Lace by Louise really cares! Staff is sweet and the place is so inviting. I have never been able to go into a store and shop for bras in my size (yet alone be able to try them on). Total game changer. So appreciative of them and all they do!

I bought a bra here after getting sized by them. The lady who sized me did it totally wrong. The bra was so uncomfortable and tight. So I went back to discover they dont allow you to return clothes... who doesnt allow returns??? Theyre bras are nice, but I dont think theyre worth $60+And the color selection is sad for most of their bras, all you get is beige, white, and black and for some bras not even that many options.All I have to say that if youre going to charge $60+ for bras at least let people get their money back if it doesnt work out.I can buy 3 bras online for the price of one here. And at least online stores do free returns.

Im disappointed I cant support this local business. They are the only place I know of that will encourage you to let them size and fit you for a bra but then if you decide you arent interested in anything they have, they will charge you a fee of $10. They do not disclose this to you beforehand which is really dishonest on their part. I would have been a lifelong customer if it werent not for that store practice. There are lots of other great places to shop that wont do this to their customers.

This is the most amazing place. All the staff are so wonderful. My daughter is 17 and very large busted. We went in and they put her right at ease and found the perfect bras whether it was a sports bra or for prom. They listened to her concerns, about showing to much. It was an amazing experience. The quality is great.

I LOVE this store. Its important to wear the right size so I always get a fitting when I purchase a bra here. They have other things here as well. I bought everything I needed for nursing my baby here. The atmosphere is helpful and relaxed. The products they sell are high quality. The prices are fair. My favorite is the punch card. This place is wonderful. This was my first bra fitting, ever. It went super smoothly. They measure you through your clothes and give you bunches of different bras to try on at your own convenience in a nice room.My helper was named Cassie, and she was as nice and helpful as they come. I had a lovely experience, and found my perfect bra. I was a lot bigger than I new. I purchased 3 bras at a reasonable price.I would recommend that every woman gets a bra fitting! I wished that I had do e this years ago. Im a senior now, and waited too damned long!!

My experience in shopping for a bra with LACE by Louise was fantastic. Every employee in the shop was friendly. I enjoyed chatting with them. The fitting for my bra was excellent. No where had my size bra, a worker at another store told me about Lace by Louise. They have so many sizes available. I have been there multiple times and have loved my experience each time. There is no place I trust more than Lace by Louise to be fitted for a bra. They carry a beautiful selection of comfortable, well fitting bras. The staff is so kind and helpful and in no way pushy. Never going back to VS!

This is the only store in northern Utah that sells products for bigger chested women. I’m 36 G normal and when I was looking for nursing bras I thought I’d have to try my luck at ordering online and hoping to find a comfortable bra that would fit and I could nurse with. Luckily someone told me about this store. They have so many size ranges with so many options. My nursing bra ended up being about 38I and I found a couple options. This is the only store even worth shopping at for anything if larger chested women. Lane Bryant only fires to 36G in some options. And I’m not a super large person just very “blessed” as most would call it. I say “cursed” but I’m size 14 and Large shirts for most part and have always struggled finding good support

I have never had a bra fitting experience quite like this. Buying and trying on bras is usually synonymous with “awkward but essential business that you put off until the last possible minute”. Today my life was changed- Kim was wonderful. I never once felt judged, but heard and supported with my bra needs. It is so weird to see people walking out of bra shopping smiling, but every customer I saw today left with a smile. Will definitely be returning and referring!

Lace by Louise is run by professionals who know womens needs when it comes to fitting bras and lingerie. I love my newly fitted bras and had such a good experience that I brought my daughter in to be fitted before her wedding.

With so much competition, I would recommend supporting any other bra fitting business. This business is shady in that they will usher you in and encourage you to let them fit/size you for a bra but they do not disclose to you that they plan to charge you $10 if you dont find something you like and decide to leave without purchasing anything that day. This is really concerning because 1) literally everywhere else will measure/fit you at no cost because they understand the importance of building a relationship with a customer and 2) they arent getting consent to charge you before they provide the service.For that reason, this is a business I would not recommend supporting.

When the pandemic hit I was afraid to go out but needed bras. I live in bountiful and noticed that lace by Louise had opened back up. I went in and some much older ladies assisted me. They were friendly but not patient and unwilling to go the extra mile to help. I left without purchasing.After a couple weeks I decided to go back in and that is when I met CINDY!!! She was knowledgeable, helpful, smart, funny, and willing to go the extra mile to find me some bras that were pretty and sensible. I have now purchased 2 bras from her and am going back in to purchase 2 more!!!Well I went back and CINDY was not there and I met LOUISE the owner. Let’s just say I don’t think I will be going back there to buy anything ever again.

I only needed 1 bra, but she found just my style in a hard to find size, so I bought 2! They were high qualify bras and the sales person was extremely helpful. If you buy $60 worth of merchandise, they offer a free lactation consultation by Louise, the owner. She was amazing! She worked with us for over an hour and answered our questions. We really appreciate the merchandise and support.

I have been missing Soma since there arent any in UT, but LACE did not disappoint. In fact, (sorry Soma) the fitting experience far exceeded what Ive experienced previously. I was worried the prices might be outrageous, but they were very reasonable for a high quality product. Will definitely go back!

This store is perfect for females of all ages, sizes, and life stages. The fitters are well trained and gracious. I also love that you can find elegant plus sized nightgowns here. All sizes are welcome and nobody is excluded. That is very rare for most boutiques today. Lace by Louise is a local treaure.

Compassionate customer service, great quality bras. My mother has never had a bra fitting before and was wearing old, inadequate bras. A special thank you to Louise for her compassion with my elderly mother, who would be burying my dad the next day. They actually carry my size!! If you need sizes not carried in normal stores, this place is great.

They are very nice there, and the people are very helpful, and they have a good nursing bra selection. Its also nice that they have a lot of choices regarding sizes (I wear an untraditional size thats hard to find) However, their bras are extremely expensive, unattractive, and dont last as long as other brands that are cheaper. They also dont give refunds if the bra doesnt work out. If youre looking for an unusual size, try Nordstrom Rack first. They sell a lot of the same sizes at 1/3 the price.

I was looming for nursing bras. As a first time mom I didnt even know where to start. A La Leche Leader recommend Lace by Louise and Im so glad they did. They could fit me, and knew how to account for nursing and had a huge selection. They prices were super competative! I highly recommend them!
