By Cycle is by far the best bicycle shop I continuously have the pleasure of visiting. I try and stop in often to see what new items I can acquire for my bikes. By Cycle in my opinion has the best prices, best quality bikes and friendliest staff.

This was my first time at this store and I had a flat tire that needed to be repairedThe guy was very helpful with that, and I also had a new set of flat pedals for my bike that was installed free of charge.For sure I will comeback again to anything that I will need for my bike. Outstanding!!! I had experience a blowout of the rear as I was riding my bike and had thought the worse. I look for a bike shop and read the reviews on BY CYCLE -BIKE SHOP and they were accurate. I had some trouble rolling it in and opening the door. Angelica was there to assist with a lovely smile and welcome, their beautiful dog, Bella,was resting on the floor. I then met Juan to whom I shared my story, Juan told me he would have to examine the tire to see the damage as he explain to me there are beads in the tire if I had busted them I would have to replace the tire with the tube. The education was informative because I also had over inflated the tire which on the outside read 116 PSI he shared 80 would be better suit the tire . Well he work on fixing it right then and there. Juan also adjusted the seat to my height and adjusted the rear brake after I payed the bill was Fantastic for the time spent. Thanks and nice to know honest folk .David & Angelica run a reasonable, welcoming business and Juan knows his bikes and as a senior I appreciate a bargain as well as honest service.Outstanding,Tom of Delray Beach,Fl.

I have been visiting bicycle shops for many many decades and my bicycle experience includes everything from commuting to 2 transcontinental bike trips as well as tours in France, Italy and New Zealand. And I wish to say the staff at the By Cycle bike shop went above and beyond in customer service when I brought my wife’s bike in for service. Not only did they find a difficult to locate new part but when we picked up the bike they made sure the fit was perfect and spent time to get it just right. 5 Stars for sure.

I have a pinarello dogma F8 and I was looking for a good place that I can trust and have the skills to service my road bike, and I’m really happy that the services were provided by David and Angelica. They are super nice and make me feel like I’m at home, thank you guys!!

I just bought a new Fuji bike and Angelica and all of the Staff made it a great experience. They were patient and answered all my questions. They fitted the bike properly and made sure I felt comfortable. I highly recommend them and love my new bike.

I went here with a super cheap bike during the crisis expecting to be overcharged with everything going on... They were the nicest group of people didnt charge me a penny, taught me about how to maintain my bicycle, and actually made me more interested in becoming a bicyclist. Will be back and highly recommend! They have a small shop family feel, but have an inventory of amazing products. Theyre very accommodating. Come here even if youre on the fence.

This bicycle store is owned and operated by very honorable people. I brought my bike to By Cycle after falling off it and not knowing why the brakes no longer were working...Angie and her staff took one look at my bike and immediately knew the problem. But, they didnt use this opportunity to take advantage of me. They didnt build up the problem or tell me I needed to leave it to be fixed. Instead they just untwisted the handle bars and the brake wires loosened up and were back in place like new. And no charge on top of that! Then she came out and helped me tie my bike back in my trunk.

Excellent service and professional workmanship from Juan. I dropped off two (2) bikes for an overall tune up and was happy to hear that the estimate was well below my cost expectations. I also purchased 2 bike locks that were below prices of similar locks advertised on Amazon. I was happy to support this local business during these times of economic and Public Health difficulties.

On a Saturday afternoon June 27th, I called to confirm the closing time which I thought was 5 but was informed it was 4. The young woman said she would wait. I was delayed by a police roadblock. When I arrived, no problem they replaced my tire & inner tube. I pass by 4 other Bike shops driving from West Boynton but will gladly do so with the excellent service & smiles here.

David delivers as promised, always has that smile on his face, honest, friendly, very professional and fair pricing. He treats your bike like his...Will be coming to this shop as long as I’m pedaling.

I bought in my new bike, which was not bought at By Cycle, needing the front wheel and the pedals to be attached. They took care of me right away and did not charge me. Very positive experience. Neighborhood bike shop feel. This is now definitely my bike shop.

My bike was not running like it should and I had shelved it for a few months. Christmas came around and I figured New Years resolutions and what not, I should take it somewhere for service and get it up and running again. The bike place I was going to go was out of business and I had seen signs for this place. It is on Ocean Ave and Federal HWY kitty corner from the Marina right before the bridge. David did an outstanding job on my bike. It needed work and came out better than new. He was informative and helpful with tire information and lights. My new tires are the best I have tried and I got a rechargeable light so I never have to figure out if I have enough battery left to get through my ride. He washed my bike, did all the maintenance and not a single sticker fell off (I put stickers on my bike). I highly recommend this place for anything. Their service is superior and they have all kinds of stuff in there that can upgrade your cycling experience. Boynton Beach needs more businesss like this.

Thank you to By Cycle Shop! After 3 other shops told me to fix the brakes on 2 mountain bikes would take 2-3 weeks....By Cycle staff took on this challenge and gave me my 2 bikes in a day and half. I was referred to By Cycle bike shop from a neighbor who could not express how happy he was with the tune up he received. So I decided to to have David tune my road bike. The best word to describe David’s works is Exceptional!! I knew I had found a great mechanic. So I had David tune my time trial bike as I was preparing for the USA Nationals in Aquabike. David fine tuned my bike and I achieved my personal best. I am so happy to have this bike shop in my neighborhood; all of my expectations have been far exceeded. Great experience. Running erands after work on a Friday. It was raining and time was flying by. Looked for Bike shops on line. All though there are three(3) other bike shops closer to home all of them closed at 6:00 pm! There was no way I was going to get to any of those shops before they closed. However this shop figured out an edge! Theyre opened till 7:00 pm! Very astute business decision. Very helpful and informative. Also made an additional purchase based on their recommendations. Prices were absolutely inline with the competition.It is not a very big shop which was nice. My guess is they are going to have what you need. As well as things you didnt realize you needed till you talk to them. I was not over sold or pressured. From now on this is my bike shop.

Was out riding and my spoke broke. Old wheel needed to be replaced. They lent me a wheel from one of their rental bikes and ordered a new wheel for me. Got me back on the bike. Awesome service!

Finished up our cross country bike trip from newport beach ca. to boynton beach last week. Talked to David and he held onto 4 bike boxes in his shop for a week so when we arrived we could pack up our bikes to ship back home. He offered to help us pack them up but I wanted my teenage sons to learn how. He put the boxes in his truck and after he closed the shop drove them over to us to drop them off. Next day he entered all the info for bike flight with no charge and held our 4 bikes in his shop(sorry im sure they were in the way) until they shipped out a few days later. Amazing!! I am so grateful to David, he is so kind, knowledgeable, and just plain friendly. Wish his shop was in so cal, you guys are so lucky!! Thanks DavidAl
