Your employee Michael is the best, he often greets me as Im coming in, and wishes me a nice day when I leave. He always asks if I need anything, and has a general appreciation for my business.

They always get 5 stars but I had to take a minute and recognize the artistic produce section. Calvin did an awesome job! Ive been coming here for years and have never seen this section so thoughtfully put together.

Friendly staff, tried the chicken sausage for the 1st time on this visit 3/$10. Will he going back before sale is over. If you stop in try the celebration cake.

I love Harris Teeter for the value, and selections on what I normally stock up on. They tend to have decent sales, and I dont walk away feeling like Ive been robbed...like at Giant or Safeway. Love the fresh whole pizzas. They only get 3 stars because Ive been repeatedly disappointed with the deli department. There is one employee in particular who does not look clean, and cuts my meat incorrectly. Ive been given old meat that is not fresh. Yesterday, the deli employee got my entire order wrong, which I did not discover until I got home. That was the last straw as far as me going to their deli.

Many many moons ago (over 45 years) my Father was the VP over Produce for Harris Teeter. When I moved from Texas to MD a Month ago, all I heard about was Wegmans. BUT, when I found the Harris Teeter in Bowie and visited the Store.. I was hooked !! Love the friendliness and help from the Managers to the Associates. The store itself is Beautiful and laid out to where everything is easy to locate throughout. I called my Mother in Charlotte NC and told her I found a little piece of Heaven right here in MD.

I love coming here when Im down in Bayside. Its always clean, produce is always fresh. The meat selection is great, I also love their deli department (try their made to order hoagies), and their fresh sushi. The bakery section is awesome and the employees are very nice. Overall, this is an amazing grocery store. Ive never had an issue finding what I wanted here. I wish there were more Harris Teeters around Delaware. Also, they offer online ordering/drive-up for those who dont want to walk through the store.

The pharmacy is terrible. I was on hold for over 30 minutes and subsequently hung up on. I called back and held for another 45 minutes. I had to call the store to have the pharmacy paged to answer the phone. When they answered, the rep was rude and told me she didnt think she would get to my prescription because she didnt have time to check the answering machine to verify that my doctor had submitted the prescription. I know that a lot of people are short staffed, but rude unprofessional service is never the answer. I am typically patient with the extended wait time because I realize the everyone is short staffed, but being rude and unprofessional will never justify getting my money. I called my doctors office back and asked them to call it in elsewhere.

I was looking for banana extract, but they did not carry it. My dad says they used to have cookies on the way out, precovid. He misses the cookies. Lost a star for no extract and sad dad without a cookie.

Out of stock of half the items on my list today, including limes, spinach, chicken breast and whole chickens, among other things. Keep getting the excuse that its due to Covid...then why are the other Harris Teeters in DC, Anne Arundle County and Baltimore City not only fully stocked but overflowing with items? Very poor management.

Hood for a quick shop. Not as much selection but they have more than you think. They do close too early, 10 PM. Used to be 24 hours. Was better then.

Decent meats and vegetables both fresh and frozen. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Store fully stocked. Easy to shop since it wasnt busy on a Friday evening. Cashier very nice and there was a bagger to assist.

Ask them to make you a pizza. Its the best advice I can give. The store is well lit. Clean, and presented well. Id recommend it highly. Its so much more a preferable experiance to the local Shoppers or Giants.

Store is ok, but the reason this store gets 1 star is that there is no one ever at the customer service desk, even though these tons of idle employees around. “Oh someone will be right with you sir” um how about you help me because you honestly aren’t doing anything besides scurrying away to your tiny office, Go to Giant across the street instead, atleast they care about their customers ❤️

This Harris Teeter is a premier store. Everything you want and then some. Always open and the staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking, and wonderful prices and helpful employees from the entrance to the back of the store. The sales are very good. Quality products. You cant go wrong.

They have a meat cutter and can cut good meats for you. The produce always looks good. Its very clean too. They should hire more cashiers to get people in and out fast. Oh and they are customer friendly!

Rude employees, slow checkout, bad produce, always out of things. The only good thing about this place is the meat selection and it looks nicer compared to Giant, across the street.

Great grocery store, and the curd-side pickup is really convenient. By only gripe with the online/curb-side pickup is that lot of items are usually not available and I have to end up going somewhere else to get it. This is specifically true of cleaning products.

Always has what you need, and a ton of variety and brands --its a good switch up from Giant or Wegmans! I also trie their Thanksgiving meal -- good flavor and quantity for the price.

Very lenient return policy on meats and produce, large selection of asian food, slightly more expensive than Walmart.

I love Harris Teeter the grocery chain, but this my least favorite Harris Teeter. You just dont get the high quality customer service you get from the Virginia stores.

I am in love with this place. I came here looking for Icelandic key lime yogurt since my previousfood store discontinued it. I found my yogurt and so much more. I love that they have healthy food choices and are right in my neighborhood.

Everyone was helpful and kind. The only thing thry didnt have was smoked turkey necks.

I love Harris Teeter Bowie. I have been 3 times. The employees there are very friendly. The managers also. I will definitely be going back. We need one in District Heights Md. Seems like a good place to work.

I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday, and it was beautifully decorated and tasted GREAT! I would definitely recommend their bakery.

I love this store! Its open 24 hours and the customer service is great! I always find an outstanding price/sale! For example, they had King Arthurs 15oz gluten free pancake mix on sale for $2.99 which retails between $5.99 - $6.99 at other supermarkets.

Love this place great customer service There prices are too high compared to other stores. I.saw a $3.00 mark up on an item. I got from another store $6.99 was $9.99 in Harris Teeter. The one I didnt like was there flies around the salad bar and there other open food bars.

Love that theres a Starbucks inside here, perfect for when I go there after my morning workout

Never been to a Harris Teeter in my life. I was impressed with the staff, and the various choice of items. I have to admit the sanitized look impressed me as much as the automatic display lights that came on as you approached the meat counter. I just had to buy something, and do a price comparison. I approved.

Very well stocked and neatly organized store. I live 20 minutes away and pass several grocery store to shop here.

It’s the best grocery store in the area. Good selection, merchandise is laid out well, the deli/bakery are great. Employees are 90% good, friendly and helpful. Plus, it’s the only grocery store open 24 hours in this area.On the down side, they have a bad habit of under staffing the registers and leaving the self-checkouts unattended as the only checkout option. Most of the time it’s fine, but once in a while you end up having to make some noise to get someone to come over and help, while the machine announces loudly “help is on the way” when it clearly is not.It’s not the cheapest option, that title goes to Aldi up the road. But it’s better than Giant or Safeway for sure, and there are regularly good deals to be had. Look out for the cupcakes in the fridge section of the bakery. You’re welcome. 😉
