So initially the company was very nice. Ordered one window. When it first come in it was a month late but they were responsive and let me know it was behind. Was installed and the installer had been great the whole time so no problems with him. So a week later the window cracks at the corner. Goes up the whole glass within two weeks. I called and asked for a replacement. Cut to what was suppose to be a 12 week (3 months) wait for the window. It ended up being 8 months. The whole time they never called and it was me calling them trying to find out something. They never once called me. Then today the window is being put in. They dropped it. Complete accident. Thats fine. I tried to call the bowling green office no answer. Again. This company is highly unprofessional. So I called their corporate headquarters who told me we will get in touch with them and have them call you. Which they havent done it 8 months. By the way 4th time I called them. So I would suggest even if it costs more... Go with another company and get it done right. This company doesnt care about customer service. Just your money.

I had storm doors installed on my patio approximately a month ago. the door was not hung correctly- there is a large gap at the bottom that allows air (hot and cold) in..I have made multiple calls with no response (leaving messages every time)..My calls were not being answered, but when I used my daughters phone, magically, the call was answered. I have used this company before and was satisfied with the windows and service. This was a very disappointing experience.

I have been a long time customer of window world of Bowling Green Ky. and I have always had good a good experience with them until this year. I realize that with all the shutdowns things have been hard on every business however the lack of timely updates and the rude snarky attitude of the woman who answers the phone was not appreciated. I was told that my windows would take 12 weeks to arrive. when that time came and I hadnt heard anything I called them and was told in a not so pleasant way that It was going to be another month. When the windows did come, once again I had to call them and was met with and attitude that the woman was doing me a favor by scheduling and install date.The install was the only good thing about experience. The young man who came to install the windows was named Damian Duke. Not only was he on time he called to let me know that he would be a few minute early. He was polite well manner and very professional. He made sure that the windows were properly installed and sealed, and before he left he made sure that there was no trash left behind and that I was satisfied with his work.Would I recommend Window World in the future, I dont know, I think I will search around for another supplier for our next project. I will recommend Damian how ever.

Ordered windows last year October 2, 2020. They were “Supposed” to put them in today. I took the day off to accommodate. Finally after 10am, I call and get a rather rude receptionist who is full of excuses. She blames everything from Covid to the weather for it taking 5+ months. After I loose patience and ask her when she was gonna call me today and tell me they weren’t coming and she calmly responds I was going to call you but you called us first....They used to do good work...Stay away, there are better options out there.

I called Window World of BG because I could not reinstall my window after taking it out to clean. The owner didnt hesitate to come to my house, reinsert the window and leave without allowing me to pay for the service. I didnt buy windows or doors but I know where Ill go when I do. AJ is tknowledgeable......came twice ...the second time with hands on color samples as I was having difficulty with colors. He answered texts and emails with answers to my questions. Kevin did an great job with installation. He was meticulous and made sure everything was perfect and as I wanted it. He left everything clean and ready for use. We decided on Window World when we needed replacement windows because of their quality, appearance and cost. The installer, Kevin Dukes, was very professional. He did an excellent job with the installation of the windows and with the outside wrapping in aluminum. I can highly recommend him and Window World products.

I came in there to price seven windows, guy kept telling me it was going to take 2 weeks and I was fine with that. I still had to ask him again to price it, then a lady came in and said I had to send an email for a price. They dont want to sell windows!

Let me tell you- this place is HORRIBLE. They quoted us a time line for 3 weeks for our storm door to come in and another 1-2 weeks for install. Two and half months later it got here and the door and when it came in it was WRONG. They sent someone out ahead of time to put a wrap ahead of time which was fine because we thought the right door had come in...but it ended up not being right. So that’s problematic. So moving forward when it came time to reorder the door they waited two days to reorder and said it would be roughly another three weeks. Well we wanted a guarantee time since they grossly messed up it the first time. They wouldn’t give it. My husband called saying we needed it guaranteed or we would need it canceled. The owner called and left a message saying we could pick up a check minus the amount for the wrap they already put up on our door. Don’t do business with these people. The owner/sales guy is the rudest person to deal with in bowling green and isn’t worth your time... So Buyers beware!

We had some hiccups but unlike other contractors, Window World BG stepped up. Grateful for Kevin and Clay being professional, helpful and efficient. Also Rachel and Jeremy being super helpful and concerned. Thank you from the Bacon family.

I paid 1/2 on my windows in 3/7/18 and had them installed 4/18/18.When I got home they had installed the wrong windows. Here it is 9/13/18 And Im still waiting for the job to be completed. I wish I had never used window world. I called to complain and the women on the phone said she did not want to here my complaint that she was not the complaint Dept. I asked to speak to the owner and and she was no help.I have never had a issue like this and not get some help.

We are about to cancel with them and look in nashville. Bad busness leaves a bad taste in our mouth if you want lied to and told things they have no plan on doing window world of bowliing green is who you need to call.
