Thanks! You were exceptionally awesome! You shaked the almonds milk before pouring it to the cup (makes the whole difference). Friendly cashier. Sparkling clean restrooms. Not that I expected, but I also didnt have to wait, the cashier poured my regular coffee right after I placed the order. Thanks again 🙏

If you want coffee you have to call and ask if they’re open. They’re constantly closing hours early which is unacceptable how often they do it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve driven out here for a cup of coffee only to find out they’re closed hours early. Please sort this issue out because its becoming tiresome and I’ll just drive to the next location. No other starbucks on cape has this issue.

Best Starbucks ever near or on Cape Cod ... I drive from Sandwich and over the Sagamore Bridge just to come here because of the great and courteous service and my order is prepared perfectly every time! So worth the extra drive! Today I ordered the pumpkin cold brew and a pumpkin muffin... What a nice guy who took our drive-thru order and cashed me out - he was so polite and friendly, I wish I got his name so that he gets feedback from his boss. The day and approx time of the order was 9/10/2021 and about 2:00pm.

Love stopping here when coming to and leaving Cape Cod. Friendly staff and a clean place. Great for stopping with the family before a long drive home or just hanging out at while in the area. The employees are allergy aware and make sure to do sugar free for diabetics and others. I enjoy the place and will be here again.

I am sick and tired of driving all the way over here only to find out your store is closed hours early… some of us travel quite a ways to get here only to find out you’re closed when it states online that you’re open.

Ok, so I seen online order this but its not on the menu, you want to order a mocha frappe chino with chocolate chunks whipped cream chocolate drizzle and strawberry drizzle, aka awesome sauce.

Its Starbucks nothing more nothing less. I will say that the lines are getting crazy I waited over 30 minutes for a coffee. I started buying the Starbucks cold coffee at the grocery store. Its cheaper and consistently good!

Clean. Friendly service. I stop there every couple weeks. Besides not knowing what a cold brew, not cut by water or no water added.. its a great place.

Always have what I want, and its always made the same. Employees are always helpful and friendly. Corporate wise, they make good neighbors with their recycled cups, refills and programs for local food banks etc.

It takes some time if you dont order ahead but worth the wait

I love Starbucks! Its great to travel someplace and know that you are getting a uniform product no matter where you go. My husband and I were visiting the Cape and dropped at Starbucks as we were leaving. Its great to know the quality and taste are the same no matter the location.This particular store had excellent service, they were busy and forgot to make our sandwiches but gave us a gift card for keeping us waiting. It certainly is nice to know we are cared about!

Its consistent but pricey and if you want good coffee, tea variety its where you go.

I come here almost daily and have to say their customer service is one of the best I have encountered! Always friendly and helpful and always very timely with my order. This location is in a very busy area right off the main highway so the drive thru can get a little backed up during high traffic times but rest assured they work very hard to get everyone what they need as quickly as possible. The restrooms are always clean and they even leave a bowl of water outside for our furry friends!

Got a tall coffee and half the cup was filled with the actually drink the other half was whipped cream that dissolved.

Small cozy Starbucks and good wifi. Few tables outside, and its a bit small and narrow inside, but good for someone looking to stop in and take a break or open the laptop and wrap up a few tasks. Generally pretty quiet and if you hide in the back you can make phone calls without disturbing others. Recommend trying the chile mocha!

Order was correct and good. Drive thru wait, unacceptable. 13 mins and 6 of those mins. was waiting at the window for an ice tea. Shouldnt you put your most efficient employees on the drive thru..... Go somewhere else for coffee & iced tea, unless you have 20 mins. to burn in the morning.

This place stinks! I received a free coffee due to not getting mine correct. Had to pay 1.62 extra because card was only 4.00$ and my coffee cost 5.62. They still did not make it right after spending 8.62 because I did tip 2$ before I had to run to car and get any extra 1.62. Unprofessional besides oldest woman in here. Whom ever runs this establishment needs to get on their employees on handling situations and wasting material. I will no longer use Starbucks!!!!!

I entered craving a nitro brew. They didnt have it. Additionally, they were a little slower than expected. The iced Americano I got instead seemed a little on the weak side - like it was missing some espresso. Overall, I wasnt impressed.

Lame. I ordered a sandwich and they were out, ok. .. I ordered a second sandwich, out of that one too. Soooo I ordered a third sandwich, guess what. ..out. They also got the size of my macchiato wrong.

Ordered breakfast sandwich and an iced frappacino received breakfast sandwich quickly i the proceeded to stand there waiting for my drink.aftwe 10 minutes of waiting and after every customer behind me left.i ask the women if anyone was making my drink ?only to find out it was sitting there and all I got was a sarcastic apology.uses to go to this Starbucks all the time but never again

This store is very slow. Employees always seem lackadaisical.

Poor service, poor attitudes from workers, condiment bar is always a mess, & the store manager is outwardly rude. They also seem to have an ongoing issue with leaving your cup shallow, even though the drinks here are expensive. Save yourself the trouble.
