Just a quick stop on the way back from Washington DC to our hotel in Salisbury. Very nice and relaxed energy. The room wasnt the largest, and it wasnt busy, but I actually prefer it that way. I would recommend it if youre in the area looking for hookah.

The ambiance of the lounge is very enjoyable HOWEVER I have been scammed by this place twice now. On my first visit, I paid with my credit card and the transaction went through fine but the waitress never returned my card. Once notified, there was no urgency on trying to locate my card or get it returned so I put a hold on my card, it was swiped 3 times at the establishment later that night. On my most recent visit, everything was fine until checkout once again. My card was processed and I signed a receipt for $56.92 and now my credit card statement reflects that I’ve spent $86.92 which is not the case. I will not be returning.

The ambience was nice, I think with time and a better budget the business will grow and provide more things like food, and mixed drinks. The reason I gave it 3 star is I wish the communication was a bit better. Yes it’s BYOB and bring your own food. However what they didn’t specify is that you will be charged for bringing your own alcohol. (Don’t know if they charge for bringing in your own food) Nonetheless, If you don’t want to be charged please either pregame or wait until you leave. Other than the bad communication, I will go back it’s just one of those “well now we know” moments. Being that it was our first time (me and my friends) I wish they could’ve explain in depth about the protocol and rules. That way, we can get a full understanding about how it all works.

Good Hookah spot with a live DJ after 9pm. Pop up food inside with other options around if you want to bring your own. Good customer service as well.

First let’s start by saying they charge a cover and you don’t pay at the door. The cover was $35 for a hole in the wall. DJ was horrible. He literally played the whole song and walked away from the booth each song. The hookahs was terrible and had to be re-done. Spent over $250 and the place isn’t even worth $25. Just being honest. Never again. It was wack.

Nice lil spot. Bring you own bottle...Lit!!! But make sure you bring your own food because they dont have ANY!! DJ is a Leo so he was LITTY for Leo Season!!!🦁🦁♌♌

This place is GH3TT0. The staff like you fight and threaten patrons, they “ban” you for standing up for yourself. They’ll probably “ban” me too after this review. They have no bar, it’s BYOB, and the hookah costs an arm and a leg because that’s all they have to offer. They don’t have real chairs, just little couches spread all randomly. And some coffee tables! The atmosphere is ratchet and the DJ doesn’t take music requests. If you’re looking for a night of WWE and musical chairs this is the place for you.

Terrible customer service!!!! I visited this hookah lounge for the first time with a friend. When we arrived there was barely anyone there. The hostess informed us that it was byob, so my friend left to get bottles from a nearby liquor store. While he was away and I got started with the hookah she then decided to inform me when I was alone that there is an hour and a half limit to the table. If I would have known that beforehand we would not have wasted our time there at all. By the time the hookah started getting good she told us our time was up and there was no effort made to attempt to accommodate us by finding another space to chill and smoke. All of a sudden every table (even standing room only) was booked. It seemed like they just wanted to kick us out no matter what. It was a straight up money grab with no regard for the customer!! There were ladies who came after us and spent just as much time as we did in a section whom they were able to set up at the bar after we asked to move there first. It seemed as if they were regulars. Apparently this establishment doesn’t care about providing exceptional customer service, and a memorable experience for their customers. The waitress who seemed nice upon initial arrival copped an attitude and seemed combative when inquiring about other options so we could stay and continue spending money at their establishment. There are way nicer hookah lounges available with much better customer service than to waste time and money frequenting a subpar lounge with terrible customer service. I’ll never come back!

Clean place and local, but thats the only reason Im giving three stars. I would give more, but they play music too low as if youre in a library if you get there early plus they play old a$$ songs at first too. When I drink and smoke, I like loud current music, not low music and loud oldies...they blew my high.😐

Just pulled on the door during my evening walk and was very surprised to find a hukkah bar. The staff were very friendly and they have great coffee and tea. I stop by whenever I get the chance.The only problem I have is the very off putting blacked out windows.

Probably the single worst hookah lounge I have ever been too. My husband and I can EIN on a Tuesday evening, there were only 4 other patrons. 3 at one table and 1 alone at another table. The waitress was sitting at the table with the 3 patrons when we came in. She brought us out hookah within 3 minutes of ordering which I pointed out was weird. She said she already had coals lit so that’s why it was so fast. The hookah water has debris at the bottom, which is unacceptable. We figured tobacco could have fallen through when she made it so we decided to still try it. The head of the hookah was for a very small device, the body was the tallest hookah you can buy. We knew this wouldn’t work, as as we suspected, it didn’t. We told her the problem and She fixed it, only after smoking her personal hookah for 5-7 minutes first. When she brought it back, it still didn’t work at all. That when we realized even more issues with the hookah so we gave up on it. When I went to let her know that we were leaving she attempted to go ring up our check, I told her we were paying because the hookah never worked, she said “ok, bye.” EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Don’t waste your time!! We took someone else’s advise and drove 5 minutes up the road to Bliss Hookah lounge and it was great!

Went here just a little while ago and it was closed. No sign on the door, no “modified holiday hours” on the website, and nobody answered the phone. They’re supposed to be open until 10pm tonight but nobody was inside when I went at 8:15. What a terrible way to run a business. Is this place closed permanently or just for the rest of December?

I am so proud to have supported the business which is clearly owned with love and professionalism. I came here to unwind and get some work done and I did just that. The vibe is very mature (its tuesday) respectful of space and the reason why people smoke hookah. The host was very generous and informative. I order the peach and jasmine which was a great mix and a great price. This is a BYOB lounge which perfectly fine. The TVs are diverse in types of shows displayed. Very sanitary and welcoming.Parking is the best there is.Concious location...I will definitely be back to see how a weekend vibe goes. !!! I appreciate the county location for us locals who dont want to travel 40 minutes for a good time.
