I had a 9:30 appointment for oil change, arrived at 9:22. Got checked in immediately. Restrooms and waiting area nice and clean. Notified at 10:02 service was completed. Changed oil, rotated tires, and multi point inspection. I remained at the dealership. I appreciate the quick turn around. All associates were helpful and friendly.

Tyler was professional and very responsive. Jonathan helped me go over all of the features on my car and set me up with onStar. The finance rep was also super nice. Process to purchase was among the fastest purchase processes I’ve encountered.

Had a diagnostic for check engine light. Told it would take a couple hours but was completed in about 1 1/2 hours. Also there was a recall on my vehicle that they took care of also. Very courteous service representative. All together in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.

I have bought 3 vehicles from Rance. It is always an easy process and always timely. I called about a Yukon that I was interested in and when we came to an agreement I told Rance I would drive up and make the deal but I had to catch a flight that afternoon. Rance got all the paperwork together and I was in and out of the dealership within an hour. I will continue to give Leachman my business for the convenience and professionalism they provide. I got anup and coming young star as a sales agent, {He lookeda lot like a young John Wayne, very tall and rugged, with thatJW grin). When I left 2 hours later, I was driving a wonderful2018 Buick Encore at a fair price. I think I got the car deal of themonth, low mileage, like new, and fair price.

I was welcomed at the door whereas at a neighboring dealership they wouldn’t let us in. The people were friendly and respectful, wearing masks when near me (I am a high risk person during this pandemic - COVID would probably kill me). I was not dragged all over the lot to look at vehicles like I was at the neighboring dealership, as I am older and handicapped, needing a cane. The salesperson, Amanda, showed me vehicles in my price range and with my specific “wants” and needs using her iPad. She showed me one in particular that had a very specific color she knew instinctively that I would like. She brought the vehicle to the building for me to see, limiting my walking, thank goodness. It checked almost everything on my list. The purchase process was smooth and she made me feel like I was her primary concern in that space of time. Everyone I dealt with there at Leachman made me feel at ease. I brought my youngest son with me because he knows a great deal about the condition of vehicles and quality of vehicles. Even he was extremely impressed with the vehicle, as well as its price. I have already started recommending Leachman Buick to my friends.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the staff to purchase my vehicle. I had a very specific, kind of difficult must have list of options and they all worked until they found exactly what I was looking for. While they were looking for the vehicle, I worked with the finance department and told them how much I wanted to put down, what extra services I wanted to purchase with the vehicle and the maximum size payment I wanted. Then when they called me to say my car was ready to be picked up, all the papers were ready for my approval with the exact terms I had requested. It was a fantastic experience. Nick in service was very informative, he answered several questions I had and did not seem aggravated by them. He helped me get a service appointment set up, made sure I knew everything that was taking place and had a smile on his face the entire time even tho they was super busy! Service took very good care of my car while they had it, fast, and you can tell they really truly care about thier customers!! I really like the 2019 Chevy Equinox Premier that I purchased from Leachman. There was one downside though. After taking it home & driving it for just over a month, I take it in for an oil change, & they inform my that my tires need to be replaced. This was one of your certified pre owned vehicles...... I guess tires are not included in the inspection when theyre certified. Long story short, after purchasing the vehicle in May, I was already replacing the tires in November. The tires that were on it were Hankook 50k mile tires too. The vehicle currently has 34k miles on it. Just doesnt add up to me.

I dropped my 2019 Encore off for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was then shuttled back to work, and picked back up later when my car was done. Driver was nice and drove safe. However, there were black grease stains on my buckskin leather door panel when I got in my car. I went back inside to explain the issue, and my car was taken to detail and promptly fixed. I appreciate the quick attention, but dont understand why the tech didnt clean up before getting in my car or notice the stains as they exited.Update: the last two times I have brought my car in for service, one valve stem cap has gone missing on two different wheels. I know I didnt lose them, because I never take them off to check my tire pressure since I have an electronic monitoring system. While this does not impact the performance of my car, I do expect service professionals to return things as they found them.

I was a bit surprised and distraught at the original analysis and diagnosis of the problem with my vehicle even though it is a 2007 (13 year old) vehicle, but only has 62000 miles on it. A new (reconditioned) transmission was advised and agreed to at a cost of $4500. After 2 weeks and the replacement completed, the problem was not resolved. After another 2 weeks, it was determined that a Powertrain control module (PCM) was needed to correct the problem.I consented, the part was ordered, installed and the problem was resolved. after a brief discussion with the shop manager, the previous price quote was honored and the bill was paid. The vehicle seems to be functioning properly now and time will tell. Overall, the entire staff was kind, curtious and friendly.

I sent my car in for an oil change. My car only has 20,000 miles and Dylan said I needed a wheel alignment, a balance, and a new air filter. It was going to be $324.00. I called my husband and he confirmed, I definitely didnt need a wheel alignment or balance. After googling, I realize I probably wouldnt need one for another year. I called Dylan back and said, can you confirm that I actually need a wheel alignment or is this preventative maintenance. He confirmed, I didnt actually need one. Your team shouldnt suggest a repair if it isnt actually needed. Or if you are trying to upsell the deal, tell the customer the truth. I feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of because Im a woman. Im a GM employee and this made me extremely angry.

Went in for an oil change and service advisor saw something that looked like something in one of my tires and said it would be checked out. In a while she came to me and said the tire could not be repaired but fortunately you had one in stock and for a little over $250 you could take care of it. I told her to leave it alone. After the oil change I took the vehicle to a tire dealer and they, with their finger removed a small fragment, of what they thought was bone, from the tread of the allegedly unrepairable tire. It was then over inflated and tank tested. They then tested my other 3 tires and the bottom line is there is nothing wrong with any of my tires! This is not the first time we have had issues with your shop personnel and while we have no complaints about our dealings with your sales personnel or service writers, my confidence in your shop personnel has been severally impaired.

BUYER BEWAREI recently purchased a used vehicle from Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac located at 2012 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42103. The vehicle is a 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty ¾ ton 6.7 Liter Diesel Lariat Edition with 78,000 miles. I also purchased an extended power train warranty.About one week after purchase I noticed oil spots collecting on my driveway. After inspection I found oil to be collecting and dripping from around the oil pan. I took the truck to Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac. They kept the truck for a day or two and placed dye in the oil and instructed me to drive it and bring the truck back in 7-10 days. Upon returning the truck to Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac they stated that oil was leaking from the oil pan seal and replaced it at no cost to me due to the warranty sold to me does not cover seals and gaskets. They kept the truck approximately 3 days this time.One week after picking the truck up from this repair I noticed oil collecting again on the driveway. I took the truck back to Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac. After another 2-3 days they stated that oil was leaking from upper oil pan gasket and replaced this at no cost to me due to the warranty sold to me does not cover seals and gaskets.A short time after having the truck in my possession I noticed yet again oil collecting on my driveway. Another trip to Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac resulted in the discovery of oil leaking from around the oil pump seal. After about 1 week the truck was repaired again returned at no cost to me due to the warranty sold to me does not cover seals and gaskets.I had the truck back for approximately one week then low and behold I noticed fluid collecting on the driveway once again. Now for the 5th time the truck was returned to Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac. After keeping the truck for 2-3 days I was informed that the leaking fluid was transmission fluid and that the seal probably needed to be replaced. Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac stated that they could not perform this repair and that the truck would need to go to the Ford dealership. The cost of this repair would be my responsibility due to the warranty sold to me does not cover seals and gaskets.After speaking with the service department I was referred to one of the sales managers. He offered to void the power train warranty and return the cost of the warranty which I kindly declined. He then said, Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac would trade vehicles with me and give me the amount of money I owed on the Ford F-250 which sounded pretty good initially.After working with a salesman to make a trade I found that they had no comparable vehicles in their inventory and did little to locate one. I was offered multiple lesser half ton vehicles that came with a largely increased price over what I had paid for the Ford F-250. It was becoming apparent that there was no real interest in making things right by taking the defective vehicle off of my hands. Now I am stuck with an undependable vehicle that will likely cost me an additional two thousand dollars out of pocket to repair the transmission and the costs of whatever other issues are likely to occur.Also, for the record I understand the ‘AS IS” clause but, when purchasing an expensive “AS IS” vehicle from what should be a reputable dealer usually comes with a much higher level of confidence than a buyer might get from purchasing an “AS IS “vehicle from a rinky-dink buy here-pay here dealer. So, when you are in the market for a used car or truck buyer please beware if you are considering making your purchase from Leachman Buick, GMC, Cadillac located at 2012 Scottsville Rd, Bowling Green, KY 42103.The response from the dealership below should say, We apologize greatly for your experience and we will be in contact with you shortly to remedy this situation so that we may restore your confidence in our dealership.While the below response may look good to the public one should keep in mind that these are just words and not actions. A customer should not have to “reach out” in an instance such as this.
