The buying process was easy, but they dont stand behind their cars over the weekend my car wouldnt start nothing was said to be done til Monday. My bf had words with the worker she called the police, Tommy didnt answer the phone and when he did he didnt offer a courtesy car.. this car lot is highly not recommended stack your money and go to a real car dealership... I liked 4 payments and my car would have been paid for,I lost my job and couldnt make a payment so I took it back to the lot.They never even tried to work with me so I could get it back and Im still without a vehicle.I could have started making payments a week after I took it back but they wouldnt work anything out with me,Im the one out of 13,000.00 that I paid on the car.We loved our car and them until they did this.

They called my husband a nobody and told me to tell him to be quiet while we where talking. For the 18th time. I paid the truck off early and there was only one employee I had an issue with. And when I researched all the other reviews, you were only nice to the people who gave you good reviews you seemed pretty nasty to the people who were unhappy with your service. David asked me to leave a better review after our confusion was cleared up but this is very much a one star service.

I wouldnt give them any stars if at all possible!!! My son in law got a car from there (Chevy cruze) (Bowling Green lot) and this would be 7 times it has been in the shop. Instead of giving them something else they bandaid the car enough to get it out of the shop for a little while. It has a bad valve cover leak, computer, wiring harness, stab Trac issue. They have the vip pkg as well for the repairs but igo just wants that extra money. They are trying to put a repo on them bc they are turning the car in but igo has to tow in bc it broke down once again instead of a voluntary relinquish.DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT GET A CAR FROM I GO MOTORS IN BG KY

Well this was my second time getting a car from igo!! I love it an them. They real life treat you like family! My first car from them I was in a wreck an it got totaled. Went back today after a few months of not having a car an babyyyy chip went to glasgow an got the car I wanted lol I couldnt be anymore happier. I refuse to deal with anybody but themTheir cars are very dependable an if something happens they are quick to fix it.

Id have to give the over all experience with igo 5 stars. Thats due to multiple factors. They will work with you. They are not out to just repo your car. Second they stand behind there warranty that you purchase when you get the car. I have had to use it a couple times now. Granted the service center sometimes is busy but they try to get your car as fast as they can. Its hard to juggle that many people. I have heard good things and have experienced them as well. Chip will go above and beyond for his customer and in a business like buy her pay here its good to know someone is in your corner, and they take it more then just caring about your money. They are all friendly and make you feel at home. The pressure of car buying is taken away. And if you fall behind the lady at the payment center is super friendly and helpful. They look for ways to keep you in your car and on the road. All used cars are gonna have there issues and never going to be 100%. They dont purposely sell you a faulty car. And if something happen Tommy at the service center is on it. Mistakes happen and people are people but they make it right. Recommend 100% if you need a car they will get you rolling. And the lady that is at the payment desk when you walk through the door is always super nice and has a smile on her face. Every time I walk through the door I dont get here for a payment you hear how are you? Hows your day been. And that speaks volumes to customers. Yall keep up the good work!

Chip is awesome at Igo i told him i was looking to buy a full size 4x4 4-door truck and with in a week he had a 08 chevy crew cab z71 he drove it for a few weeks and realized it has a code for a bad catalic conveter witch is something normally not covered but they have went out of there way to fix the prolbem. Also about a month after having the truck it lost power and started running real rough on a Sunday evening And again Tommy had a 3 oclock appointment the next day and had it fixed b4 they closed and back on the road.The girls in the office are friendly igo in bowling green really knows how to take care of there coustmers!

The intrest rate on these cars are tripled the amount that the car is worth .. your better at going on face book and buying the same car for 1,500 that they would charge you 10,000 for .. they got a sales guy named chip he told me that they buy cars at the auction for 1,500 and charge triple on intrest .. these cars are 100% junk, dirty,and not worth a dime ..the vip package is a scam chip told me that his self .. the ppl that work for bowlingreen Igo motors like chip will let you know not to do business there but he has to sale cars also to make money

I go motors is a great place to buy a good car. Very bad experience with 2 other lots in BG. One sold me a car with 131000 miles that was sold as 31000 miles the other place was just pure junk. I go has worked with me to get me what I needed. Because of my other 2 bad experiences I have to say I was not an easy person to work with. Chip is an upfront and honest salesman, he goes above and beyond to help you with the sale.When the first had an issue early on, they were quick to work with our schedules and get it repaired.the VIP Program is worth the additional amount tacked onto the weekly payment. Oil change rebates for on time payments, (they put the rebate towards what you owe) Most used car lots just get you in, and get you out and move onto the next person, without offering any type of warranty, or special offers for ontime payments.

Theses people are low down good for nothing Thieves. I wouldnt send anyone there to bye a car if I had too. They will Repo you ever time the get a chance and charge you a 5005 A 500 dollar repo fee and then your late payment..

They told me they did 100% Inspection come to find out if you look on the inside of the tire they were dry rotted. And I was 1week behind and they came and got my vehicle in the middle of the night even though they are closed on Sundays. Bet you didnt check to see if my payment was in the drop box. The guy that runs it is a crook. I wouldnt suggest anyone go there. If I could give the a piece of a star I would. Doesnt deserve a whole star.
