at Raymore and Flanagan.

Had a great experience at the store. Quadri was very helpful and informative.

We went into the store on a Sunday the store was a little messy, not a problem. The problem I had was the rude manager Laurie after she saw that we were not ready to purchase that day she became very short and upset. We were going to purchase but I needed time to figure out our finances a $15,000 purchase is not something you make a quick decision on. So I felt she cared nothing for us or the product she is representing she just wanted the sale so sad. She made me so angry we went over to sleep number at the bridge water mall and made a purchase of $16,000. Too bad Laurie if you hadn’t acted fake you could have had the sale. Terrible.

I was promised free accessories for a favorable review from the manager of the store. She never delivered on her promise. We will be returning the bed as this was a total bate and switch. Very dishonest manager. We will no longer do business from this store.

I was in the store late last winter. I met Lubertha the level of sincerity and care I have never seen in salesperson before. She made me so comfortable it was like she was a family member. I picked the bed I didn’t make a purchase because I was going through some financial problems, those problems are now over and I went back because of Lubertha ready to purchase. When I got there I heard Lubertha is no longer there. The individual that was there I believe her name was Lauren was not the same. Although she seemed knowledgeable she was very cold not very sympathetic to my needs and not sincere I didn’t get the same “vibe” of openness and trust. She seemed like a shister. So I decided not to purchase at this time, she seemed a bit to pushy for my taste and I felt uncomfortable. I hope Lubertha comes back.
