I always have a great experience and great customer service at this Barnes and Noble. The staff there are always pleasant and friendly. The kids enjoy it and can easily find what they are looking for. I love the organization.

I love Barnes and Noble, the people are helpful, pleasant and courteous. I found what I needed without difficulty. If there is a book I am looking for and it is not in the store, then they will order it for you.

I love coming here it’s always neat and organized but this last time that I went the cashier named Delaney was extremely rude she charge me 10 for an item that was on sale for 3, I proceeded to tell her mistake she rudely grabs the product doesn’t even say I’m sorry. Everyone else in the store was very nice

This place is great in you looking for manga there low on demonslayer but the rest is amazing

I am genuinely astounded that Barnes and Noble is still in business. They have survived when other major booksellers have not. Finding a book at B&N is a serious challenge. They have all these sections with sub-sections. Anyone who is looking for something specific will probably need to ask one of the staff to tell them which section and shelf its on. B&N has been like this for decades. Do they really make enough money on browser business? They need to put a terminal in the middle of the store for customers to look up a specific book. Maybe they could take a page from Home Depot’s playbook and create an app that tells the customer if the book is in the store and exactly where it is. (I know HD is still working kinks on that but that’s another review.)

Great place to some and sip and read or just browse. Ver friendly and extremely helpful employees. With libraries still closed due to pandemic..B&N has become my homeschooling library and kids reading get outthe house lounge. Fyi..there is a really cute area for the kids to enjoy.

Originally went here for manga for myself and ended up buying that, something BTS for my crazed sister plus a developmental toy for my baby. I really appreciate the organization of everything especially the toy section which is labeled by age.

Love this store and go in whenever I get the chance. The bathrooms here are clean and the employees are able to point you in the right direction if you dont feel like using the computer there. The childrens section is smaller compared to some other Barnes and Noble location but they still carry a great selection. It is neat and organized as well.

A very nostalgic place.... It is clean, has a lot of selection of books, and a small cafe! There is even a specific area for kids with toys. Would definitely spend my weekends there!

I really wish I could remember the name of the employee I contacted on the morning of 2/14/21, before they were even open during their regular business hours. They went out of their way to process my request and ship directly to my house. I received my product by that Tuesday. This store really went above and beyond and it was some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. Thank you again!

Is always quiet and has almost every book. It has a small cafe where you can purchase snacks or drinks while reading a book. Holds occasional events for chances to win books and coupons for the cafe.

Very clean and well-organized. Staff was super helpful. They offered suggestions on books that had specials associated with them and even inquired with my daughter to help her find books related to ones she already enjoyed to broaden her reading Avenue. Fantastic location, highly recommended.

I love books, need i say more!!!!! The space is so roomy and comfortable seats to relax and read and so homework there. A movie department too and kids area.

Very Good experience @ the book store

This is still one of the few true book stores left. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. With kids, I still appreciate the childrens section for their books and area to read. Even though I read the majority of my books electronically, I like the ability to touch and feel books that may not be in the library.

I found this Barnes & Noble on a lark. They closed the real ones in the chocolate city.

The Barnes and Noble Book store is a wonderful place to go, it well stocked with books for all ages. They have a cafe mainly for the adults. The kids book section is loaded with books, games and some toys. My oldest grandson, now 26, always wanted to go to the bookstore. Also my 19 year old granddaughter and 17 year old grandson, liked going to the bookstore. But my 8 year old digital grandson only wants to play games on my cellphone, on my computer and tablet. Needless to say, he has absolutely no interest in the bookstore.They also have storytelling time for the kids on certain days.

During this time of Covid-19, they have plenty of space to move around. They have removed all seating and cleay marked 6ft social distancing. Also, checkout was quick and easy.

I always love this place. I never leave without a very satisfied experience. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff, great atmosphere. I hope the online options never drive these to closure. In fact, my only knock against them is that they never chose me for p/t employment, and even thats a credit to them that Id choose this place as employment. I take my family there all the time.

Staff was very friendly, but dont go exceptionally far out of their way. I was searching for some sale items and was told everything was sold out. While not a great find, I did manage to discover on my own one title in plain sight. Overall store is very clean and organized. Kids enjoyed playing in games area as I browsed.

I grew up with libraries and bookstores and love them! This B&N has everything including a coffee shop. I could spend hours there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the store was spotless.

Beyond 5 stars! They have VERY rare book titles I use to find only on Amazon. They also have a lot of notable foreign titles translated. The employees are very knowledgeable of where everything is located and its subject matter. There are two childrens sections, very young kids and those under 10. You can use gift cards at the cafe and the bookstore.

One of my favorite places. Didnt give 5 stars today because they didnt have the SpongeBob DVD I wanted. I must say customer service was 5+. Young man went to the shelf and looked through all of the S childrens videos in his effort to assist me. Thank you.
