I must frame this review in light of the pandemic. Jeannette and I drove to Coastals Office, calling on the phone we were introduced to Maureen. She explained their new policies so we placed our order through the glass, paying over the phone, and the refrigeration unit, ducting accessory, and solar charge controller came out through the front door. Maureen was a jewel, helping us every step of the way.

These folks will bend over backwards to make things work for your systems. They have the critical parts and they know how they work. Great customer service. Nothing in life is perfect but with integrity, knowledge and patience you can solve the hardest problems.

Id like to recognize the tremendous customer service and resources provided by Coastal Climate Controls.My boat has had a Frigoboat K50F refrigeration system installed and operating for over 20 years. Recently it stopped functioning and a local marine service technician recommended that I replace the compressor.While researching the replacement, I called Coastal Climate and Maureen fielded my inquiry. She listened carefully and after providing me with some education, answered my questions. The call could have stopped there. However, Maureen took extra time to explain why the failure of the compressor was likely not the issue. She referred me to their technical support page, and specifically to the troubleshooting guides on that site.
