Very clean and well designed space..had a nice selection of shoes stylishly displayed.The staff wore uniforms and were attentive and helpful....so yeah no wonder I keep going back.

The Bowie Footlocker is one of the best shoes stores in the area. The employees are awesome and the atmosphere is always friendly. Love the store and the team there.

The manager there tall with light brown eyes would not give me his name. He is the worst he gives very bad customer service he talks back and does not know the definition of good customer service I will NEVER shop there again

All the employees should be commended for their excellence in working with the customers. They really helpful when it came to taking care of my son. The prices should be a little less exspensive. All in all a great group of people!!!😃

This is a good place to go if you are looking for beautiful, upscale shoes, sneakers and canvas for fashion purposes, especially of you havent got a big feet. They dont seem to to quite carry high intensity work out shoe for running or very big sizes. Most importantly the staffs, are super duper nice and relatable, honestly one of the best I have related with.

Well first after walking in and browsing for 5 min or so I get yelled at from across the room HEY, you need some help?, Apparently by responding Yes, please I had answered incorrectly as he begrudgingly slumped his shoulders and was broken away from his powwow buddies(aka the other store employees). The rest of the experience was pretty self-explanatory after that but what I do care to mention is that if you happen along the Foot Locker in the Bowie Town Center and ask to try on more than 1 pair of shoes prepare to get a look that would be equivalent of being a convicted sex offender needless to say I wont be making a return trip. One more thing I am one of those people that absolutely hates going out of my way to comment on store experiences online unless they piss me off on an exponential level...this Foot Locker had me running for my laptop

Just walked in this Footlocker...And there was three (3) sales associate on the floor.. not one of them greeted me or the other three ppl I was with..... Store was not busy? Just pulled with none friendly sales associates....

Ran into an issue with a faulty Nike Lebron sneaker. Instead of going through Nike and having to file a warranty claim, the manager allowed me to swap out the damaged pair for a new pair. This allowed me to get the color I preferred as they were not available when I originally made the purchase.

We told the guy we wanted to try a shoe...he asked what size, we told him, then he said they do have it...he walked away and helped another customer...never got the shoes for my kid.

I love the people in the store I come there from time to time to get shoes but when I called one day the young man on the phone had a very bad Attitude
