This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They put POP UP VIRUS on my computer and took money from me to remove it .. and then did that again after couple of months .. they dont fix any computer issues .. some guy Leo first spoke to me and took $300 and 2 months later Justin took an additional $700 .. when i finally took computer to the local shop, he fixed it all up for just $80 .. and said that there was nothing wrong with the computer anyway till the time i let these people into it ... the owner is a shady guy and shut down operations on this company as i was trying to get my money back .. now the same guy is operating under the name of casperantivirus.c0m .. i know because the same justin called me asking for more money .. he is misrepresenting to be the real Kaspersky .. which is not the case ... they are the worst .. do not ever deal with them. i wrote them a cheque as they didnt want money thru my credit card .. now i know why coz they had no intention of fixing anything or refunding if i asked them too . i am attaching a scan copy of my check .. i had the tech hide my account details for me. nobody should deal with these guys .. and if google or authorities can ..then they should shut the casperantivirus down as well .. its only a new name .

I like the user interface of the software very user friendly so far so good.
