Hate feeling taken advantage of. Loved their selection of children’s jewelry. Bought a pair of earrings for my niece for $89.00 . As I was paying for them sales woman mentioned that the earring warranty included replacement of stones if the fell out. I thought Wow! That’s great business. Got home looked at my receipt and there was an additional warranty charge that with tax bought my bill up to $110.19. The extra charge was never mentioned, nor is it stated on the receipt. If they had said we have a warranty that costs x amount and covers etc. I may have bought it, but instead I was misled into thinking they backed their products with this company policy. What I thought was good business turned out to be bad busy. Definitely won’t go there to buy anything else again. Honestly is always the best policy.

Took my young daughter here to get her ears pierced. Staff were all nice and professional. Before they did the piercing, they made the marks on her ears and made sure I was completely happy with the way they were lined up. I did call before to see if they would have 2 piercers there so they could do both ears at one time and Im really happy we did it that way. If youre debating on getting your childs ears pierced I highly recommend this Piercing Pagoda at the Boynton Beach Mall!

I bought a gold rope chain for my son at the Piercing Pagoda at Boynton Beach Mall. I bought the extended warranty which allows for me to exchange for a new necklace if it breaks. In June 2020 it broke again. I was closest to Wellington Mall. I completed the exchange their. Fast forward to today. The necklace broke again. Went to Boynton Beach Mall, they refused to exchange said it was a different necklace then what was initially purchased. They sent me to Wellington Mall. Unfortunately Wellington did not have the necklace. So the issue is with Piercing Pagoda not me . If Wellington gave me a different necklace. It’s not my problem . They had me driving all over, I still don’t have a new necklace. Any piercing pagoda should accept the warranty they sold and provide me the exchange regardless what one store did .Called customer service. What a joke ! Was on hold for 1/2 hour .

My husband and I took our 3 year old to get her ears pierced on Sunday, December 13 about 2 or 3 in the afternoon at the Boynton Beach Mall, and the girls there were fabulous. They were so gentle and extremely well mannered with us and our daughter. They explained the process to her, in ways she would understand, and they made small talk with her about her Elsa doll she brought with her. They both made her and us feel very at ease. These ladies need to be recognized for their efforts and kindness. I have encountered many younger mall employees who do not possess these traits. I wish I knew their names so I could write a letter to their boss or corporate office about them, that is how pleased we were. So cheers to them, and Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas to all!

Pierced my sons ear they were very patient

I came here to get my second ear peircing and out of all the places in the world, this is the best place I could have gone. I loved how they explained to me everything I would need to do to take care of my newly peirced ears and how it worked. They also had many different styles of earings to chose from and everyone there was really friendly they made me feel very comfortable and calm. When I was a baby and I got my first piercing this is where I actually came. If I ever get another piercing I am sure to come here again.

Never ever get pierced with a piercing gun. They damage your skin and cause keyloid because of the nickel in the jewelry.

Very unprofessional in this mall there is to the one near AéRopostale there was a woman on the phone cussing someone out about her children and then proceeded to tell me and others that she couldn’t do piercings because their systems were down . I would suggest going to Claire’s or a tattoo shop for your piercings
