The pizza gets better with every bite. And I usually cant say that about pizza, even though its probably my favorite food and Ive had it from hundreds of different places around the world. I would say this is as Italian as it gets if youre living in Utah. And thats a good thing. And for those who are a little less adventurous, they have all of the American options as well. But they have six to seven specialty pizza items on their menu that are basically directly from Italy, with real Italian ingredients as well. The host, who I believe must also own the place as well, was incredibly helpful, authentic Italian (he said hes lived in Utah for 9 years and he ran a restaurant in Italy his whole life before that) and overall incredibly friendly. We had a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back!
Decided to get pizza here with the family. Not only was the service just amazing, so was the food. I will happily return when ever I’d love some tried and true Italian pizza.
To be honest, the food here is very sublime and nourishing, and the staff is very welcoming. The gelato feels more authentic than any other ice cream or delicacy Ive tasted from north salt lake to bountiful, which is a lot to say since thats a pretty large gap.I definitely feel like a small place like this can hold a lot of good memories, and the staff is beyond helpful. Not to mention, this might be a small detail, but the chalkboard is a cute little addition.The pizza is beyond amazing and personally Im very glad it doesnt have too much cheese. Now, what would be my favorite flavor? Itd be the classic Margherita.
Stumbled into the best Italian pizza I’ve had outside of Europe last night. Right here at Ti Amo.Based on the location, you wouldn’t expect it. It’s in the middle of a shopping plaza next door to a movie rental place, in a converted frozen yogurt place. Then you walk in to see the walls painted in burnt orange fresco, Italian flags lining the back, a legitimate domed wood burner in the kitchen, and what seemed to be every member of an Italian family working together to run the place. The pizza was the only time in America I had immediate flashbacks to Italian street shops in Western Europe. It’s incredibly authentic. The bruschetta and gelato aren’t half bad, either.Just had to rave about this place for a moment. Go check it out sometime if you haven’t been. The family running the place is incredibly gracious and could use the support to get through the slow times.
This is such a cute little Italian restaurant! The owners are so sweet and the service is amazing! I have ordered their caprese pizza and it was so fresh and delicious! With fresh tomato and thick slices of mozzarella. Their stromboli is also very very good. On the weekends they have pasta specials which are unique and yummy. They also offer cooking classes sometimes! I am excited to attend!
This is the best pizza outside of Italy. The specials are always amazing and Anna always makes you feel like you are home.
Not as expected.Familiar with true Italian pizza and the hype as to this restaurant thought we would give it a try.The place was busy with only 3 wait staff. Took over 10 minutes just to get water and still no menu.After the menu was finally provided we tried to order quickly so we could get moving.Took nearly 45 minutes to get our food from the time we were seated. We actually ended up asking them to box our pizza to go as the kids we’re hungry and becoming irritable.To our surprise the top of the pizza looked beautiful with the char....too bad the underside lacked the same luster of color. Still very pale in color. As if the pizza oven was not hot enough.Be warned the price would indicate that these would be a sharing size pizza. Far from the truth. They are much more personal pan size. So unless you want to drop some serious “dough” for pizza make it a date night only....with out the kids.Wished it med expectations.Also under new management...which was explained why there was some disconnect as new management was still trying to figure things out.*Note; objects are smaller than they appear.
I am from Europe, I miss my local food and I cannot say how happy I was to find an actual pizza to eat here! The owners are Italian, eating their food is as eating in Italia itself (although, Ive never been to Italy, but I guess it would taste as good). Its a real taste from Europe you got there.Tip: Learn a few Italian words to say when you go there next time, and I promise, youre experience will feel even better.
AUTHENTIC!!!! My only complaint is that I didn’t discover this place five years ago! Seriously the best Italian I have found in Davis County, or all of Utah for that matter. I could tell that this was an Italian family-owned business as soon as I walked in, and this was confirmed when I asked our waitress. I’ll definitely be back!

The pizza is Really good +5 stars. Ive had it 2x. Its Over priced -1 star!. Your operating hours are ridiculous -1star!. I work 72 hrs a week. And i live on the other side of this business. I can walk there in 2 minutes. It could be super convenient........ Im not going there anymore for anything. because your hours are inconvenient and so what now Do i have to plan when and if i can even eat your pizza because your not open? -1 more star again for being inconvenient.

Wood Fire Pizza ... Look no further in Davis County. Great selection of pizzas, toppings and great tasting. The garlic bread is amazing. It comes with carmelized onions and is made on their bread dough. The Proscuito is yum, great topping. Lemon cake ...dense, full of flavor! Gelato, d-lish. Guiliani was great, need her every time!!! Its like youre part of the family. Check it out, hits the spot.
This is by far the best Wood Fire Italian Pizza Ive had! I used to think Setebello was the best Italian Wood Fire pizza in the state but this beats it for sure. The atmosphere is great, service is exceptional and youll want to save room for Gelato as well. Me and my wife will definitely be back!!

The service regular, the attitude of the owner very poor, I called to make a to go order and she was saying I needed to be there to place an order, plus when I get there zero kindness and zero understanding, customer here sucks !! No recommendations for this place.

To Amo’s brought me back to my days in Europe. From the atmosphere within the store to the traditional fire stove to the Italian being spoken just made the entire experience worthwhile. The pizza was quite delectable. Expect to eat almost an entire pizza yourself though.

As a visitor to Salt Lake City, I am glad we chose this restaurant for dinner. We got to try some new to us dishes that were delicious. We learned a little Italian as a bonus. I would recommend this restaurant whole heartedly.
My wife and I come here at least once a week! The food is phenomenal. Fridays they bring in an accordion player and the chef always comes out to ask how our meal was. (We may be a special case) Juliana is a delight, very personable and attentive, we ask for her to wait on our table every time.10/10, 2 thumbs way up, would and do recommend to everyone.
Best authentic Italian pizza ever! Always looking for goog authentic Italian food and Ive found it! All the ingredients and imported from Italy which makes it even better! The gelato is heavenly. I have tried many gelatos claiming to be authentic but none of them can compare to Ti Amos. Our server was also extremely kind and friendly. Very welcoming place with a great ambiance.

This unassuming Italian bistro located in a quaint strip mall area off I-15, right across from the famous Nielsons frozen custard, serves surprisingly delicious pizza. At first my expectations were set low by the eight dollar salad that looked like they had taken a large box of arugula and put it on a plate with some actually tasty balsamic. The ambiance was not what I expected for such great tasting pizza. As soon as we took bites of the pies, we knew this would become one of our pocket restaurants. Real Italian family with a fun view of the owner tossing dough. Will be coming back.

Awful pizza! After reading reviews about Ti Amo I decided to try this place. Being a native of Rome, I had high expectations of the quality of the pizza. I ordered two pizza margherita and the crust was extremely chewy to the point that it was undercooked. The pizza did not have a fluffy light texture expected from Neapolitan pizza. I can’t say for sure but it almost seems that the dough did not ferment the necessary amount of time to gain the consistency that I expect. Pizza making is an art and just because you have a wood burning oven will not make up for mediocre dough. I honestly can say that I prepare better pizza at home from scratch. I recommend Settebello which over the years has failed to meet my expectations after the Neapolitan pizzaiolo left the business, but still delivers good quality overall. Sorry Ti Amo, but I can’t say that I love you.
I lived in Italy for a year and a half, and have been there visiting many times. The food at Ti Amo made me feel like I was back in Italy. Fantastico! The staff was very friendly. This was our second time eating here and we plan to be regulars!

The pizza is great but it is extremely frustrating that they are never open. Do not trust the hours they have posted online because they’re wrong. They’re open some days and some days not. They’re not open for lunch. It really is kindof rediculous. I give 3 stars because the pizza is so good but how do they even make money when they’re not open?? Strange.
Used to be my favorite pizza, something has changed and it was less than mediocre. Waited 20 mins for our check, finally had to go find out waitress to ask for it. Such a bummer.
Ti Amo is the best authentic Italian pizza you can get in Utah, and all of the people I get to go there agree. Trust me when I say to get the Burrata Margarita pizza. And Bruschetta for your appetizer! The pizzas are a good size, usually my husband and I will get a salad a pizza, and an appetizer to split. The owners are delightful as well! I highly recommend (and my husband and I are very picky when it comes to food-ha!)
Friday Night hours on Google show they close at 9:30pm. Cool! But when we called at 8:45pm we were informed they were closed?

The food was spectacular! The dough was very thin and perfectly cooked on the pizzas we tried! Very flavorful, great dessert! We had the chance to try several pizzas and different desserts, but the favorite had to have been the pasta! On top of the great taste, the service was fantastic and the people were very personable! I kind of want to give them another chance because of the good reviews but they are just too expensive and the two pizzas I had were very undercooked and unimpressive. Flavor was ok...
I really tried to give this place some credit but it was awful. toppings were subpar including undercooked meats and fatty gristle, bland sauces and the pizza was undercooked and just basically underwhelming. this speaks to the basic food availability and quality in Bountiful in general. my guess is that they started strong and then hired the locals who just either dont care or dont get it.my daughter said it tasted like the Louis Vuitton of Lunchables.
My husband and I LOVE Ti Amo! Their staff is so friendly and helpful, and the owners usually come to check on us at some point during our time there. So, so friendly and nice. Their calzones are incredible, we order one every time! My favorite is the build your own calzone with marinara sauce, pesto sauce, pepperoni, sausage and mozzarella. Absolutely delicious. Make sure to check out their wood fired oven, so cool to watch! If youre looking for authentic, absolutely delicious pizza, calzones etc., give this place a try!
This evening, I tried to call in to place a phone order for some calzones. 3 attempts to call, no answer. They didnt even have a voicemail to let me know they are open for business. So I drove to the restaurant, saw they were open, went in and placed my order to go. They said it would take 45 minutes (7 p.m.). I asked if they would prioritize it given that they didnt answer the phone. No such luck. So, I tell the hostess, I will be in my car right out front, waiting for a call to let me know the order is ready. About 5 minutes to 7, an order in 4 boxes comes out of the kitchen to the front counter, the hostess helps a group of 5 get gelato, seats 3 new parties that walk in, cash out 2 departing tables, and takes a couple of phone orders (howd they get so lucky). Because we are in the middle of a pandemic, I didnt want to go in with the crowd there to inquire if the order was mine. After the crowd cleared I went in (10 minutes after 7), sure enough that was my order and no call. The bottom box was cold, so I asked to speak to the manager. She came out and would only argue with me, not make any effort to offer a token of reconciliation. So, we are committed to never return, and also warn others of this pathetic service. Oh, and the calzones all dough, sparse fillings, and a couple nearly completely black on top of two of them. This place needs to fix their game on many fronts!
Our family loves Ti Amo. The food quality is excellent— truly among the best in Davis County, even Salt Lake. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The Italian owners are wonderful and always check on us to make sure we’re having a good experience. All the pizzas are great (although we usually end up getting the margherita every time), the Mediterranea salad is a must, and their limoncello cake is to die for. So great having a little piece of Italy here in Bountiful.

Fantastic pizza. A must-visit for delicious pizza. Thin crust in the middle, with thicker sections around the edge, which provides some nice variety. Only reason its a 4-star vs a 5-star is that we had to wait a bit to get our order, and a member of our three-person party received her pizza way before ours, so it was a bit of a wait. Otherwise, awesome.
This was one of my first jobs. If you want to support local eateries and have great pizza, this is the best in bountiful. A little pricey averaging about 14 bucks a pizza but worth it!
Unexpectedly delicious! Unassuming space in a shopping strip, we had several different pizzas and bread with garlic and all of it was really just so, so, so good!!! The owners were very friendly and offered suggestions since it was our first visit there.

I usually don’t put out bad reviews, This was terrible pizza. I ordered a pizza with Cheese, Pepperoni, Mushroom. The Pizza was thinner than Chuck E. Cheese Pizza and not worth the money. I was trying to support a local family restaurant during these tough times. Now, regret ordering from this place. I also ordered a Calzone and it was burnt and they still had the nerve in to hand it to me while knowing it was burnt. I don’t understand how this place is still around. I picked up the pizza from this place and it was straight cold. I should have Just gotten pizza from a franchise kind of place instead. I also don’t understand how the pizza was cold because they said it would be 20 minutes for it to be ready and I got there in 20 minutes. I live 2 minutes away from this restaurant. I also submitted the picture of the burnt Calzone. Terrible service! Last time I try this place out. I would highly suggest people to look for other places besides this place. The pizza is not worth the money. The customer service is terrible and the pizza is overpriced. I went back and asked for a refund because the Pizza was terrible and they told me they wouldn’t issue a refund. I went back and told them to either give me my refund or I will continue to tell customers near the entrance that their pizza was bad. I also have pictures to prove and their burnt Calzone too. They issued me the refund afterwards. They offered to remake the pizza before issuing me a refund but I already had a bad experience with the first person.

The most delicious Calzone I have ever had! Also very fresh, green salad!! SO DELICIOUS!! Such a cute restaurant! Gelato will be coming within the month and i will definitely be back to try it!! A good place for families or even a romantic date for two!! All of the employees were wearing masks and everything was very clean! Highly recommend!!
My review can only reflect the service at Ti Amo as we were never able to taste the pizza since they never brought it to us after we ordered! We visited at 5pm on 1/18. The restaurant wasnt busy and we were seated quickly and they took our order. We watched as the couple who ordered immediately before us received their pizzas. We watched long enough to see them eat their entire meal. We also watched the group who ordered 10 minutes after us receive their pizzas. Ours never came. No one ever came to check on us, fill our waters, etc. When it was clear our food wasnt coming and wed be late for our movie if we stayed, I had to get up to track down our waiter and inform him we were leaving. He checked on his iPad and sure enough, he had never put our order into the system. What a huge disappointment. There are a million other pizza joints out there. Dont waste your time with this one.

Best pizza in Utah hands down. The flavor of the pizza is so rich and makes you forget any other pizza you have ever had. The owners are from Italy and I have no doubts in my mind that this is what pizza is meant to taste like. The price is reasonable for the quality you get. The restaurant speaks for itself because every time I go it is crowded.
This place has to be the best Neapolitan pizza place in Utah! The classic Margherita pizza was just perfect! Even the crust is delicious and addicting. The owners are from Florence Italy, so the food has authentic taste. The pizza crust and variety of toppings were a delight. The Mediterranean salad was full of flavor, and Id get it again. We ordered 3 pizzas for four adults and had little left over. I was impressed with the service, friendly and prompt. Both the owner and his wife warmly welcomed us and visited our table for a chat. The pesto chicken pizza wonderful. All three were delicious, actually. I want to come again to try their other flavors. So glad we stumbled upon this place.
The crust was sort and doughy, unfortunately. My margherita pizza barely had any basil on it, and the basil was actually all confined to one slice. I was hoping for better. The pizza was cold on take out too. I plan to head back here once to eat in, hopefully that was a one-off experience.

On their front door it shows Pizza Take out. Its Valentine night and I decide that get some pizza there, because I heard it was supposed to be good. I walk in and the hostess said I couldnt take out and I already thought it was weird. Then I asked if I could just order and eat there and she also said that I couldnt because I didnt have somebody with me. Never going back there, not recommending to anybody.

Many places claim to make Italian pizza. Ti Amo truly delivers. Located in a strip mall in South Bountiful. The location is unassuming.A good Italian pizza starts with a good crust. Thin and just a little crispy from a good wood fired oven. We have been here a few times and always bere pleased. The salads are topped with are topped with a delicious balsamic glaze. The desserts have been 4 star good but not great. But the pizza is the best we have found.

Its so nice to have an authentic Italian wood-fired pizza restaurant in Bountiful. The prices were reasonable to a little bit expensive. The pizza was wonderful. The service was a little bit slow but Im hoping that changes soon.
Awesome restaurant. Went on a Friday night and this guy would go up to people with an Accordion and ask us (especially the kids) if we had any requests. He played a lot of Disney songs for us. He was so much fun. We loved the service the food and the gelato! We loved it so much we went back a few weeks later.
I got the Prosciutto pizza with balsamic vinegar and it was delicious! The waiter was friendly as well.

Great little place to get a quick and delicious dinner. We had the ti amo special. Not the same pizza you find at other places. Ive had pizza in Italy, and this is it. The place was clean, staff was friendly, and the Italian accents and listening to the waitress pronounce the names on the menu adds to the experience. You will not be disappointed.
