Good service, and you could buy data for Verizon there, what a lovely place.
I have always had a great experience with bluegrass. The staff that I have contact with is through the corporate side of things. They always have went above and beyond to give me great service.Speaking of service Im a truck driver and I have always had service in the mountains hills valley and all over the United states.Thank you for your service.
Friendly and easy to talk to.
They had no phones in stock. I was unable to get a replacement for my phone.
Theres much to be said about doing business with local companies and this one is no different. Their customer service and support makes you feel as though youre at home conducting any business or transaction with them. Their interactions all require standard proof of identity before proceeding with any exchange of protected information. Small things like this, give peace of mind when trying to decide whether to stay the course or move on to a larger chain. Their prices are competitive and coverage cant be beat. If you are looking to make a switch, their coverage and prices cant be beat for family plans especially in rural areas. This wireless carrier has all the amenities of the larger chains while being small enough to make you feel at home when youre there. Theyre always kind and always ready to serve.
People there are VERY professional very nice
Good they were friendly and way more knowledgeable then the other store
Was very polite and helpful...
Just terrible..my father passed away 3 weeks ago...he and my mother shared the phone. We went in to have the account switched to her name and change the plan from unlimited to something cheaper. They wanted death certificate, executer of will or power of attorney to do something as simple as change name on account...same banking info, same address, same automatic withdrawal...yet they made something as simple as a name change completely complicated and extremely upsetting to my mother.. More so than even dealing with funeral home or cemetery.
As always very nice and quick service.
Excellent service got set up with new iPhones. Also got a new iPhone watch 3 for free when I got my new iPhone 11 pro max!
Worst place to buy a phone, wont ever do it again
Good service from the employees. I bought an Apple watch and the young man that helped me was upfront and very knowledgeable.
I had anxiety about switching phone service. I wish I didnt my phone bill may be cheaper but the service sucks royally a lot of buffering and deadzones, plus dropped calls. Wish I would have stayed with boost mobile.
Have tried for over 2 years to get WIFI with AT&T with no progress what so ever. I live in Plano area. Bluegrass got me on the MiFi and I am very happy. Kudos to Bluegrass Cellular.
I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now. Initially, the prices looked good, and I wanted to support a smaller more local ISP. However, I’ve been left feeling utterly unimpressed.Internet speed - 5/10Internet reliability - 4/10Customer Service - 5/10Response time/Availability - 6/10Competence - 6/10I’m not saying it is the worst. It isn’t. But it isn’t the best either. It isn’t even in the top ten. Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T remain unquestionably superior. I use Bluegrass for cell and internet coverage. Both are pretty bad. My phone doesn’t work well outside of Kentucky, and roughly 60% of the state is still only tentatively covered. The company can’t even reliably cover the single state in which they operate.Streaming is next to impossible unless you live in an urban area. Gaming is non-feasible. Downloading ANYTHING will be a struggle that often ends in errors. And that’s when everything is working well. You’ll pay for coverage that you can only take advantage of a percentage of the time.Customer service leaves much to be desired. Employees want you gone, and they have no enthusiasm to assist. You’ll wait in line forever. The person you end up speaking with won’t have any answers, and you’ll have to wait patiently while they fumble around looking for a manager or tech support. At least if you’re lucky, you’ll find a kind employee, but probably not. Most seem to be high school or college kids who don’t want to be there. On top of that, the company can’t be bothered to invest in infrastructure, they just want to leech off of the efforts of greater ISP companies who have invested in infrastructure. Bluegrass can’t give you reliable internet, because the internet they give you is essentially a mobile hotspot with up to 30% packet loss in transit. All in all, while Bluegrass Cellular was a nifty idea, it has failed in execution. If at all possible, you are much better off sticking with one of the bigger carriers. At least until Bluegrass starts using their corporate incentives and bonuses to set up proper and reliable infrastructure, instead of using it on corporate getaways and Christmas checks for the higher-ups.
Great service! Much easier to deal with than AT&T
Nice building but employee had no clue how to answer my questions. Left and went to AT&T instead.
THE. WORST. COMPANY. I had a phone with Bluegrass for 10 years due to the coverage that the phone provided (always saw from friends experiences and heard that AT&T was worse). They have the WORST customer service. And to beat it all, when I went to the store to shut off my phone due to switching providers, I asked that I pay the bill in full so that everything with the account was taken care of. Lo and behold, another bill populates, but I never get a notice or anything that I owe a penny. The bill was sent to collections, and now I find out that I owe another $200 to this POS company. Avoid Bluegrass at all costs. Verizon for the win.
They have a monopoly on service of you live outside the city limits. Service isnt great even then but it works most of the time. Plans and products sold there are expensive and more data is expensive. I wish I could change providers.
5 stars for the people, 0 for the actual quality of service. At least with Time Warner the internet actually works. Youd have trouble even downloading an app with this service.
They have the best cell phone selection and great service.
Best cell service in Kentucky!!!!! 35.00 for unlimited everything. I love it!!!!
Quality of service is poor, these people cant tell their ass from a hole in the ground.
Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.
Nice clean store with very helpful employees.
Best service for Logan and Warren County but your going to pay extra for it
Wasnt happy with my visit to Bluegrass. Even if you are the person that takes care of everything, unless its in YOUR NAME THEY WILL NOT LET YOU MAKE CHANGES.
If you like to pay outrageous prices for your phone service then look no further.
Ripped me off on my phone .maid me pay $38.00 to get my phone back. Dont go there stay away ! !
Good service, best coverage for the Bowling Green area, A+
You get unlimited talk and text and 2.5mb of data for $30.00 a mo. Thats taxes and all
