Hayden is super cool! Helped me and was overall super friendly! I wanted to let the store manager know, so I called and I was told to call the customer service line. Calling the customer service line was a headache in itself. So I hope Hayden or someone important sees this. Give the man kudos!

Ive shipped here and picked up packages at this location multiple times throughout the years, the staff is always friendly, pack things for me, helps me out with questions and is super quick. Just few days ago there were 5 people waiting in line when I got there, I was in and out in 10 minutes.Excelent service!

I want to give a specific shout-out to the Bountiful Fed Ex team! Sandi, Bri, Crystal – if there’s anyone else who’s names I did not catch I apologize, because I know this was a wide-spread team effort. “Going above and beyond” does not begin to describe what they did for our company. We dropped a MASSIVE, urgent project in their laps, which I know pushed their team to the limit, and they absolutely stepped up and crushed it, in the best way possible. (Oh, and this all happened during the five days leading up to Christmas, which I can only assume is one of the busiest shipping weeks of the year). Seriously, SERIOUSLY, thank you.

Ive gone into this business four times in the past year, and every time the staff and service was nothing less than excellent. The last three of those visits were Kenzie helping me, then Crystal, and then once it was both of them, and they are just awesome. Thanks ladies. You make it a pleasure to go in there.

Perfect for all your printing and shipping needs! They have a number of easy to use self serve machines that get you in and out quickly. They also have friendly staff who are willing to help with anything you need! They have convenient hours and are open until 9pm Monday-Friday. Great for parents like me who needs to put their kids to bed first!

Dont bother with this location. They literally refused to spiral bound books and charge ore than Gordons Copy Print down the street. The USPS, UPS, and Gordons Copy Print are superior to this location. Seriously, refrain from doing business with this location so they are forced to close.

I had a conference the night that I had my order produced. I called before coming into the store and spoke to Sandy who said they usually get busy around when I wanted to come in. But then I came in and Kayden and Crystal were available and able to help me right away and I was able to get what I needed right away! Would come back! Love FedEx at all of their locations!

Give Crystal a raise. Another rep kept making assumptions and got my printing order wrong multiple times. Crystal took charge naturally and asked me what I wanted and got it fixed. The print quality was way better too.

I had some products for my business shipped here since I dont have a loading dock. The manager was thorough in verifying my identity before handing over the boxes and the service was quick, all things considered. I will use them again.

I overnighted a time-sensitive item and was told it would would arrive at the destination the following day. Im now on Day 3 and found out it wouldnt arrive until Day 4. I called to get some help and was told that they dont offer refunds due to COVID. A sorry excuse for not shipping an item fewer than 300 miles. I wished Id driven the item where it needed to be.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this location. I was in a pinch for a work project, and Sandi was so helpful in getting me what I needed! She was also hilarious and took some of the weight & stress off of my shoulders as we got things all good to go. Thanks guys!

Nic and Krystal were amazing. They made my experience so easy. They helped answer all my questions and helped me print out the label I needed from my email! They are so awesome. Definitely would recommend this FedEx over any others!

I have an account with FedEx and have use them for years with mixed results but the last time was truly the last time I will use them. I dropped a package off at this store around 3:30 pm for a 2 day express delivery and when I checked the next morning to see if would be there on time so I could let the receiver know, tracking showed the package was still at the store! Tracking showed it was dropped off too late to make the truck, WHAT? I immediately went back to the store and sure enough I could see the package on the self. The manager said she was sorry and would upgrade the package to overnight service so it would still be on time. That didn’t happen. It still took three days. I paid an extra $100 for two days and got standard ground 3 day service. I’ll be asking for a full refund.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews for businesses, but I was so startled by the poor service I received at this FedEx location today that I felt I must.I came to the store to process a return for two extremely large and heavy pieces of furniture purchased from an online retailer. One of the boxes, which contained a loft bed, was eight feet long and weighed around 300-350lbs. The other contained a dresser and weighed around 75lbs. Knowing that I couldn’t get the items out of the truck bed on my own, I went into the store and asked if someone could help. There were four employees working and three of them were strong-looking guys who could have easily helped a 5’2’’ girl carry in 400lbs of furniture. Instead, the girl behind the desk gave me a little cart (tiny) to wheel in my 8ft-long package and left me to do it on my own. It took me a good 15 minutes to drag it out of the truck bed and try to maneuver it onto the little cart. Then, I had to wheel it in. Because it was so large, it got stuck in the door. And, because it was so heavy, I had a hard time shifting it to try to get it unstuck. Did the employees help? Nope. They sat behind the desk and watched me very clearly struggle. They sat on their little perches, talking, until I’d struggled to push the packages all the way to the desk.It was absolutely ridiculous. I can count on one hand the number of times I have experienced such horrible customer service from a retail establishment. I am going to contact the furniture company and suggest they switch their preferred vendor from FedEx to UPS Freight.If you can, avoid this place.

Normally I love the store and love the services! I am super frustrated however tonight because I had a very important print project that needed to be picked up by tonight. And when I called him to ask for an email to send the project they talk referred me to the print online system. After using that system, it said my prints would be ready at 6:30 PM tonight and I paid for it and got the confirmation in my email and everything. Once they arrived at 7 PM after getting stuck at work late and in a super rush to pick up my kids from their daycare, the employee said it was the project was Placed on a shelf and not even started. Super frustrated that it even had a deadline and all paid for and they supposedly had a super efficient system and someone totally overlooked the time it needed to be ready. Makes me frustrated that they don’t have a set system in place for employees to make sure they check project deadlines before leaving.. hopefully they can revise the way they do things since this is a super important step that should not be missed. Thanks for your services, hope to see improvement!

Not really sure why other people seem to have a bad experience here. Perhaps some customers think too highly of themselves? I have never been treated with anything other than respect at this establishment. Very helpful staff, and I was able to get exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price.

WORST COMPANY EVERI would put no stars but it makes me put at least one.I will never ship Fedex again and never with this location. Shipped an Item worth $100 with them they said my box was okay to use, but the next day I got the box returned with a dangerous goods label attached. When I went to the store to get my refund the kid at the counter told me I could not get it and I had to call their claims department. Called claims department was told Id have my refund in 3-4 weeks it never came. Called again and spoke with a manager who informed me a claim was never created. If this is how FEDEX does business I will not be customer.

I was there only to print something out and was with my daughter. There was only one worker and so I waited in line to pay for some white-out. I did have to wait a while because he was busy helping the customer in front of me which I was ok to wait but my 2 year old kept running around and behind the counter so I started to get impatient. When he finally finished helping the person in front of me I was relieved but he quickly walked away from spot where I was waiting and went to help a guy (white male) that came in after me.You would think that this other customer would say oh she was here first, but he didnt. When he finally decided to help me I asked him why he just completely overlooked me and helped someone else before me and he couldnt say anything. I felt like he was just being racist. I told him that it was funny that everyone else in the store saw me and my 2 year old running around so he didnt have an excuse of not seeing me because for a good 5 mins I was the only other customer in there besides the one he was helping.I work in customer service myself so I have to give great service to every guest and part of that is acknowledging the next person in line that I know they are there and Im not ignoring them. I was just surprised that this place allows customers to be mistreated like this.

Needed to get something very important overnighted and they were the only ones supposed to be open early (7:30). I showed up at 7:40 and they were still closed for the day. I even stuck around for 10 mins hoping someone would show up but no one did. Very disappointed and angry because of this. I wasted so much time. Im not the only one either, as I waited 2 other people showed up.

This office is only interested in trying to upcharge and upsell by telling customers that their items need to be repackaged by them in their pricey boxes. We ship thousands of items a year and have never seen these shady, dishonest, unprofessional tactics at any other office. Go to any other location they will take better care of you.

Worst service. I went in to the location yesterday to get some things printed. All I needed was to have 12 jpgs resized and printed on 8.5x11 card stock. The person there to help me couldnt figure it out. I left and called in my order the next morning. I was told by the manager that it would cost me $5 per picture to resize. That is $60 not including my final printing price! If I had the means at home I could have had it all done, without Photoshop in 10 seconds and they claim to be printing experts. :(

I have been to this FedEx several times to print items for personal and work use. Today I had a horrible experience, felt overcharged and will never come back.I walked in with a file that I needed to have 2 printed to a page. My file actually was sized too big so I needed it resized. Kory (I believe he was the manager on duty) told me it was a $5 charge. I agreeed because I thought it would be a difficult fix. He opened PhotoShop clicked resize, entered my preferred measurements. That was it. They were charging me $5 for 2 clicks in a program. When I asked him if he could waive it since it was a lot simpler than I thought. He immediately got defensive, told me he could lose his job (over $5) and that he would not waive it.I have done this same print several times and never been charged this before. But the way Kory treated me after I simply asked for it to be waived was uncalled for. His customer service was horrible and I refuse to return to that FedEx location because of him. He may not have lost his job for not waiving it but he has lost a customer who does several thousands of dollars of services through FedEx.
