The customer service there with the new manager is night and day! Everyone there is actually polite and is willing to help you AND knows what they’re talking about. A young lady helped me when I went in and I was asking her in depth questions and she answered almost all of them and when I asked a question she wasn’t sure on she went and grabbed the manager for more help so that she wouldn’t tell me the wrong information
The girl is very nice and polite. I got a big discount after getting a credit card with them and I dont even have to pay with it.
Closed early with no notice on the windows and would not answer the phone when called multiple times.
Bountiful Location Employees are very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back.
Ive had overall good experiences here. Great prices and products.They could be better at answering the phone so the hours were known.

The two employees that worked here tonight at the Bountiful Location Really poor attitude/rude employees!!!. Never again will I buy from this location. If I could I would give this location a ZERO. You guys need to train your employee not to treat your customers Bad
The employees that worked on the night of 12/22 have horrible customer service. The girl who “helped” me seemed annoyed and bored when I asked for help on a product. The cashier was alright. She didn’t acknowledge me as I waited a few moments in line (there wasn’t anyone else waiting to check out) I guess that’s the quality of workers you get when you make minimum wage. I’ll stick to Classy Chassis!
If I could give the company as a whole 0 stars I would. This company doesnt not know how to treat their customers and probably not their employees. I was treated extremely poorly the last time I went into a Sally (the bountiful location). I would strongly urge you to go any where else besides Sally beauty. Where you will be treated the way you deserve and not have the service I did. Nothing was organized and I had to ask for help multiple times just for me to say never mind and walk out. The girls were too occupied worried about the Drama or whatever they were talking about to have the decency to even welcome me into the store. Their was no one in sight until I had to find the girl. Honestly this has happened to me multiple times at other locations so I wouldnt just boycott this location. Its the company as a whole.
Every time I’ve called to either see if they have the product or curbside pick up they’ve NEVER answered the phone. They’re attitudes and customer service SUCK!
They need more staff or maybe the ability to multitask! I stood in line waiting at the counter for 13mins because this one store associate was talking to a customer forever about hair products she even noticed me at the counter several times didnt say anything like Ill be with you or nothing just kept chatting away I ended up putting back everything and leaving and she still didnt acknowledge me as I was leaving
I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! Went there to buy extensions for my wedding. I spoke with a representative and she told me a pack of extensions were 100% real human hair. I bought two boxes and went straight to my hair appointment where my stylist told me that they were 100% synthetic. We could not dye them or style them, I had asked the rep specifically if that was possible knowing they were not the exact color of my hair (now I realise she had no idea so just said yes instead of asking and finding out for sure). I called and asked if I could take one box back that I had not opened and was told they could not do anything and to call back the next day when a manager was in. I called back and was told that I could take them back after work but the manager would not be there so to speak with Michelle. I went back to sallys to return them and was treated horribly. The cashier was SO rude about me taking them back and was literally pounding my information into the computer. She was very short with me, didnt smile once, and tossed my receipt to me. I felt like they were so happy to sell me this false product, then get angry with me when it didnt fit my needs that I clearly expressed. HORRIBLE customer service. The representatives are not trained and obviously do not care about returning customers.

Staff was super friendly, very helpful and found exactly what I needed with in seconds.Now that is customer service.

Almost every time I go in there, I get the worst customer service ever. The girls are rude, snooty, and dont even know anything about their products or how to dye hair. And the worst of all, the MANAGER herself was unbelievably rude. Theres one girl that is always sweet and Im happy when shes there. But just beware!
That always let me know when there about their awesome deals.

Was not willing to help on a simple issue, I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
