Well all I can say is about mobile mechanic William is that he is professional on time and courteous he took the time to come and look at my vehicle and diagnose everything that was wrong with it he effectively fix the problem in a matter of 20 minutes and had my vehicle back on the road I don’t know who would ever talk bad about these people they are doing great yeah the phone set up at first is Bad and kinda weird but we can all be fixed easily if you just go through and listen to the prompts he’ll definitely take care of you make sure your request William

I have had excellent service with this company. I had a very difficult vehicle issue and William was vigilant in solving the issue. He has been fabulous to work with in repairing this vehicle. I even had a secondary issue that left the vehicle in the road and he was very helpful and very accommodating by getting the vehicle running, repaired and returned. Thank you for great service. I appreciate your hard work and great diagnostics on my vehicles. The services I had completed were a wheel bearing, alternator, tune up, transmission service, and an electrical issue with some dash lights on. Thank you William. Well I typically do the work myself but lack of tools and motivation I thought I give them a call.....they had me up and running in about an hour and was off to Michigan. Dont think I could ever find the same service anywhere! Prices are ridiculously fair and they are both gentlemen. If I have anymore issues I know who to call from now on. I have always had struggles with trusting people but I recommend this mechanic to ANYONE AND EVERYONE FOR UR MECHANIC NEEDS. He was super nice and honest. He did a great job. We are Farm operation we just cant simply take off whenever we want to to get a repair done on a vehicle. I tend to be one that waits until the very last minute for car maintenance so when I need it done I need it like yesterday. I called and got all the work done the next day and best of all I didn’t have to do a thing but give him my keys. He came to my work so no asking for a ride to drop off or pick up my car. So quick and easy.

Really the entire experience was great. He came to my home, diagnosed the problem and found an engine that met my budget. I had some minor issues after the fact (not due to the quality of work, of course) and we were able to figure it out in a timely manner. 100% he is my mechanic from here on out!!

Water pump went out on my car. Called this gentleman and he got to it the next day so I could get back on the road. I called around for repair prices and his was the best quote with a lifetime warranty on his labor. I was even able to pay him using my debit card from my phone. I Highly recommend him for any repair service you need and will definitely call him again if needed.

My car was overheating on my way from Ohio to Texas and I thought I was going to be stranded. As a last ditch effort I tried to find a mobile mechanic out in bowling green to see if they could help. 30 minutes later my car was getting worked on and shortly after I was back on the road. I had several issues come up when I first contacted bg mobile mechanic but William made them right and did go out of his way to help me for that Im grateful I referred my parents to him and the first time they needed him the service was great but now dads thermostat is out on his van and he cant drive it without overheating someone was supposed to show up but didnt and then said they could help for a pretty expensive price but dad would have to get it to their shop with them being a mobile mechanic they should def go to people that have their motors overheating dad needs his van for work hes elderly and in bad health I feel bad when they told me what happened bc I referred them to bg mobile mechanics

I called him and made a appointment for him to come out and look at my truck. On Friday he was supposed to show up . I called again and he said he had to get a phone charger and for me to text him my address . Ii did and still never showed up. I texted him again and ask if he could come out on Saturday never heard back its been 2 weeks and never did get back to me. .very dis appointed .

BG Mechanic was a life saver!!! The rod in my piston broke, which meant I needed to replace the entire engine. They came out to my residence to diagnose the issue, which saved me an expensive tow service for a simple diagnostic. They were courteous, professional, and up front with every cost and concern regarding the repair of my vehicle. Their prices were also the best I was quoted and the service was very quick. They even gave me a first responder discount for being a nurse without me even knowing they offered that. The communication was exceptional as well. I always received answers to my questions through texts within an hour of messaging them, but most of the time instantaneously. Thank you William!BG Mobile is my go Mechanic now!!🤗My front wipers stopped working in the middle of a rainstorm. I called and got a quote for a new motor from 2 other places and from BG Mobile. BG Mobile was my choice! But, not only for good price, quality, and service. But for honesty as well as I soon found out. A mouse nibbled some wire to the wiper motor (he found the mouse😝). William could have just replaced the motor and not said a word. (There are places here that do that unfortunately!)

The serpentine belt broke & stranded my wifes vehicle in Bowling Green. I called BG Mobile 1st thing the next morning,& they came out & had a new belt installed quickly. My alternator went out on my car and he came and fixed it. Didn’t have to pay for towing and he quoted me a very reasonable price to fix it. It would have cost me more money if I had the car towed and let a repair shop fix my car. Very friendly mechanic! Will be using him again if need be!!

BG MOBILE came to my location within 30 minutes of me calling . Both wheel hubs on my 2015 Ram 3500Dually were making noise and needed to be replaced. I came up from Florida on business and needed my truck fixed before Monday . Most places, if not all of them are closed, except for BG Mobile. He replaced both wheel hubs in the parking lot of the hotel I was staying at. BG Mobile was a life saver and kept my business operable. I locked in his number for future issues I might run into when in this area, thank you BG Mobile.
