The staff harassed disabled person for nearly 20 minutes before allowing checkout . They were not consistent with their policy nor were the consistent with local government mandates. While our county exclusively mentions rights to Bona fid medical exemption the employees failed to recognize this and also failed to use general manners and kindness . “ you need to get out of here now “ an employee shouted to me from two isles over . Refusal to allow check out after shopping for nearly 30 minutes … I thought I had misheard until I asked them to repeat themselves. Very disappointed in this store and I will no longer shop here every again .

LOVE IT, THE PLACE TO GET STUFF FOR ANYTHING UNDER $5

They didnt have what i needed but they had some of what i was looking for but the store was neat and the cashier was nice and friendly.

My new go to place especially when it comes to taking my 8 year old for a quick run to the store!

You can usually come across some interesting finds for not very much money. Some products seem totally useless. Others can be interesting and unique. Quality varies. One of the few places around where you can still buy books.

Love that they have old fashion candy from my childhood.

I was looking for slime and found a variety at different prices which made me very happy. The slime stock was running low, so they need to restock shelves.

Five Below is a place where you can buy thing for $5 or less. They have a variety of items ranging from snacks to sports equipment. The items are well priced and are of good quality.

I found an inexpensive charger that was looking for.

Please be careful when you buy their earphones( although their a good price at $5). Some of them may not work after a day or two. I experienced this when I purchased 2 packs of earphones. I opened the first pack worked fine on the first day, the next day one side wasnt working anymore. Which is why Im glad I bought 2 packs.

Friendly staff. My son (6 years old) broke his toy the second day he had it and Five Below allowed me to exchange it with the receipt. No questions asked.

Love when you go to a store and you cant tell who is in charge because they ALL seem to make a real effort to be nice and theyre all super helpful. The store is always clean and organized.

Only complaint is two days before Christmas and they only had 2 outta the 6 registers going.. had tons of workers on the sales floor picking up and facing shelves while the line wrapped literally around the store!!

I like Five Below for the incense collection. I purchased a couple learning books from here as well for my niwce. The books seem to be of interest to her.

I love love love 5 Below. If youre looking for candy, coloring books, pencils or phone cases they will have it. My favorite store is inside Bowie Towne Center a beautifully designed and fun place to be.

Fun store for young adults. Too bad the staff is rude. I was in the store for ten minutes this morning and the two cashiers were too busy with their own conversation to greet me or ask if I needed help. :(

The prices here are priced awesomely well and they have everything from all kinds of phone covers to clothing to toys and home decor. However I did not like the stubby staff member that gave me uncomfortable vibes after I explained that my son spilled something in the middle of the store and then after cashing me out he just carried on a conversation with the employee next to him, even kept conversing with him when handing me my change with out even making eye contact nore even counting my change back to me. Very disappointing customer service, poor quality people skills. Either way, the products and prices and neatness will have me coming back for more! Thank you for making this neat store so fun and affordably-shoppable!

Store was well lite and stocked. Most employees were very friendly except the cashier. His attitude was not pleasant and he looked as if he rather be anywhere then there. I asked about the return policy and before I got the words out he cut me off and told me to read it for myself. Mind you the sign was very small in a place my eyes would have never wandered. Other than his mood the store was great🌻

Nice store and friendly staff. My favorite part is the candy selection. They have more than 1 unusual or out of date candy selection. My wife loves the Necco wafers and they are nit always easy to find. Not to mention candy buttons, pop rocks and Big League Chew! They have a decent selection of gifts as well. Not always great quality but how can you beat everything being $5 or less. Great for kids not looking to spend a ton on a friends birthday gift too!

My grandson loves Pocky and Five Below always has the flavor he likes Strawberry.

Clean and well stocked. Found exactly what we wanted.

Some shelves were empty, staff was nice, couldnt decide and wound up getting a gift card. All in all not a bad store.

Spent 25 mins walking (store was a mess) around looking for stuff for my daughters 7th birthday. Found a few thing but got about $20 worth of stuff. Went to check out and had $100 bill. The cashier said he didnt have enough money (I can understand not having change) but didnt offer any solution. Thanks for the waste of time. Guess I will go spend my money somewhere else.
