Online indicated that rapid home Covid tests were available for sale. No one answered the phone to verify so I drove from Annapolis anyway only to find they didn’t have them. Was told by sales staff that “the website is really out of date”. Fortunately, they recommended I go to a nearby urgent care to get a Covid test as a solution. CVS fail for huge waste of my time driving 30 min out of my way based on poorly executed internet technology that doesn’t provide accurate information but staff suggestion was appreciated.

Okay, they locked my husband in the store. Yes, all the employees left, locked up the store with him in it!! Also, my Dr. Called in a prescription for me three times they said they never received it, My Drs office called Walgreens, there immediately. Im writing this review two weeks later because guess what, I just got a text that my prescription is ready. Yep, two weeks later. You cant make this stuff up.

Pharmacy staff is awful. Not my fault your overwhelmed, unhappy whatever the problem is, being rude y nasty to customers didnt make your day better, or mine. Switching to Walgreens.

Always a line at this pharmacy and always incredibly slow. Avoid this CVS like the plague or expect 45+ minutes to pick up a prescription. I have yet to find a CVS in this area that is decent. Dont know if there are other pharmacys that are quicker.Updated 12/30 one person behind the counter. Wait was about 20 minutes. Two people left ahead of me in line which made it shorter. Unfortunately I had no choice but to wait for my meds. I never got a message saying they were ready, but I did get the message saying they would be put back on the shelf today. This location needs serious improvements. Im changing pharmacys after today.

Customer service not good. Simple medicine not have in stock. Go to Walgreens much better.Do not give them permission to call your phone. They stalk you 24 hours a day.

August 31 2020, No employees behind the pharmacy desk were wearing face coverings, including staff interacting with the public. CVS requires its employees to wear face coverings. I interpret the lack of face masks to be that CVS pharmacy employees do not care about infecting the public or being infected by the public. A response from corporate is requested.

Although the staffs can be a little slow at times, I understand they are trying to give the best of customer service. This is one of the few CVS stores where you can purchase passes for the metro rail, bus etc. It is strikingly similar to most other CBS branches and is quite large and well stocked with not just medications but also snacks and drinks, if you are looking to grab a quick bite. Nice. Recommended.

I got to the pharmacy at 7:50pm and before I was helped I was asked if I was picking up tomorrow because they were closing in 10minutes! Didn’t look at the prescription to see what it was I needed or anything first thing out of the tech’s mouth! So insensitive!!

The pharmacy at this neighborhood store on 197 is and has been awful. It’s a shame They act like they don’t want you there even with an in store visit. Phone calls don’t bother they put you on hold on just leave you there

I absolutely love everything and everyone at the pharmacy. From day one all of my interactions with the pharmacy have been very pleasant and warm. Everyone there is always very nice and professional with me. Nothing but the highest praise from me,sincerely!

This is the worst CVS that I have ever been to. Ive been getting my prescriptions filled here for a few years and the pharmacy staff is so RUDE! I will not be dealing with this location anymore. I will drive to the Crofton CVS just to not have to deal with the women that work at this location.(pharmacy staff only)

Customer Service is really bad. The pharmacy technicians are rude and the prescriptions are never ready. Will be moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. This is why I left this location many years ago but was the only location that had the medicine in stock a few months ago. Tried to stick with them but service is the worst!

I earned $5 Extra Bucks on my last purchase and I was able to use that EB coupon and my total was only $0.78! That is a deal that cannot be beat! The cashier was also very friendly and helpful as well.

Whoevers running the pharmacy cant keep a deadline for prescription at all. Been going to the Pharmacy for years and they always have my prescription late, either by day or sometimes a week.

The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they finally updated the store and got rid of the grungy carpet, and outdated layout.I’ve lived in the area for 17 years, and the only reason why I continue to visit this store is because it’s less than 2 miles from my home.The pharmacist are ALWAYS short, not friendly, and always look disheveled. Prepare to wait if you’re picking up prescriptions in person, they’re always short staffed. It’s not hard to anticipate that after 4p when most get off work is “rush hour” and more staff is needed.The store is well maintained, stocked, and front cashiers are friendly. The trash can directly in front of the store is always overflowing. I’m sure that’s On the shopping centers management, but CVS as a tenant should press them to keep it clean as it looks bad sitting directly in front of the store.

I will be looking for another location to get my concerns outThe pharmacy needs help there is no excuse why there is always only one person checking people out and the line is always long. You have people who can not stand that long as I do know there are seats available but theres no excuse for why the line is always long. My mom had came in because she thought something was wrong I was waiting in line for 20 to 30 minutes. Not only that I received someone else medicine before, I got the wrong dose of medicine before and I have to make sure Im counting my pills now where Im suppose to have a 90 count I only have 30 so now I have to go back up there and stand in that long line.

A shift manager named Aisha I use because the other employees didnt know what to name her . Was so direspectful. I went in to buy balloons I kindly asked her where I could find balloons she told me that the helium machine was down and told me where the balloons were. The whole time she was acting as if I was a burden. I finally picked up a plastic wine glass from the Hallmark section which had no price tag on it. When the cashier went to ring it up she had to call Aisha for a price check. Aisha disrespectfully told her coworker that their was no price and quickly rang up another iteam in its place. The item she rang up was a nicely package wine glass with glitter and everything...the total was 16.99. She told the cashier to charge me $18.98!!!!!! For A PLASTIC WINE GLASS, that wasnt boxed, wrapped or anything. I believe Aisha was very careless and tried to take advantage of me. What a terrible manager!

On all fairness simple prescription goes ok. 10 yr old son needed medicine with prescription from doctor . Wife took it to cvs and was told it wasnt made in tablet form. Only in liquid. Wife had to go back to doctors and change prescription to liquid. Went back to cvs and told needed to be ordered an pharmacist that places orders was on vacation . Went to or called seven other cvs stores and told it came in tablet form but had to be ordered then 2 business days. Some order already for the week and wouldnt order again till following week. I was stressing over my son and doctor saying he should start on it immediately. Cvs really couldnt care less but insurance company says cvs. Finally following day called gambrills target cvs and could fill liquid or tablet. Doctor initially wanted tablet so went back to change prescription and target cvs gambrills filled it right away. Disappointment with Bowie Plaza cvs was a) tablet form is made and they said it wasnt. b) sent my wife back to doctor to change to liquid (not close by) then saying person ordering was on vacation. Could have started with that. Mess with me all you want but playing games with my wife or kids health and I will never forget. No zero mark so went with 1 star.
