Bought a vape charged it and it didnt work, took back 2 days later without the receipt and they wouldnt exchange it.

Cool crew and cool shop. They had what my mum and friends wanted and even gave us some tips to put on her vape pen. There was also a discount basket with Zombie Juice and other brands in small bottles.

I recently bought a handful of the plus bars the first one I open up didn’t work, I immediately opened the other one and out of the 5 I bought 2 were faulty. They didn’t want to replace because I could of messed with them or done something them needless to say I’ll never shop at that store again

Ive gone in a few different times for new tanks, batteries, and e-liquid and everyone Ive encountered has been friendly and helpful. I didnt catch any names but everyone was really helpful and patient with answering questions and never tried to push a certain product over another. Will definitely continue to stop in whenever I need anything!

Most of the employees are very polite and very helpful. Just the one guy is kind of arrogant and rude, but the rest are great. Great place to shop though. Great selection of all kinds of cool stuff. Always adding new things makes it fun to keep going back.

Wide selection of tanks, juice, and building supplies. Staff is knowledgeable, but not friendly. They seem to busy with their own gear to tell you about stuff they are selling. Every question I asked I felt like they were annoyed I was interrupting them.It wasnt just me, either. They seemed that way with a few other customers too. Not a great experience.

Dudes know about every bottle on that shelf from the mixture percentages to every flavor in them and what ones tear up coils. They know the tanks and mods and what coils are most efficient. Im not going anywhere else until they close

There are better places. One good thing was being able to try before you buy.

1st time vapor user, asked the guy behind the counter for input. He sold me coils I didnt need. Told him I smoke a pack to a pack and a half a day. He recommended 6mg oil. Which I found out later is way too low. I should be using closer to 24mg. Wont be going there again.

Staff not friendly at all. when I first wanted to start vaping me and my wife went there and the guy working didnt greet us or talk to us until his buddy. left we stood there for 20 mins looking at stuff and I picked out a mod I wanted and he tries talking to me into something else. He tried talking me into something that cost 24 bucks and we where ready to spend over 200 on what I wanted. I told him that the thing hes trying to sell me wouldnt last with the kind of job I have but he keep on trying so we left and went to wild Bills and got exactly what I wanted

We go here all the time never had problems. Bought a display vape (no big deal we’ve done it before and it was just fine) and instantly had problems but didn’t want to go back due to the sign that said no refund or exchange. Finally decided to take it back because it only fires when it wants to, though he did exchange it for us he was belittling and rude saying things like “you should try some problem solving skills first next time” and “out of hundreds I’ve sold this is the only one with a complaint” I get it you lost out on money but so did I when I paid for the vape and it didn’t work properly, had I never mentioned it. Still replaced it which I do think was the right thing to do but very displeased with how we were spoke to.
