I drove 5 hours from Alabama and when I got here everyone was very informative. I sent mt tractor in for all fluids and filters required for the 600 hour service. On their own they replaced the hydraulic fluid-$300- and reduced my bill bt $65 to mak3 up for it.My engine oil is still black - not sure it was changed and it comes back with warning light on indicating need for engine oil service.I have asked 3 times for someone to get the warning light turned off and cant seem to get it done.Great tractor poor service

Great group of people!!Definitely recommend!!! Decided to purchase a new Kubota lawn tractor(very pleased) and also am very pleased with their service and helpful staff!!

Terrible staff. Their sales person lied out of both sides of his mouth. I bought a tractor and the roof blew off when I was less than a mile from the dealer and they claimed there wasnt anything they could do about it. But we found a bunch of roof screws in the cab so they must have taken the roof off and never put it on properly. I also had a low tire and they wouldnt air it up because they claimed it would take to long to air up their tank. Extremely unhelpful all around. Dont ever buy a tractor there if you want good service..

FRAUDS, LIARS, and CROOKS. Bought a misrepresented skid steer with low hours from them on auction time. Well needed skid steer with high flow hydraulics as presented, called before auction to confirm too. Long story short, it didnt have High flow and they refuse to deal with it. Owner Steve is a crook, liar and thief.....take your hard earned money somewhere else, because this company is far from honest!

I brought my lawnmower in the local store in bowling green on 3/25/17 to get it serviced. I called several times and they kept telling no one had gotten to it yet. So I picked it up today because I need it and Im sure some other business would be appreciative of my business and would be more progessive in trying keep a customer. How long does it take to service a lawnmower?
