I just purchased a new hot tub from this place, had a friend recommend them to me when i started looking. Their pricing was great and they delivered it to my house just a few days after purchase. The spa works great and helps me with my arthritis. I recommend shopping here for a new hot tub!!

Just wanted to let everyone know this place is great! We had our new above ground pool installed by Aqualand this weekend. The installer was wonderful and made sure that everything was correct. The saleswoman was also very helpful and nice as well. I will definitely be returning for all of my pool needs in the future

The poor salesman they sent out had no idea we could really only afford a $400 pool. They sent him out to try to sell us a $25,000 pool.

I stopped and was greeting by a tall older “gentleman” who was very unprofessional and clearly didnt need any business. Customer service is what keeps small businesses open in this town and i feel that i was brushed off. I was trying to support local but i will be purchasing off amazon now. Thank you for absolutely nothing Aqua land.

The crew that comes out here to take care of my pool have always been professional and done a good job I usually have them open it in the spring and then close it in the fallTheir prices are reasonable

Cannot speak to the quality of their products or staff other than how unprofessional they are. Its great theyre having appointments to keep customers safe, but its unacceptable for them not to answer the phone. Only to tell customers when they arrive that theyre booked 4 days out. Answer your phones.

Last month Aqua-Land installed a liner into our 17year old in-ground pool. This is a BIG pool and weve had other liners that just didnt hold up. But this one is great and the price was very reasonable. The installation was smooth and professional, the installers were very nice and cleaned up everything on their way out. Very happy with this job. Kudos to Aqua-Land and Jerry & his crew!

Expensive n price gouging on chlorine

Aqualand just finished my inground pool and we are very happy with it! Everyone was super nice and the attention to detail was great! The pool turned out beautifully, was done on time and they took a lot of time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

As a Veteran, you expect things to go certain way. Bad or good you accept the outcome. But to have a company blatantly dismiss you because the color of your skin or the size of your wallet is inexcusable. My name is listed above because Im not trying to hide who I am. I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. Even if you spend a little more for an out of city company. Just dont patron a company that spits in the face of those who fought for freedom and liberty.SGT.

We contacted Aqua Land a little over 2 weeks before the week we wanted to open our pool. We had a party coming up at our house and while it was too early to swim, we still thought it would be nice to sit around. We were told they would be out May 6th to open our pool and we should have all our stuff out. The day before they called and told us they had people quit and were very behind and they would be out before the end of the week. They never showed up and when we called they said they would be out the next week (after our party) we said fine and they told us they would call before they came. We never got a call that week. We tried to reach them numerous times and were told to leave messages for the service manager. He never called us back. We are now on the third week after the pool was supposed to be opened and we called them again, this time the service manager was in and told us that they wouldnt get to us this week (THREE WEEKS late) but *might* get to us next week, a full MONTH after the original date. He was not pleasant on the phone and never apologetic, more like we were bothering him. So now we are supposed to sit around and wait and see if they get to us next week. We are hoping we can find someone who can give us an actual date instead. Very poor customer service here.

Just a little over a year ago I decided to surprise the family with a Hot tub for Christmas but had no idea of how to get the electric service to our back porch and for that matter whether or not our porch would even support the weight. Aqualands owner personally came to my house (hes also a builder) and made the necessary recommendations for support under the porch and gave me a quick 101 guide to 220 current. A year later our family is still enjoying our Hot Springs tub weekly, if not daily!!! They also were very helpful with choosing the right size tub, with the features we wanted, and within our budget. Thanks so much Aqualand!

Great place to get a spa! The staff is very friendly and know their stuff! I highly recommend this as a place to do business with! Chris Irvin was especially awesome!

Had a pool installed over the summer. Very unprofessional installers, confrontational even. They left a pile of dirt and rock taller than the pool and had cut a circle around the installation area that will forever be crooked unless we have the ground repaved. Called the owner and they were also less friendly than their ads indicate they are. Told me if I was too stupid to look at what was on the contract about removal of dirt then we didnt need a pool. Promised to come look at the installation and have the rubble removed but never followed through. I suggest pool and spa depot or Watsons out of Nashville. Or the fourth grader down the street. Anyone would probably do a better job.

To be honest not been theree but after reading reviews wont even go. Not because you have bad reviews (though the one from the veteran is extremely damaging imo). I wont go here because you responded to the positive reviews but did not address ANY of the negative, even when you could have made it right or apologized.

Aqua-Land service is awful! They opened my pool 5-6 days ago and the water is murky and cloudy AT BEST! They already came back a second time and STILL the water has not changed.They dont do the job right the first time and when they come back to check on your complaint, they charge you another service charge for something they should have done right to begin with!I am so disappointed in this company! I wont be using them anymore. I have already scheduled another pool service to re-open my pool!

In the past they were great but it seems like the care for customers isnt there like it was. Been waiting forever on getting our light fixed and again summer is almsot over.

They are able to provide comprehensive management of pools, water features, and whirlpools.

Very helpful even if youre not ready to buy that day.

I cant say enough great things about Darri and his team at Aqualand! He goes above and beyond in sponsoring our Junior Achievement Penguin Plunge every year! We always have so much fun and raise lots of money for kiddos in our area! Darri is so great! I highly recommend Aqualand in Bowling Green!

Dang price gouging at its finest. Called about a pool light and had the part number to compare against Pool and Spa Depo, Aqualand was over $100 higher on the same part number!
