Today I stopped here to grab some groceries before heading to work. The cashier was rude, did not smile or greet me at all nor acknowledge the fact that I was there! Her name was Wanda P. So not only was she rude and had bad customer service, the way she bagged my groceries were awful. One bag my bread was put with bacon and tomatoes, like really are u serious? That’s not even sanitary! To put meat and produce and bread all in the same bag. The other bag it was my bagel (which is room temp) along with frozen TV dinners, jello, and little Debbie snacks. That’s doesn’t belong in the same bag either! My whole experience here today was horrible! I will not be returning to this location. Everywhere else they have common sense to put the bread separate, if nothing else smh .

This was my first time shopping at this location and was very impressed with how clean, well stocked and organized this store is. The staff was available and willing to assist with pleasure... not pointing in a direction and walking off. The cashier was very professional and courteous, she spoke and greeted me with a smile as she rang my groceries.On this day I felt shopping here at this location was an unforgettable experience. I will shop her again!

Chitterlings run! They had the bucket type, not pre-cleaned. I purchased anyway, and cleaned for my third time--they were good. Never doing the cleaning again--two hours@

I shop here when I have no other choice or just need a quick something to finish dinner, because its close to home. Associates are rude and not very helpful. Only accepting is the older lady that works in the deli, she is very pleasant and helpful. She seems to really enjoy her job and meeting the customers

Friendly and helpful staff always. The presentation of the food is good. I love the floral department. Youre in an environment where the staff doesnt mind assisting you.

I know this store likely wont here next year. It is also sad that the buyers have failed to reinvest in their stores. This means it looks a bit run down. Still, the selection and prices are good, the store is clean, and the staff are excellent. I watched a cashier run down a customer who left an iPhone at the register.

Clean, stocked store, staff could work on the friendliness factor, most seem absolutely miserable.

Lady at the little podium that you assume will help customers...did not want to go help. She just yelled out what people should do to fix the issue.

I miss Shoppers! I travel from SE DC to Bowie just to go to one of the remaining stores. They have some items that Giant doesnt have and the store is never crowded. Ill be so sorry when they close their remaining stores, PLEASE keep the few remaining stores open!

THIS SHOPPERS IS OK BUT WHEN YOU Serve FOOD TO THE PUBLIC MAKE SUEE ITS FRESH LOOKING NOT ALL DRY N HARD LOOKING.

I visited this location yesterday around the noon hour and my onlyreason for theone star rating was due to witnessing THREE customers NOT WEARING THE REQUIRED MASK and GLOVES andstore employees allowing them to enter the store!!!!! Total disregard to the safety of others thoroughly disappointed me with the continued ignorance that some people continue to behave. TO ALL PATRONS WHO VISIT THIS LOCATION USE PRECAUTION when you arrive and witness these actions I would not shop here for your own safety.!!!Its unfortunate because proper signs were posted upon entering and clearly the store was cleaned and organized and I could clearly smell the Bleach as the floors may have been cleaned BUT PEOPLE ARE STILL NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES...I hope the Store Manager reads this and will take appropriate action before something bad happens.

Cashiers are awesome. Bakery sections the baker had got an attitude with me while I was trying to scan the cupcake for my instacart customers she said I flip it outside down which I did not and I ended up putting the cupcakes in the cart. Her tone of voice was nasty and she yelled at me like I was a child. Y’all need to check her attitude.

It has everything I need, AND the Prices are good.

Had the worst experience with, one of the customer service employees. I walk up to the customer service counter, first issue was her and another employee was having a outspoken conversation across the work room floor, then finally I received her undivided attention, and let her know I was sending money . Yes then ask how much was I sending while I was counting so I continued counting when she asked again, but this time in a aggressive tone, and I stated ma’am you see me counting, she like we have to ask the amount which is common sense especially if I’m send money but give me a moment to make sure my count is correct . This same customer service rep is the exact same one that comes to work at a grocery store in thousands of dollars worth of accessories like she going to a met gala that’s why she have that mind set that’s why she thinks she entitled . Also last of my knowledge Shoppers was a uniformed oriented job, which purpose was in place so each employee can feel the unity that it represents. I will email and write whoever I need to to she about This horrible example of a professional . And would like to give a special thanks to Supervisor Jeff, who was extremely professional and made this experience a little more pleasant. He leads by example and the lady could use a lot of his insight !Signed pissed of valued customer !!

I seem to always find anything and everything I want, when I shop at this Shoppers. This, as well as the Target in the same mall area. I go far away from home to shop at this Shoppers. Keep up the fantastic service.

Store parking was good, found what I went for with no problem. Got in and out quickly. Clerk was friendly and store was clean and organized.

Closed all the .ones in Montgomery co.,only place that sells chunky apple sauce( my favorite)

I absolutely love this Shoppers. My Shoppers! Ive been coming here for years, actually since it opened. I appreciate the warm, swift and helpful staff, the well-organized shelves, the fresh produce and the general orderliness of the store (whether or not there is a crowd). Oh and I cannot forgot, the robust International aisle, especially for those of us from or with Caribbean roots!

This is a good go-to market. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is easy to navigate. My only real peeve is the bathrooms never seem to stay clean and are very cold.

Food is always good here and of course hibachi is fun to watch. However my step mother in law ordered from the kitchen, and specified no peanuts in her food. Not only did her food come out after the rest of the table was eating (we all got hibachi) but it had peanuts! Lots. They remade it very quickly, but she had to ask four times for hot water and lemon. Four times! I dont know why they fell down with her orders but everything else was OK.

Shoppers used to offer reasonably priced food items but have engaged in price creep over the past few years. Now, I find better prices at Giant, Safeway, Harris Teeter, and other stores that have great sales and coupons. Look at the expiration date on Shoppers foods prior to purchase. I purchased 2 items with an expired date prior to purchase and was refused a refund. The one time I bought an expired food item at Harris Teeter, the item was refunded and I was given a gift card. Shoppers charges the full amount for one item so when the price states two for $6.00, the charge for one is $3.99. My experience at other stores is the charge for one is $3.00. Shoppers is not the best place to save on your grocery bill.

This is a large grocery store that is well organized, clean, with fantastic lighting. It also has an Amazon locker for you to pick up or return orders. Also, the location is modern and easily accessible and with security.

This store isnt bad. I moved out of the area so I dont go here any more.Never had any issues.Never really interacted with the staff.Food is decent and never really had anything that has gone bad by the time I got home.Would probably still shop here if I lived nearby.

I used to really enjoy shopping here.However, the past couple of years (including today), my shopping experiences has been VERY unpleasant!!About 3-4 of the female staff are truly lacking in good good customer service and are pretty rude (ignores me at the self checkout aisles; even after Ive repeatedly told them l am deaf and have low vision).Unfortunately, Im also dealing with health issues that sometime causes people to shy away from me (very understandable -- although I do try to be respectful of peoples comfort and spaces), and whenever I enter the store, the facial expressions/body languages (of any of the 3-4 female staff mentioned earlier) are pretty obvious and rather disturbing to me.Its terribly embarrassing and simply downright rude!! It also causes me to become agitated and I try to hurry and leave the store (sometimes forgetting to bag an item or two).Regardless of my personal issues (person with disabilities and health issues), as a customer who shops there 3-4 times a month, I deserve to be treated with as much respect as all other customers.

Shopped on the eve of Thanksgiving. It was crazy busy. The lady checking me out took the time to instruct me to get the app to save money. I really appreciated her kind gesture.

Prices were high there. I went in for a pack of chicken wings which were almost $3.00 a pound, spring water which was $1.29 and some cherry Kool-Aid which was $.39 cents each. Disappointing!!!

Selections are very good. Needed to make a special order of meat. Attendant could have just sent me to select from display. Instead he accomodated me and specially cut the meat to my requirement. I was very pleased.

Very fresh veggies and lots of items at lower prices although less selections and prices higher than other stores. I read they are about to go out of business as a chain but well see.

So why close an excellent place to shop convenient for the neighborhood.

Overpriced as hell, and the employees aren’t the most helpful.

Good parking, never really crowded. Has the sausages that I like to put on the grill. Over the prices are reasonable.

This shoppers is good only problems they have are they could have long lines other than that there good. The bathrooms are not really the cleanest but other that that the store its a good store and there always someone around to help you.

Regular grocery chain. The only issue I have is their produce section is not always fresh. I notice that when I get fresh veggies here compared to Safeway they start to go bad quickly. But as far as products prices they are fairly reasonable. I had to change my star rating to a 1 because produce has gone from not being fresh but just spoiled and rotten.

For the most part they got what I need and the service is absolute and I appreciate the attitudes the workers give thats it.

I really like Shoppers Food Warehouse always able to get crabmeat and catfish at reasonable prices. Sad to hear they are going out of business

Prices are better than Giant grocery store.

This Shoppers is relatively new. I live in New Carrollton, but I prefer to drive to this shoppers food, rather than the one in my neighborhood. Its slightly bigger, brighter, and has more options. Also, it feels safer. Lots of bright lights in the parking lot, which even at 10 pm, theres tons of people around due to the B-Dubs and Target. The workers here are all very nice and willing to help. The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a very nice international aisle. It never feels super busy here like the New Carrollton location, even on weekends. It feels like this location takes on more cashiers. This store should be the model for all SFWs Nationwide.

Target, Shoppers, and an Office Depot all conveniently next to each other. Theres even a Buffalo Wild Wings if youre inclined to grab a bite to eat and/or catch a game.

A lot of food that I picked up had expired. Only good for buying cleaning supplies.

I usually visit this place to buy flowers. Theyve variety and good prices .

Its very convenient and close to Rt. 50. It has almost everything that youll need - grocery store Target, Home Depot, bank and various eating establishments, like Chick Fil A.

Most of the food is fine, but the vegetables and fruits tend to spoil fast.

Shopperss is close to where i live so that is great. Good deals every week.
