We dont have an At Home store anywhere near our home, so when we visit Salt Lake, we like to cruise the aisles looking for decorating treasuresThe selection here is amazing from knickknacks to bar stools, curtains to cutlery.It also feeds my wifes pillow addiction. So this trip we took home a red one the perfect accessory for the new sofa.

Super big store, little bit expensive, but good stuff. The cashier ask me about give her my infirmation and I can get 10% discount, but after I gave her, she said I need to apply for a credit card to get the discount. Kind of cheating!

Don’t buy if you need delivered. At Home uses a company called PickUpNow for their deliveries. PickUpNow process to schedule is painful - long hold time on chat, tried to call and it was worse. Finally scheduled and within a day they sent text stating they needed to reschedule. Another long process. The next day AT Home sends a text that my order was cancelled because it wasn’t picked up. I called At Home who said they cancel order if not picked up in 4 days. But your delivery company rescheduled? “We don’t have anything to do with them” - what? I paid At Home for delivery at time of order and they gave my info to this company. I was told I would need to re-order again, they could not help me.I emailed At Home customer service - no response.I really liked this outdoor set so I ordered and scheduled again, and guess what happened??? The same exact thing. Two painful scheduling sessions and then At Home cancelled my order again. I called At Home and was told “this is not our issue”, ummmm this is a $1600 order for At Home, don’t you care?Sad but done, buying elsewhere.

My daughter excitedly escorted me to this large outlet like store to help me find some items I needed for my newly remodeled kitchen. I will admit I was skeptical at first, but my daughter assisted me in finding everything on The list for my kitchen as well as several more items I needed to complete other remodeled rooms! And the store was Clean! Great environment to shop in.What a relief to be done picking-up all those finishing objects for each room! And in one spot too. I rolled my heaping cart full of kitchen organizational paraphernalia, bathroom rugs & matching do-dads, quality fabric drapes, (I always check the quality of what I buy), and four thick wool rugs slowly to the register. (Think the Grinch with his loaded sled after hed taken Christmas from Whoville. Not, certainly, that Im a Grinch!) The gal checking me out smiled and flew into action. When she gave me my total, I did The Happy Dance! I paid and left smiling with my checking account in tact!Great place to visit if you have a lot to accomplish on a small budget. Oh, the 4 should be a 4 1/2 rating. 1/2 off because it was difficult to find someone to help when I needed it. Go. See it for yourself. Youll be pleasantly surprised! I was.

Although I only intended to pick up a few items, I ended up walking through the beautiful displays one by one. Each display showed more creative and new ideas in Home Decorating then the last. I ended up wandering through the store for over an hour and a half.

My wife LOVES the Halloween trip to At Home! I enjoy a quick stroll through the art section, and looking at the different plants (unfortunately they are on opposite ends of the store so there is a lot of walking).After months of searching we finally found the right stools for our kitchen island!

Great selection of home goods prices are higher than a Walmart or Target. But the quality seems to be pretty good.

Love the variety, some prices are discounted, some are overpriced. Watch for clearance and special discount offers with rewards membership. Important to add membership phone number before they give your total or its too late. That was frustrating.

Reeeally messy but I think this place has great value for their products! We will go back for sure. Wish it was more organized though!

We are extremely fortunate to have The Red Butte Gardens to enjoy.This area is Rich in history dating from the mid 1800s. The gardens then was a part of an US Army fort. What better way to provide tribute to the US military than to give a garden.The many events that Red Butte Gardens give back to the community are concerts, garden plant display and supplies, Holiday events such as Halloween, Pioneer Days, Weddings,,,,Please keep the Gardens in mind for your gatherings, parties, weddings, and events.We LOVE this place!!!!!!!!!!!

My store is usually the riverdale and they didn’t have the items I wanted so I did curbside pick up at bountiful, my order was quick the lady I talked to was rude and I had my hubby pick up items and he said right away I gave the lady the money and she is not nice at all and needs to work on her nice customer service skills it would really help this location out a ton!! At home in riverdale definitely gets 5 stars all around

Huge store with tons of variety of home decor type items. For as many things as they do have, there are also a lot of empty shelves. Tends to be hit or miss for me.

Great place to walk around without buying anything. The store has A/C so it was nice to cool off while browsing the vast selection of home decor. Bought a kitchen rubbish bin for $60 and some cloth baskets to put toys in for $5 each.

Items are too high priced. Home goods much better

An ok place to get home decorations and add-ons. We just bought an area rug. They seem to be having trouble keeping things stocked as it looked a little picked over. They didnt have the matching door mats and were unwilling or unable to order them for us, saying that they can only sell what comes off the truck, and they get no say in what they get. A little surprising in todays world of ultimate flexibility and choice.

Bought a sofa, coffee table, and a couple other items. Coffee table was awesome but had some minor defects, so I went back today to exchange it. They didnt have one to exchange it with besides the floor model, which also had issues. The manager then gave me an additional 50% off of the 25% off price! Excellent customer service, thank you for working with me to amicably resolve the issue!

This place is a joke!Aside from spending ten minutes looking at the store map to find what I needed in such a big place, the customer service was ridiculous. I found some curtain panels and a curtain rod I liked, but didnt see the size I needed. I went to the register, panels in hand, to ask if they had them in the longer size. The employee couldnt be bothered to greet me, and when I asked about the panels she flatly said Theres absolutely no way for me to tell you that. Uh, what? I said I thought that was strange and asked if there was another area I could look in, if we could call another location, look in the back, etc., but she said Our computer system doesnt tell us anything about inventory. Theres no way for me to check. Whatever you see is what we have.How do you run a business this way? If your computer system doesnt say anything about inventory, why am I paying for any of your products? I should just walk out of the store with them. Obviously I wont be going back.

Huge home store with more decor options available than the mind can comprehend. Prices are reasonable and there are hundreds of specials and deals throughout the store. Be careful, you can easily get lost in there and lose track of time.

Its too huge, it felt like I had to walk miles to find what I needed. They have everything for home use, it is a handy store to have in town.

**BEWARE!!Stay away from this place unless you like being tricked and deceived. Entire store has HUGE signs stating all red tags 50% off! But when you get to the checkout with your red slashed tags they tell you otherwise! The manager, Kristy, actually laughed in my face when I asked for her to honor the 50% slash on a $150 item since it had a huge red slash on the tag! She said no. I asked why they use a green slashes for 25% off but dont use a different color slash for 40%? She just laughed in my face. Literally they have signage across the entire store that says red slash =50% Off.I will tell you why they dont use different colors, because they want you to think your getting 50% off so you buy more items. They are planning on you not looking at your receipt in detail. This is shady and dishonest. They got a bad review from me and lost my familys business over $15. The manager obviously doesnt care about their customers or her companys reputation.Bad sales practice and even worse management.

They have an amazing selection of home decor that are trendy. However, they dont seem to have a great buying and tracking system down. I was looking specifically for a linen shower curtain that I found online and was so excited about getting it. It said it was only available in the store. After going to two different stores, none of them had it nor did any of the employees seem to know how to find it. Apparently the buyers for the store just choose random stuff and dont have a system for restocking. They even had a sample of the curtain in the store but it was nowhere to be found. Also, I do a lot of online shopping and this is not an option with them. Kind of a huge bummer and I think is a good way to keep customers away.

These prices are more inflated than our economy

We are from out of town and started to shop at the store. We signed up for the insider perks club thinking we would get an instant coupon like everyone else dose when you sing up for anything. Long story short we were told that it would take about 2 days to get a coupon emailed back to us. We asked the cashier if there was any way to give us the offer since we are from out of town and the merits store from us is over 300 miles away. She was more interested in getting us signed up for a credit card rather then helping us sort out the issue. We asked if there was anything else we could do and she said no just sign up for the credit card. We left a shopping cart full of stuff over $300 worth at the checkout. We can shop somewhere else where someone actually cares and helps the customer!

They have some great stuff, but I cant bring myself to use this store. Its like walking through a warehouse. Theres too much to look at and I feel dwarfed by the amount of stuff. Maybe others love this type of experience, but I cant handle it.

Staff is limited, but the prices are great and the selection is awesome! You could spend an hour here and barely scratch the surface. Or you can sit on the furniture while your wife walks around!

Bought a pre-lit Christmas tree last year, now half of the lights on it are out and they dont sell/offer replacement light bulbs even though all of their trees use the same kinds of replaceable lights. No help or recommendation was provided when I asked a rep about it.

HUGE selection, no matter what youre looking for.

Good home decor for the price. I mean if you want a really nice looking home you wouldnt go here but you would also probably hire an interior designer who would then buy everything for you and then send a bill to your accountant who is going to pay for it and tell you how much it was, but you would tell him you dont want to hear about it right now because you are getting sushi with your long lost daughter. If that isnt you and you dont want to spend a lot of money then youd like this place.

Large selection. Lots of unique products and actually very reasonably priced. Might find lower prices online, but hard to beat browsing all those aisles they have. Worth the visit.

I wouldnt recommend killing time in athome unless you have a bunch of money to blow on random cool things. This store is awesome and has so much fun stuff to purchase, I walked in looking for a trashcan for my office and walked out with 8 other little desk decorations and things that are so cool and work great together.

Went shopping here for the first time for some things to decorate my car wash for the holidays. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And let me tell you, holy guacamole there is ALOT to choose from!

This store is exhausting as a man. But women love it! Take your next date there, and see how bad they want to spend your money! Or take your wife there, and watch them just spend your money!All kidding aside; they do have an extremely large collection of items that can not be used for any kind of manly tasks. But women love it. Take her to the hardware store for 4 hours when youre done... And point out all the useful stuff you couldve bought.

Wow, how is it that I had never been here before today? This store is seriously amazing. They have a huge selection of products at prices that are hard to believe. It is a warehouse style setting which means you pretty much have self service on everything. But, the store is organized well and product displays are tidy so it is easier to find what you need. The employees I interacted with while there were very unhelpful and polite. Thanks!

This place is GREAT for lower end furnishings that look high end. I wouldnt give high points for durability, but this is definitely the go-to place for our staging business.

Great little place for home decor. They have a fantaetic selection of Christmas stuff during winter season, from trees to ornaments to mantle pieces and other cute littke things. They keep decor up to date with other holidays and their selection is huge. They even have a large selection of couch pillows and cases, which I think can be difficult to find at other places.Its kind of fun to just walk around and see the nifty stuff too.

Absolutely horrible customer service. While we were in the store, I signed up for their email to get a 15% off coupon. I was in the store for an hour, but no email came. When we were checking out, I asked if they could give me the 15% off anyway, and the cashier very rudely told me no. When I asked to speak to a manager, she again said we dont call managers to deal with things like this. I paid over 160 dollars for my things and left. I got the coupon literally as I was pulling into my driveway. So the next day, I took the coupon and my receipt back to the store and asked if they would refund me 15%. The cashier (a different girl this time) again very rudely told me no, there was no way to do that. I asked if I brought the things in if I could return them and then pay for them with the coupon. She said no, because I had taken the tags off. I again asked to speak to a manager and she rudely said No, she will tell you the same thing. Its just 15%, you should just use it next time.I will never go to this store again (which is their loss, I am an interior decorator). What kind of place refuses to honor coupons and refuses to call up a manager when asked? They should learn a thing or two about customer service.

Customer service is not good! My husband spent $350 on a patio table and surprised me with it last night, my husband didnt know I had a 10% off on my phone so I took receipt in today to get about $35 back and they wouldnt do it! I called the Sandy store to see what they would say and they said sure just bring in receipt, not a problem. This just tells me the Bountiful store seems lazy and that they dont value their customers.
