Jeffrey is amazing in the Pharmacy department. I arrived to pick up my prescriptions and his customer service was TOP NOTCH! If you ever have the chance to interact with Jeffrey, you will not be disappointed. He is professional, caring, attentive and friendly. Thank you Walgreens Pharmacy!

Everyone at location was extremely nice and pleasant. I was greeted at the door, taken care of quickly while at checkout. To my suprise though i wasnt able to purchase alcohol before 12:00 in morning ? Trying to understand the policy or the reasoning ? Great customer service in the store, but i couldnt buy beer so a company policy got this location a 1 star.

I waited on hold for more then 40+ minutes and they continuously picked up the phone and put me back on hold. Eventually the line went dead and they hung up. Comical/horrible customer service. Management needs to take a look at this location immediately.

I had an amazing experience at this location. This was primarily due to the great customer service that was provided by Elvis. The young gentlemen had made my experience top-tier. Thanks to him, I will be back for future purchases. :)

I’ve been coming here since it opened I’ve never had an issue with service. This Walgreens hires people of different races, with/without disabilities and I have always gotten great service. Aaron is wonderful, he put together an impeccable floating frame. If he isn’t a manager already, he should. Customer service on 1,000!

Stopped by at 9:51 pm on 10/09/19 and the doors were already closed! I was only trying to get milk. Thankful for the wawa that opened across the street. Done with this walgreens location.

Seems to be understaffed, always. The photo part is hardly ever manned and if you are expecting to be greeted and appreciated, like they show in the commercials, dont come here. Its like they consider it a favor to service you. The cashiers, however, are usually nice. But honestly, its a sad store to go to...most staff members look absolutely miserable.

If I could give negative stars I would. Every single time I go there it is an issue. Always busy, and you could be the only person there and they won’t even acknowledge your existance. Most recently I dropped a medication off for my daughter and I formed them I don’t have insurance anymore and I will pay whatever it costs. My husband went to pick it up the next day and they said it wasn’t filled because there’s an insurance issue. No kidding.... 3 days later I went to pick it up and it was still not finished. And the only reason why I keep going back is because no other pharmacy ever has this medication in stock. Walgreens needs to do something about this pharmacy. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Nasty help. They wouldnt return money to my credit card even though I bought $60 more then the original gift card. They then doubled my gift card to $42. Be aware their policy on returns is dishonest.

As a former employee at this location, I can say that management was incompetent and really unprofessional. Im a high school student and they treated me otherwise. I was expected to take on a huge role without having all the proper training first, and you had the more experienced employees working the lower level positions. Overall, I strongly discourage making this your first job or even a job in general. I dont believe every Walgreens is this way, I just think this particular one is terrible.

Poor customer service. They take too long to assist customers, prescriptions are never ready, the phone rings none stop and no one bothers to answer it. They need to fire their staff and bring new people in who want to work.

Update from original review 3 years ago. The pharmacy has gotten much better. The staff and pharmacist are polite and knowledgeable. As long as the pharmacy has a lot of staff to help them, especially when the snowbirds invade, its a really good pharmacy to go to. Side note: I did see a store staff member being rude to a customer but the customer was definitely rude first, calling the staff person names and cursing at them._______The pharmacy is horribly understaffed. They need help. 9 times out of 10 they get the prescriptions wrong, over bill and dont process coupons when you give it to them. Hire more people to help them!!!!

A terrible pharmacy dont go there ! Every time I go they make me wait so long . When the order is supposed to be a ready filled . I get the same prescription every month and somehow they mess it up every time. Dont go to the pharmacy terrible service !!

The pharmacy here is hands down the worst run pharmacy around. Starting with the most unfriendly pharmacist followed by his “techs” who are even more clueless then him. First they never answer the phone. Second they are clueless with customer service when face to face. Prescriptions are never ready on time and if an issue arises they don’t have a clue how to assist anyone. Stay away from here and stick with Publix.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone on the phone. Even in person no one is willing to go an extra step. My insurance would not accept 90 day refills so instead of the pharmacy filling 30 days, or advising me, they kept saying it was rejected. I had to beg the pharmacist to check. At CVS they would have done that before and informed me. I tried calling to find out why a prescription was being rejected and it took 7 calls, and over an hour. Each time I called the phone was picked up and I heard the staff talking, but no one greeted me... all I heard was their internal conversations with customers. After a period of time the call disconnected. This was not the first time it happened. I finally reached the Pharmacist, after an hour of trying to get a live person who could do something. She advised what the issue was. When I used CVS they would call me and advise the situation and what to do, or take care of it themselves to resolve the problem. My experience at this Walgreens does not come anywhere near the level of customer satisfaction I experienced at CVS. I am considering taking my business back to CVS even though the location is less convenient.

The pharmacy is completely understaffed for the demographic. This pharmacy is so busy, long lines, unknowledgeable staff. I was needed to update my inurance as the new card had a number change. There is no longer a group # on the card. I WAS SENT HOME TO RESEARCH the group number issue. Not my job. My child was left waiting for a much waited RX. I waited 30 minutes to drop off the RX tried the phone for an hour and a half. I wish I couldve just faxed it or updated it some other way. The app on my phone would not let me either. Thats ok, the lady in the drive thru who was there when I arrived was still waiting after I left for someone to get to her. Im glad I went in. After this I am going somewhere else. No more Walgreens.

Theres a white lady who is very racist with accused me of stealing when I have intestinal issues and took my medicine to control it. then she asked me if I shop there often as if that matters if I cant shop there if I dont. never going there ever again rude rude rude
