The owner and his staff are extremely professional and curtious.during my recent visit the owner had done some maintenance on my vehicle.when I went pay the bill,it was a little more than I expected.The owner had me pay for most and return at a later date to pay the rest.i was shocked by this act,due to any other mechanic holding your car hostage.a few days later I heard a squeak and reported it to him,when I returned to pay the rest of the bill.he pulled my vehicle in the shop and invited me in as well while he fixed the squeak. He was very engaging even showing me things as he did them,the car now runs like new.I then tried to offer some cash for helping on short notice,but all he said was I want to do quality work,if its not right the first time I fix it. I can say that this is probably most professional mechanic i have met to this day.

I have been a customer for a while with SEL and have spent thousands with them on 4 family owned BMW. I recently took my sons X3 in for warranty work previously fixed by SEL. Car runs fine going in and after the repair wont run correctly. I am told a part that was removed for warranty work is now broken and needs to be replaced? My problem is with the owner and his attitude towards standing behind his work, on multiple occasions there is always something else associated with repairs that needs to be replaced. After the owner telling my son not to come back in a sarcastic demeanor, I am all set with his shenanigans. My son who is autistic wasnt happy his car didnt run correctly after the work and told the owner. His response dont come back here. he has no problem taking your money but doesnt stand behind his work.
