Nice variety of inventory, a bit overpriced which I could understand being in a mall, the rent must be high. I bought an item that had two price tags on it which I brought it to the attention of the cashier and was very disappointed when she charged me the higher price. I came here to shop with my family for Mothers Day. We went inside and the owner came over to us and asked if we had masks. Being that the mask mandate has been lifted, we did not. There were no signs posted on the store regarding masks. She told us she didnt care if we wore masks because she had the vaccine, but customers could complain. So we said wed wait outside until other customers had left. I waited outside the store for about 10 minutes and when the last customer was at the register and about to leave. I asked if I could go in on the complete opposite side of the store since the person was leaving and the store would be empty. I was told thats not the point and that customers could complain I asked what customers? As the woman was now leaving the store but the owner refused to let me in. The mandate has been lifted and while I understand as a business owner she can choose to not have my business, but she told me many times she didnt care if I wore a mask and I could come in when the other customers left, but once they left and the store was empty she was still saying customers could complain. I wouldnt have waited outside the store with my family patiently waiting had she just been honest and told me I wouldnt be allowed in. Very unreasonable.

This store is really great. The owner & employees helped me find everything I needed. They sell beautiful crystals, oracle cards, jewelry, books on spirituality & even give readings. I’m extremely satisfied whenever leaving this store. I always feel calm when inside & let my spirit guide me to whatever I need in the moment. The atmosphere is calming & staff are incredibly helpful. I don’t get my crystals or jewelry from anywhere else. Highly recommend 🌸

I came here for the first time today as I celebrate my first Mother’s Day since her passing last Christmas and Romina welcomed me and helped me with every single purchase with so much compassion and understanding. If there was an answer she didn’t have, she went to all the store owner to be sure she wasn’t giving me false information which I really appreciated especially when it comes to the metaphysical world. We shared life stories and I truly believe Romina held space for me in my difficult time of mourning. I felt so at home I ended up spending two hours in that store and we will not discuss the amount spent there hahaha!!!!I had such a positive experience at the Boynton Beach Guides and Angels, I told the owner to get familiar with my face as she will be seeing more of it ^_^

Went into the store very closed minded and did not know what to expect. Carolina explained how everything works and how you are drawn to the items and then provided explanations and in depth conversations and how these items help. I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to head over and meet Carolina she is such a beautiful soul and person. Never felt any pressure to buy anything only guidance and wisdom. Can’t wait to hear back and pick up some more healing objects.

Bought a bracelet that broke after a couple of times, took it in to have her fix it. She immediately said it was stretched and she had to charge $5 to get it fixed,. I told her it wasnt stretched, she continued to state the same, with attitude. Due to her energy, i chose to not get it fixed. Being a metaphysical store i was expecting positive energy but did not receive it.

From the moment I entered this store I did not feel welcome. All the time I felt observed as if I was going to steal something, I was looking at the sprays to clean energies and I wanted to feel the aroma because we suffer from allergies and if the perfume is very strong it did not help me to buy it, it turns out that the person who was at the counter came and rudely told me those are not samples, they cannot be used, with an unpleasant energy and not at all calm. Finally I bought only one but in my experience this place has nothing spiritual. Prices are also too expensive .

Sold me an overpriced, fake stone. Luckily, I was able to return it, but not without hearing how I am irresponsible and undeserving of owning a stone by the owner and would not let me speak at all. The owner also said every stone is treated and that the colors of each quartz is treated. In my opinion, if a stone is natural, why would it have artificial treatment done to it?Would I go back to this store? Absolutely notWould I recommend it? Absolutely not

I visited guides and angels for the first time today. I was searching for something to help me deal with feelings of insecurity brought on by the negative energy of someone in my life. This person lives far from me but has such a strong grasp on me that I couldn’t take it anymore. So I visited guides and angels for help and healing. I also wanted to find some things to help my mom get rid of negativity around her and her home. Carolina helped me find items for protection, courage, cleansing, and self love. Everything she recommended resonated so deeply inside of me I was almost in tears. She explained to me every item, what it’s for, how to use it, and how it can help me. Where do I even start. My mom, my sister and I went to Boynton Beach Mall to pick up something that I ordered online in a different store. We live in Boca, so we havent been to this mall in a while. As soon as we walked out of Hot Topic, we were DRAWN to Guides and Angels. The three of us love spirituality and incense, and dont really have many stores like this close to us. So we walked STRAIGHT in with no hesitation.Carolina welcomed us in and asked us what we were looking for; we were looking for incense for good energy at home. She directed us to some sage, and began asking us what was going on, why we needed it. We went into full conversation about what goes on at home, and why we were looking for help. She intently listened to our story, and was able to INSTANTLY read my mom, my sister and I like a BOOK. She described every one of us and our family situation word for word. It was like she knew us. We have never been in this store before.I suffer from OCD and my father suffers from depression, and it has been weighing our family down. Carolina listened and gave us UNBELIEVABLE advice that I will forever keep in my heart. Not only did she point us to the right incense and energy cleansing items, but she was also able to tell us what each and every one is used for, all while giving us BEYOND HELPFUL advice for our family situation. It was hard not to get emotional.We stood talking for almost a little over an hour, until the mall closed. Thats how long we were there for. Every single second of it was worth it. I love it.Not only did she recommend this to buy, but she gave me a ton of information about it, helpful with books that describe each stone.She also asked my sister and I about our zodiac signs and was able to give detailed insight on our personalities, from what she knew, and also showed us her book of personal notes on each sign. I completely resonated with what she described about us, and what she had in her book.She also recommended a Suns Eye Root Chakra Oil, that brings Grounding, security and belonging, as it says on the bottle and she explained. Carolina taught me a routine and a special way of putting it on to calm myself, in use with my pendant necklace, that was easy to understand and very calming to practice. I look forward to using both in conjuction with the special method to put it on to find peace in times of discomfort.My mom also bought two packs of incense sticks: one Vanilla scented, to connect with our Angels, and one Cedar scented, to clear negativity.I am extremely happy with our experience today and with what we bought.
