My Husband took our children here to purchase their costumes. The cashier was nice enough to give him a discount. When he arrived home he realized that inside the packaging the mask wasn’t included. The next day my Husband returned it to get a package with a mask. The manager came out and told my Husband that he never should’ve received a discount and that she would not be returning his purchase unless he paid full price! Umm excuse me? She grilled him on who gave him a discount…why did he get a discount. My Husband explained that he wasn’t sure why he received a discount but he did and would like to receive a mask! Personally I have NEVER heard of such foolishness in my life! He had to pay full price in order to return the item and get one with a mask! We will NEVER come here again! Thank u but no thank u!

The website says they’ll be open at 9am(as does the store hours on the door) I have been waiting outside for 30 minutes now and not a soul in sight. I came last night before closing (9:45pm they close at 10) and again, closed…no lights on nothing. They either need to change the hours of operation on the site and door or make sure someone is available to open on time.

Came here looking for a costume at last minute. It’s pretty much cleaned out of the good costumes which can be expected right? Last minute shopping. But it was a complete mess. Things on the floor. Nothing was organized. I walked around maybe 4/5 times to make sure I didn’t miss anything. Didn’t find what I was looking for but I found alternatives that I can make due with.

Was looking for some last minute accessories to go with my costume on October 28th at 6 PM and the store has a sign up that says theyre closed for the season . They still have items hanging up on the walls and on the shelves and there are workers inside ... but theyre close for the season.

Love this stop!! Its not very well stocked at the moment. The staff said it was due to shipment delays.

Very disappointed on how rude the DM treats there employe

I used to love coming here but after this recent experience I’ll never come back. We were followed around the whole store and accused of stealing. When we came up to the register they asked if we were stealing and we told them no, after this they kept asking and asking and accusing us time and time again, they even lied and said we had spirit bags with us. After we made our purchase the employee who accused us even followed us to the door.

I tried to visit on 10/3 around noon, as the website and google stated they were open. They were actually closed and seemed to not be set up yet. Tried to call customer service and use the live chat but neither actually worked, as there were no representatives at all to answer.

Wouldnt shop here if you are concerned about covid. Front doors were totally covered in fingerprints and smudges, clearly hadnt been cleaned all day. There were also many people not wearing masks properly, didnt see any staff say anything about it...
