This Sephora is literally the worst one I have ever been to. They are unable to help do any kind of return because JC Penny limits them and will force you to get a JC Penny card or only exchange what is available online to them through Jc Penny. Nothing is ever in stock and the brands are incredibly bland. Sucks because the next closest store is in Nashville but do yourself a favor and just go there!
Everyone i have spoke with or asked questions have been so kind and very helpful!! Special thank you to the associate Lori! She helped me over the phone to choose a concealer and even brought it out to my car! Great service! Times are so confusing and scary right now, I m so happy they worked with me to get some awesome products!
