I wished a could rate with negative stars! Horrible customer service. No one answers the phones/email. Item arrived damaged. I have no way of getting a return order since I cant get in touch with anyone. Please dont make the same mistake I did ... keep scrolling!

Ordered a ventless fireplace through them in March. It took 3 months to get here (okay, we are all behind), and it is missing a part. Bluegrass Living tells me they are sending a replacement part. I wait again for the replacement part. I receive an empty box in the mail. I spend the next several months talking to customer service, who tell me that I needed to send proof the box was empty. I send photos. Back and forth for months- and I am told today that I am outside their time frame for replacement now. They will not send the missing part, nor will they outright sell it to me. I am stuck with a defective fireplace after being strung along for months, holding up my entire backyard project. I will be lobbying Home Depot to no longer carry their products. I am appalled.

Worst company ever do not order from. They only ship half the product and tell you it was all shipped.

The heater came actually a week earlier than it was for stone very pleased with that it was very easy to get hooked up and get operating I am very very pleased with the performance of this heaterAnd I am very surprised at how efficient it is.

Do not recommend doing business with them. Ordered a product and paid extra for 2 day shipping. Its now been 5 business days, 7 days total, since I placed my order. Now they have finally shipped it and it was shipped GROUND shipping. They have clearly just pocketed my shipping money and are acting like they cannot refund me.

This heater goes above our expectations. Very happy and warm this winter. Should have bought this a long time ago.

Bluegrass Living wont answer the phone or reply to an email. When UPS shows up with my order tomorrow, I will reject it and got to lowes where people are happy to help with questions and concerns. I try to buy local but never from this company.

Worst company to get unloaded.Im here for 6h and still waiting to get unloaded.They dont care about you, only you can do is wait.

I like this item because it’s ideal for heating the house whenever it’s a power outage, the house will keep comfortable temperature in case of power outage emergency, it’s a reliable backup heating unit.

I believe no one actually works at this facility for they do not have the capacity to answer the phone this makes for a terrible customer service experience and also makes it quite difficult to sell products customers that make the extra effort to buy products made in the United States by Americans I’m not respected enough to have someone answer the phoneSave yourself the trouble don’t sit on the phone for an hour and a half no one is going to answerEven during regular business hours listed on their website
