Excellent customer service from Dr.Trent an staff. Highly recommend for hearing needs..

Dr. Janice Trent and her colleagues provide professional, reasonably priced, and caring service. I now have state of the art hearing aids which charge overnight in a case. No fumbling with tiny batteries. The testing was extensive and again, state of the art. Dr. Trent was careful to insure that my hearing aids were adjusted correctly; she never rushed. The office, all women, I think, is a warm, inviting place. I recommend this oncologist highly.

We were very impressed with the level of professionalism and patience when we visited with our two year old son. The doctor was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The receptionist was very friendly and took the time to make sure we were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone if asked.

Dr. Trent is the best. She listens and makes you feel so comfortable. Hearing is a Matters Most thing, and Dr. Trent lets you know shes 100% in for your hearing health. Always a friendly smile welcoming spirit and good advice. One of my best health solutions.

It seems there is no effort too great for Dr. Trent to make in order to find the best hearing aids for her patients. We are still in the process, but I have found the doctor and her staff always eager to accommodate, to adjust, or to try something else, to take time to go over what works and what doesnt. My hearing challenges are great, but I look foreword to having just the right answer soon!

Not much to say other than, great service ALL around. Young lady at the front desk EXCELLENT! The Dr. EXCELLENT! Im no expert but Im pretty sure she was thorough with my exam.

Office is very professional, Dr. Trent as well as front office. Had little wait time. Doctor allowed me to explain my concern. Asked questions. Was very reassuring throughout exam. Explained in detail in laymans terms the results of the exams. Offered options. Recommended that I visit ear, nose and throat doctor. When I agreed, the office set up the appointment for me. Later followed up with me. I would recommend Dr. Trent to others based on the caring and knowledgeable manner in which she conducted this visit.

I took my 91 year old mom to see Dr. Trent at Hearing Healthcare Services in Bowie. She was very compassionate and comprehensive in her evaluation. She took the time needed to explain the results of the testing and gave mom a lovely hearing aid demo. We were also happy with Dr. Trents staff -- very friendly! I recommend Hearing Healthcare Services to anyone with hearing issues.

Hearing Healthcare Services has been a godsend for me. I appreciate the competence, professionalism and extreme care provided by Dr. Trent and her staff. Im a person that must have instructions spelled out for me--directly and often. Each time I call Dr. Trents office, I receive help whether my issue is big or small. I appreciate their patience and sincere concern for my health.

I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff at Hearing Healthcare Services. I am pleased with the time Dr. Trent took in answering my questions dealing with my hearing loss. Dr. Janice Trent has gone out of her way to help me enjoy better hearing with the Lyric hearing aid. Even when she has had to extend her officehours, she has made herself available to refit my Lyric hearing aids when that has been necessary.

Dr. Trent understands audio extremely well. She was thorough in her examination and assessment of my hearing loss. Dr. Trent prescribed the correct type of hearing aid that addressed all of my requirements. This from an audio recording engineer.

It was not what i was expecting. Got my old hearing aid set. My new one was denied. Oh well, better luck next time.

Hello everyone just want u to no when u walk thru door u feel welcome young lady at desk greets u with a beautiful smile and she is so kind and Dr Trent so so kind and let me tell u i woke up no hearing at all in my good ear i called they said come in in few minute i was there then they took me rite in did test all test determined my hearing wzs gone but yall im tell u when i left she fitted me with the best hearing aid yall she cares she cares and im following up with specialist but yall i can hear now cause DrTrent cares and im glad bout it i can hear better than before so thank u Dr Trent and your wonderful sweet tect i appreciateyour caring bout me your kindness whenever i need u u always help me thank u Dr Trent .thank u.
